Iphoto only some albums are showing so that I can email?

Hiya
I'm trying to email an album of photos. I've got several albums, but only a few of them are showing with pictures in? I import photos every day so not sure why they are not working now!

what version of iPhoto and of the OS? please explain your situation more clearly - I have not idea what you are asking - for example photos are no in albums unless you put them there - when you import photos are in events or photos - albums have to be manually made or created using smart albums - can you email the photos form the events?

Yes. I seem to have fixed it, but not really. I erased all music from phone, and then manually managed a resynced eveything I wanted back on there. Interstingly, it didn't work the first two time and said (waiting to make changes) so I was freaking out. But the third time was the ticket and now we are good. Unfortunately, there is a bug, and until there is a real fix, my music that I have in itunes on my computer is not easy to get to the phone. It seems that many people have had the exact same issue since the updates. Hopefully it will fix itself in the next update. Thanks for help though.

Some images are showing with some red color ¿how do I return to original colors?

I`m using Mountain Lion and everything works right. Only some images are showing with a redish color. The first example is my cover photo in fb. When I click it, it returns to the original color. Anyone who has this problem and know how to fix it?

I've read some of the post here that I thought might help but they refer to titles (Music) and triangles in the "Devices" window which are nowhere to be seen when I open the "Devices" window.
I have iTunes 11.0.3 and Mac OS 10.6.8. Does this make a difference?

I should mention that, for the first problem, I do make sure that my new tracks are stored in the folder where I told iTunes that my music is in. Also, when I say the cataloging of my library stops short of cataloging all my songs, I have tried leaving the computer unattended for days (my computer's sleep mode is disabled). It always stops before cataloging all of my music regardless of whether I am doing something else while iTunes is cataloging, or if I just let iTunes be the only program that's open during the cataloging process.

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Were you perhaps using a mix of "managed" photos (copied into your iPhoto library) and "referenced" photos (kept only external to your library)? Only "managed" are eligible to be in iClout Photo Library.

Did you add them to your iPhoto library (using iPhoto) or your Photos library (using the new Photos application)? If with the Photos app, did you have the "Copy items to the Photos library" option checked in Photos > Preferences > General?

Converting from WMP to itunes - some albums are not imported as one

I am importing my whole music collection. Some albums are imported into itunes and show up as single albums as they are supposed to. Some show up as multiple albums - particularly if they have different artists for different songs. The track numbers are correct. For example, in one "album," the correct song is labeled track 6. In another "album" (same real album - different artist), the correct song is labeled track 2, etc. These all show as single albums (as they should) under WMP. How can I get itunes to believe that all albums with the same name are the same album even if there are different artists on different tracks?

I organized all my photos into Albums. When I was working in iphoto, the program quit. I went back into iphoto and my albums are gone? Any hope of getting them back

Unfortunately the only way to save that information is to make a backup of the entire iPhoto library. If your hard drive has sufficient space without impinging on the recommended 15% or 10G minimum free space, then that's what you can do. Then using a backup application, I like Synk, you can backup from folder A ( the original library) to folder B (the duplicate copy) frequently and all you'll be copying are any newly added files or any changed files. Takes very little time. A good reason for this approach is detailed in A Tale of Woe and a Lesson to be Learned. It applies no matter what platform you might be on.

It sounds like you are syncing photos from iPhoto on your computer but not all the photos you set to sync are actually coming over, and they are disorganized. Based on what you are describing, I would recommend deleting the iPod Photo cache which stores picture information that iTunes uses to sync photos from your iPhoto library. The following article will help you do that:
iTunes: Understanding the iPod Photo Cache folder
When you use iTunes to sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTunes creates a folder called iPod Photo Cache. The iPod Photo Cache stores photos that are optimized for display on your device. The location of this folder depends on the syncing options you select. In iTunes, if you change the selection in the Sync Photos From menu, a new iPod Photo Cache folder will be created (and the previous folder will remain).

Palm Pre - Only free Apps are showing in my Apps Catalog

I just got my pre the other day. I've already verified my profile, updated my OS to 1.4, and everything seems to be working fine, but for some reason only Free apps are showing in my catalog. It's kind of strange because both my husband and I got Pres, and both are updated, but for some reason, his phone shows all the other apps (including the ones you can pay for). Is there some sort of setting that i need to change on my phone?
Notes: we're in Canada, and our carrier is Bell.

Yay! I got it to update my catalog. Just had to update and verify my palm profile (another long story), and then do a triple reset, and now everything is working fine and dandy : )

Poor metadata needs to be corrected if the album is to display properly in iTunes. iTunes sees an "album" as any collection of tracks with the same Album title and the same Album Artist (or Artist if Album Artist isn't set). Each track of the album should have distinct Track V of W and Disc X of Y vaules. W,X,Y are optional, but X may be needed for multi disc albums.

Only SOME iTunes movies showing on iTV

So, I converted movies to MPG4 and MOV and dropped them into itunes. They all have the SAME settings but only SOME decide to show on apple tv.
What could be the problem?
This is REALLY driving me nuts!

Welcome to the  Discussion Forums.
You will need to give us some more information about your workflow in converting these movies, there are a few reasons movies will mot play, including size and datarate. Both MOV and MPEG4 are containers which can contain various compression types within them, without knowing the type of compression used it's difficult to suggest a reason for your issues.
