IPhone 6 8.0.2 not connecting to Blue Tooth
Having several issues with my iPhone 6 8.0.2, the most annoying of which is the blue tooth connection.
My iPhone 4S was connecting automatically to my Subaru WRX car stereo via blue tooth as soon as I started my car and I never had any issues. Since I purchased an iPhone 6 it does not connect automatically, I need to open settings and attempt to manually connect multiple times because my iPhone usually fails to connect a bunch and asks me if the device Car M_Media is in range and turned on - yes, I'm sitting in it and it's running.
So I guess my question is: how is this an upgrade?
Did you already try to unpair the phone and pair it again after a restart?
Unpair a device. In Settings > Bluetooth, tap next to the device, then tap “Forget this Device.” If you don’t see the Devices list, make sure Bluetooth is on.

In case any Wi-FI is available and if I choose not to join wi-fi, on iPhone 5 it does not connect to my 3G cellular data network but it connects to 2G data network forcing me to lower speeds in Wi-Fi enabled areas.

I am having the same problem, my brothers samsung picks up every bluetooth device thats remotely close but the 4s just sits there searching while sitting on the same desk as my iPad2, iMac 24" and headset that worked fine on my old 3 g.
I am not hugely tek savvy, can anyone explain in easy speak (the kid at the local apple reseeler told me the new bluetooth used on the 4s is not compatible with the older bluetooth devices.... hmmmmmm)

is there any way to restore factory settings on an Iphone 5s that will not connect to Itunes because the phone is locked with a pass code. Problem is that the screen is completely shattered.

Other locations [Secure WiFi] -
Try a location with a Non Secure WiFi -> As these locataions "typically" do not have a IT Guy to go to for questions regarding [Other Security WiFi Blocks]
Non-Secure WiFi -
Then try the steps below [Even with the others listed above]
Just because you may be able to get to a Secure and Non Secure Website on safari on the iphone does not mean the WiFi connection is "Perfect or ok" and I am not saying it is not.
Also take into effect servers for iTunes updates/Apps etc could be overloaded at that time.
You can also try a simple Hard Reset [Hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at same time - Once see Apple Logo release both buttons - Allow iphone to reset]
If have already tried these and have not contacted AppleCare Support try that too.

The iPad does not support Bluetooth Printers. Headsets, Speakers, Keyboards, Hands Free Devices, In car Madia centers but not Printers.
To use a printer it must be AirPrint Compatible and be on the same Wifi network as the iPad. -

My iPad will not discover any blue tooth devices. The Bluetooth is turned on but it will only discover a Blackberry phone and not my other iPad or 5s and 4s or a QED receiver.
To connect the devices over bluetooth, just enable Bluetooth in Settings app on both devices.
Bluetooth is activated automatically when Wi-Fi connectivity is not available or does not work properly.
Note: Initial Bluetooth connection takes around 15 seconds to activate.

The Bluetooth is meant for earplug, headset, keyboard, car hands-free set, and speakers.
You need a 3rd party app to do BT file transfer or other functions between iDevices.
