Is it possible to create a list of the contents of a portfolio

I have the need to create a number of portfolios with different files based on the need of the individual in the organization and subject to document control procedures. As part of the document control procedure, I have to identify what versions of what documents are contained in the portfolio issued to each individual.
Is there an automated way to create or print a table of contents or list of contents of a portfolio?

Not easily... This would require developing a custom plugin, which is quite complicated. There are simpler ways to achieve something like this, though. For example, you can create a set of customized stamps and use those. A script can also be used to add or edit existing comments, but it depends on what type of comments you're using and how you want to edit them, exactly.

Using Acrobat within the document would be possible using Acrobat JavaScript. You can access the annotation objects of your document, and you then can evaluate the properties of each of these objects. Have a closer look at the Annotation Object section in the Acrobat JavaScript documentation.
You will look for the contents property, and evaluate its content. When you have found something looking like a URL, you can create a link (using the rect property of the annotation), and you have what you want; you might then think to destroy the annotation, as it may overlay the link.

I have a very large group I'd like to create an email list for. I don't want to have to search in my address book for every address that needs to go into it. Is there away that I can use an email that I've received which has been sent to every member I want in the list - all are listed in the "To" portion of the header - and create a list from those addresses? Thanks.

I know how to do that. I don't want to have to take the time to search through the gazillion addresses in my address book to find each one and then drag or type them into the list. My question was is there away to have all the addresses in the "To" field used to create a list by - for instance - somehow selecting all of these addresses and saying create a list from them. Or clicking on an option that would give me the ability to create a list from all the addresses in the "To" field of a specific email. Thanks.

Is it possible to create "places" tags without the maping feature?

Is it possible to create "places" tags without the maping feature? I updated from PSE 10 (where I created my own list of "places,") to PSE 12, where "places" seems to require the mapping feature. I would prefer not to use the map, and stick to my old way.

Apparently, not only is the mapping feature required, but once the GPS-loaded Place tag is created, it is not listed in alphabetical order with other place tags. It is listed by country, then by state, then by title!! !! VERY irritating!! And what if I want to create a place tag (of which I already have many) which does not have a recognizeable address, like, say, Grandmother's House? VERY irritating.
And if I use the Keyword feature to create Place tags, they will be in an entirely separate list from the other Place tags. VERY irritating!
Who designed this upgrade? I will soon start looking for an alternative, though I have used Photoshop Organizer for years and have thousands of photos in it. My upgrade to PSE 12 has caused me nothing but headaches.

it is better for 2 different questions,make 2 differents threads...
You used the 2ond solution(google???),put in the dashboard...html enabled...and check your pdf again.
Moreover,printing pdf with answer is discouraged...always prefer Xml Publisher.

Hi ppl.
We are working in EBP with extended classic scenario.
We want to create invoices in EBP, but we want to create all invoice documents via EDI with status parked in R/3.
We read note 501524 (EDI: Generally parking incoming invoices). The note describes all that we want to do, but the problem is that the Function exit EXIT_SAPLMRMH_014 does not work for BBPIV message type and the IDOC_INPUT_BBP_IV function module.
Is it possible to create in R/3 the invoices with status parked for all incoming invoices created in EBP?

How can I create a list from the e-mail addresses "To:" field of an e-mail?

Is there a way to automatically create a mailing list from a list of people who have received an e-mail? I know how to create a list manually, but there are a lot of e-mail addresses, so this would be an incredibly tedious process.

Is it possible to create a 'layer' over the top of a PDF in Captivate?

I am trying to integrate a 3dpdf within captivate 8 for a software training program, for this it is important to retain functionality to the pdf menu, Captivate handles this well : ) HOWEVER on importing the pdf it becomes clear that the pdf 'trumps' other objects such as clickable areas or text, which therefore don't seem to appear when published. I also wish to provide 'blocked' areas by putting transparent objects over the top of the pdf so as to control the learning process, which also doesn't seem possible on initial inspection.
Does the PDF exist outside the timeline?
Does anyone know how to layer objects over a pdf object that will remain there when published?

Is it possible to create an activity from the Agenda?

We noticed that it's possible to create a note from SSC1 Tcode but not an activity.
When we create an activity (appointment), it appears in the agenda but we can't manage to create it from the agenda.
Is there any possibilities ?

Hi,
You can create the activity by double clicking on appointment calendar.
Go to Tcode : crmd_order and select calendar tab.Double click on any time of the calendar and select the appropriate transaction type for activity.
Then you will be able to create the activity.

The only program I know that can do this is the shareware Notmad Explorer. You might be able to view all the tracks with something like?the freeware JBHTTP and hence print, but I'm not 00% sure.
