Is anyone else experiencing difficulty navigating some of the pages on iTunes?
ITunes has always been a pretty good experience for me, but lately I'm having some issues navigating the site. For instance, when I search for all the album listings for an artist and locate them(especially an artist who has many albums like Marvin Gaye), my computers(MacBook Pro and iMac) both hang up when I try to scroll down the list of albums even at a normal speed. They stall, and I get the spinning gear. Eventually the gear stops spinning, and I can continue to scroll down ever so slowly. It makes searching for material tedious at best.
Another issue is iTunes' new method of searching. Unless I am missing something, there is no longer any way to search for an album or song by a specific artist. You now have to search for the song or album and locate it by artist when a list comes up. Am I wrong?
These types of issues make using iTunes difficult in my opinion not to mention what has been done to "My Alerts" and "Just Added". I have depended on these two items to keep me on top of the latest music for years, but they are no longer being kept current. I now rely on competitors' websites to keep me abreast of new music yet I still buy it on iTunes. This is a difficult way to stay current. One feature I really enjoyed was being able to set alerts for my favorite artists, but it seems that feature is no longer available unless iTunes automaticlly tracks the music you buy and alerts you accordingly.
I just think navigating iTunes has become more difficult and wonder if others are having the same experience.
I calibrated the battery on Saturday, let it die out completely then fully charged it; this did not help the battery drain but it did charge to 100%.
Yesterday, I got home around midnight after work and my battery was at 21%, I let it charge from the moment I got home until noon today, that is approximately 12 hours.
It only went up to 97%; I did not receive any calls in the time it was charging.
What else can be recommended since I like the phone a lot?
I upgraded on Friday, before the 4S, I was using my 2G running on 3.1.3 and never had battery issues with it!
I am not familiar with battery performance of later phones but my friends who have owned 3G, 3Gs and iPhone 4 devices have never mentioned battery issues to me.

I frequently have to remove and re-insert the SIM card in order to access the internet. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a problem with the IPAD2 or with the SIM card?
Could be the SIM card, the iPad, or both.

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty downloading photos from an iPhone 5 to Elements 10?
I just got an iPhone 5 and tried to download photos from it in the same way I did my iPhone 4 to Elements 10. While I can still download photos from my iPad, Elements 10 will not accept them. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, have you figured out a solution to the problem? Thank you.

I had a dropped call not long ago and it wasn't due to my iPhone or ATT. A friend with Sprint tried to call me while driving through a known low reception area with Sprint. Sprint dropped the call. -
I was watching trailers on my Apple TV 2nd Gen, when my ears were viciously assaulted by a terribly unpleasant high-pitch tone. This occured at the beginning of the trailer for "Katy Perry: Part of Me". I tried other trailers and the tone was not repeated, but every time I watched that trailer through my Apple TV, the tone persisted, or rather, every time I selected that trailer through the AppleTV-Movies-Trailers. When I streamed the trailer from my iPhone, the tone was not present, nor was it present in the version watched from my MBA. I am curious if anyone else can duplicate this problem.
Yes it is the correct workflow, I've done it before.
I found a workaround: instead of transcode the clips I digitized from 29.97 to 23.98 first, I create the merged clips while the video is still the same frame rate than the audio (29.97). Then I apply the "cinema tools reverse telecine" on the merged clip.
This merge doesn't present the problem I had before. It is a bit much more complicated than the other way, because the transcoded merge is not always sync to the frame.
Does anyone had experienced the same problem than me with the 6.0.2 update? -
Is anyone else experiencing difficulty downloading apps from AppStore?
For the past few days all I get is "Waiting ..." when I try to download from the AppStore.
Do you have any stalled downloads in iTunes - a song or podcast perhaps? Look and see if you do. Those can cause apps to be in the "waiting" state on you iPad. Finish those downloads first.
If that is not the case - sign out of your account in Settings>Store>Apple ID and then restart your iPad - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then sign in again.
Tap the icon and see if the app will update now. -
The XCarlink iPhone/iPod accessory for Mazda Bose autochangers is functioning differently after iOS 5.1. The Shuffle function no longer works and it plays Albums or Genius Playlisys only (not self-made playlists). Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Previously, the iPod function enabled one to see the track that was playing and control playback (such as repeat or shuffle) via the iPhone screen. Now all I see is an "Accessory Connected" message.Somewhere in there, is there a question for us, your fellow users in these user to user support forums?

Since upgrading to the newest ios 6.1.2 itunes isn't showing my app list on the left side of the screen, nor does it show all of my self made movies, only the purchased ones. Anyone else experiencing a similar problem? The iTunes store and most of the other features show up but other normal features seem to be missing too. I wish I hadn't upgraded. Anyone else having this problem????
If you are talking about iTunes on your computer use the iTunes View menu item, "Show Sidebar".

I have a iMac version 10.6.8 and used to have adobe flash player my laptop requires me to download the latest version of the player but warns me that there is a "risk" downloading from the internet. Anyone else experienced this and may have some solutions
Install it directly from Adobe. Ensure that you use the uninstaller before installing.

YES! I am having a lot of AppStore problems since iOS 6. My 2 main issues are:
1. AppStore crashes constantly or will just sit & spin then does nothing at all.
2. If I search for a specific App, making sure my spelling is correct, AppStore will NOT bring the app up. Instead, it will bring up unrelated apps.
Podcasts app does the same thing, as well as jumbling up dates. Very impossible to find the correct episode.
APPLE, please tell me you are reading this and that a fix is quickly under way!! -
After doing a software update for iPhoto, some of the photos in my library appear distorted and stretched. I have tried repairing the library, rebuliding and repairing the thumbnails but they are still distorted. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
What upgrade did you apply? As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

For some reason, the battery in my iPad 2 , ioa 7.1.2m has stopped charging. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you remedy it, please ?
Batteries do have a finite life span.
That said there have been some users reporting battery issues but but there's no way to know what or why or how it happens.
You can try a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
If you have spares, you can try to swap out your charger and cable, just to see if there's any difference with them changed.
Another thing you can try is a restore. That's basically where you back it up and then restore it from a backup. (something to do a bit more research into if you plan to do it).
if you don't want to do that then you can make an appointment at your local apple store and have them check it out. -
Since I downloaded IOS8, my iphone will not sync with itunes on my MacBook, which means I'm also having difficulty doing a simple manual backup of my ios device to my MacBook. The fact that my MacBook has a 32 bit processor and runs on OS X Version 10.6.8 (as good as it gets), is, apparently, the root of the problem since I've never had this problem with previous ios versions. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem and what is Apple doing about it?
I have the same issue, except I am running an i5 iMac (64-bit) with 10.10.1 installed. I can't tell if it is an iOS issue or an iTunes 12 issue. It started happening to me when I got the iPhone 6 AND upgraded to iTunes 12. It wouldn't connect my iPhone nor my iPad 2 (running older iOS). I had to install a fresh version of iTunes and it "sort of" helped. It will see the devices now, but then it forgets and I have to reboot occasionally for them to be seen again.
This is a big problem and seems to be pretty wide spread.
