IPhone 4 shows I have mail but it's not in the inbox...

On the home screen it says that I have emails. When I open up the Mail application there are no new emails visible anywhere.
When I check my email on my iMac or on me.com then I can see the new mails are there, no problem.
If I delete my mobileme mail account from the phone and then re-enter the details, I get the new emails but the problem soon returns. Anyone getting the same or has any solutions?

Hi there -
I've been having a similar problem, and I just worked out it's to do with multitasking. Presumably it's a bug in the Mail app for iOS4.
All I do is open the multitasking tray, quit Mail and open it again the the new mail appears. Irritating, but it works. Don't know if that helps at all?

I have this issue also. What I am doing is going to mailbox and to "get mail". Then it appears in the inbox. But there has to be a better way! I just posted my quetion, also.

I can see I have mail, but I can't see the contents

I am getting new mails but when I go into that mail to see the content, I can't see anything.
Just empty.
I can definitely see there is some word or sometimes attachment. I can not see those.

Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Mail: Icon says i have messages - but cannot see them in the Inbox

My mail icon in the dock saysi have two emails. When i open mail and click on my inbox there is no mail for me to view.
I know something is wrong, I just cannot seem to figure this out.
I get the red dot on the mail icon that tells me i have however many messages, but there are none in my inbox.
Any ideas?

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

IPhone shows connection with wifi, but I do not have the ability to do anything that requires internet

When I first unlock my iPhone, it says I have connection to internet. But when I do something that requires internet, it either does not load, or it gives me a connection error message. I just got this phone yesterday from my mom and she barley used it. I have tried factory resetting it but it wont let me.

I'm trying to log into a public network and while the fan blade shows I have a connection I can not get the user agreement to load in Safari. This was working until yesterday, what changed?

I've reset my network settings. I've cleared cache and cookies in the browser. Before yesterday the login screen would appear anytime I attempted to use an app or program that required internet access. Pretty much every program. Now I have a brick tablet at work. I've reset everything I can find. I'm at a dead end.
I've seen other ipads that had the auto login togle and auto join togle under network selection, my ipad does not have those options. Logging in at home is working fine on my private network. This public network is not being reset or forgotten when I choose "forget network" or Safari is blocking the login page and I don't know how to un block it.

Well, when I join a public wifi, a log in page displays a few seconds later, displaying the user agreement. But, earlier today, I was trying to connect my friend's 3GS to a public wifi, and it did not show up. So. I don't really know what happen. I think you should toggle the auto Join to on.
