IOS _spin_lock_try mutex fails App Store validation

I've successfully built BDB (6.0.30) and used it in my ios app.
My app works in test both on IOS simulator and on a real device (connect to USB).
I'm ready to distribute my app in the app store, but the validation process fails for this reason:
The app references non-public symbols: _spin_lock_try, _spin_unlock.
After launching the configure command, i see in my db-config.h, that the mutex configuration used is:
/* Define to 1 to use the Apple/Darwin _spin_lock_try mutexes. */
#define HAVE_MUTEX_DARWIN_SPIN_LOCK_TRY 1
Have someone suggestions on how to build a BDB library that doesn't fail the App Store validation?

you can found the App Store Review Guidelines (paragraph 2.5) at:
https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/
but you've to sign in to look at them.
I'm sorry but I didn't found anything more than the seraphic sentence:
2.5 - Apps that use non-public APIs will be rejected

If you didn’t erase the drive and install using you AppleID, then the OS and the purchased apps are still registered to the other AppleID. You cannot change that by logging into iCloud. Apps are forever tied to the AppleID used to purchase/download them.
You have to erase the drive and download/install the Apps using your AppleID.

I also had the same issue (I downloaded IOS6 on my Ipad in Germany, when I was travelling). I could not get into the Settings/ITunes & App Store and log out of my account as the Apple ID was greyed out and nothing happened when I clicked on my user id. I then had to go into iTunes and found that my user id at bottom of the screen in ITunes, click on my user id and assume that the german words meant to log out. I then was able to log back in and English was restored in the iTunes and App store.

Change to US Store
1. App Store>Featured>Apple ID (at bottom of page)
2. Tap on Apple ID>View Apple ID
4. Enter your password
5. Country/Region>Change Country or Region

IOS 5 Bug in app store Categories button

In app store.app, after entering top charts, repeting touch the categories button, everytime it has been repeted instead of just doing the first time! This problem allso existed in other aspects of the ios 5 system.

Ok correction: this problem has occurred only once. That I found nothing can be clicked in app store.app. But right after I quit and get back, everything looks fine. Dont know why it happened at first, even dont know wheter it will happen again.

I closed all apps, powered down phone, let sit for 3 minutes, and then turned back on. Seems to be working now.

i'm using Flash CC for the development of an iOS App (AIR).
Now Apple will soon update the iOS to 7.1 and Apple says, that from 1st of Feb. 2014 you can only publish iOS-Apps created in XCode 5 in App Store.
Or how do I have to read this statment from Apple: "Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK."
How does this fact affect my Project?
Will it still be possible to publish an FLash-Air-iOS-App through App Store?

IOS 8.0.2 app store is a mess

APP STORE won't update anything on iOS 8.0.2 on an ipad air. Won't download magazine, updates, ,and have tried to fox throngs trough iTunes. Fix it Apple. or give me back earlier iOS.

Apple are not here, we are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums (and downgrading the iOS version is not supported).
What have you tried ? Have you :
- logged out and back into your account on your iPad
- closed the App Store app via the iPad's taskbar
- soft-reset of your iPad
- reset your network connections on your iPad and reconnected to your network

Same if you enter from passbook.
Rebooted twice but same problem.

Well, I installed the link above and nothing changed..
Maybe I didn't do the restore properly? Here's what I did:
Installed new hard drive
Inserted factory snow leopard apple disk
Began install and when it asked me if I wanted to backup from disk, I did.
Should I have gone ahead and completed the initial install with a clean install, then do a restore?
