Is it possible to see SQL in SQL-T without having to check out the mapping?

Hello guys, Is it possible to see SQL in SQL-T without having to check in the mapping? At my work they use SQL-T a lot and in SQL query tab they use a lot of SQL so I was wondering if you can see the query without checking out the mapping?  Let me know. Thanks

Hi All, I am facing an issue wherein Decimal value of 0.01 is getting converted to 0.00. Let me brief you about Source-Target Types Source - Flat FileTarget - DB2Powercenter Version - 9.6.1 HF2 Issue -  Field in Source Flat file is defined as Number(5,2). Corrosponding field from DB2 Target Table is defined as Decimal(5,2). Mapping is simple straight forward mapping with 1:1 loading from Source to Target. Now, my Source File contain data as below0.010.020.0312.01 When I execute mapping DB2 target Table gets loaded with all records. Value from corrosponding field from DB2 target table is - 0.000.020.0312.01 As you can see, value of 0.01 is getting converted to 0.00 where as all other values are working fine as expected. As a quick fix I have applied to_decimal(source_field,2) before loading into Target. Could anyone explain if this is a bug in Powercenter or there's some other issue. If I think its a rounding issue then how come value of 0.02 is getting processed correctly? Please advise. Thanks,Rajesh Agrawal

    On the Torch model yes, you can use the WiFi connected Hotspot browser for internet surfing and a few other applications, but very few BlackBerry data applications.

    Is it possible to monitor when apps are used and how long they have been used for?  Like say I have skpe or oovoo and I talk to a friend for over 3 hours, could someone look and see that I did that and how long I did it for without having my skype or iphone?

    We are having an identical issue with Photos. I'm able to add information and keywords when they're in my library, but as soon as I share them, all of that information disappears. I'm hoping it's possible because it's a much nicer way to browse shared photo albums than Dropbox.

  • How to access the datasource window in SSRS for sql server 2008 R2 for writing my query without having to go through the wizard?

    I have used SSRS a lot years ago with Sql Server 2000 and Sql Server 2005. I have written external assemblies, ... But now I have to do this with Sql Server 2008 (R2 -- which I realize I am way behind the times already but ...)  in sql server 2000 and
    2005 there was a tab for datasource to the left of the tab for design which was to the left of the preview tab. How do I get to the datasource window in sql server 2008 (r2) ?
    I see that datasource explorer.  But where can I get to the datasource window to edit my queries and so forth for sql server 2008 (R2)?
    Thanks
    Rich P

    I think I found the answer to my question --- just right-click on the the Data Sources or Datasets for editing connections and dataset queries.  I'm guessing it gets even fancier with Sql Svr 2012 - 2014.    Man, that's the one thing
    about coding platforms -- you let it go for a few years and come back, and everything has changed (well, a lot of things).  Now I need to figure out how to add an external assembly to SSRS 2008 (R2).

    Correction to original posting, the procedure PRIMARY_POLL_FORM does compile WITHOUT errors on it's own (using SQL Navigator).
    And using this PL/SQL code generates the same error:
    DECLARE

    v_BogusVarChar VARCHAR2(1);

  • In Acrobat Pro is it possible to see a ratio of ink to paper in relation to the surface area?

    I need to be able to create/alter a design to have 50% ink coverage, but am unsure of how to measure this. Is there somewhere you can see the ratio of ink to paper in Acrobat Pro? I have access to both Acrobat Pro 9 and Acrobat Pro X
    Thanks,
    Victoria

    Are you asking "cover 50% of the surface area of the paper" - No
    or "limit ink to 50% tint" - Yes. Output Preview can be set to highlight any coverage amount over a given limit. (As can InDesign)

  • In SQL Editor Window '--' at end of line comments out the next line

    Hello,
    when I run a query with '--' at the end of a line, the next line seems to be commented out:
    select * from v$parameter
    where 1 = 1
    -- and value = '0' ------------
    and value LIKE 'AMERICA%'
    this will result in showing all v$parameter records!
    When I change the last character, it works properly.
    select * from v$parameter

    -- and value = '0' ------------ X
    and value LIKE 'AMERICA%'

  • How can I see answers in a field without having to click in each field?

    We have users typing in their answers to questions, and emailing it to us. But in order for us to be able to view their answers, we have to click in each field, and then the other answers disappear again. I saw this addresssed in 2010, but I am wondering if there has been a fix to this? What is the easiest way to be able to view the whole document with answers?  We have MANY to review.
    Thank you so much!

    It could be that theu users are using Mac Preview. That is the most common cause of this. If that's the case, the fix is to be sure users are using Adobe Reader to fill in the form. Either that or Apple needs to fix Preview so it works with Adobe PDF forms...

  • How else can I activate Siri, without having to hold-down the Home button for 1 full second?  You see, I can't hold down the Home button for any length of time at all, not even one second. It's because I'm handicapped with a muscle weakness disease.

    The only way I can use the home button is by giving it a firm tap, which my thumb just kind of bounces off the home button. I just don't have enough muscle strength to hold the button, I can only tap it. So I need a different way to turn on Siri, that doesn't require me to hold down any buttons. Cause if I can't even activate Siri, what's the point in me even keeping my iPhone 4S. Please Help.

    I did a quick search, knowing that "Assistive Touch" can help with some features, but the only result I fouond from somebody who's tried it is here:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3461618?start=0&tstart=0
    basically you use a lightweight touch on the screen to access the Home button. Holding it down to access Siri might work but might not, according to the post.
    Good luck!

  • I am worried that someone has hacked my webcam on my iPad is that possible? And if so is there a way to get rid of it without having to go into the store?

    IS there a way to hack into someone iPad webcamera? and if there is can you get rid of it by yourself and not have to go into the store? Thank you sooo much!

    Unless you have jailbroken your iPad, no one has hacked into it. If that isn't enough to allay your fears, put a piece of masking tape over it. There is no way to get rid of the camera, even if you take it to the Apple Store.
    Best of luck.

  • Is it possible to delete a users blog list without having to delete the entire user profile?

    Hello,
    The problem I have is that a users blog entries have become corrupted, if you view his entries the page displayed is completely unrendered.
    I'm not able to add a screen shot, but imagine if you will a loaded page, with no formatting, basically a plain html page, if that makes any sense!
    If I or anyone else look at his blogs, the pages once again look unrendered, if he looks at another persons blog, it renders fine. So, it just looks like his (and his alone) blog list has some how or other been corrupted.
    Is there a way to just delete the blog without having to delete his entire profile and get him to start all over again? The user doesn't mind losing his blog entries but would rather not have his whole profile deleted.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    There will be a “Post” list in that user’s MySite storing all the blogs that below to that user, we can delete all the blogs in that list if with sufficient permission in that
    user’s MySite.
    Best regards,

  • Convert Oracle SQL line to SQL Server SQL

    Hi All,
    I'm trying to convert this Oracle SQL to SQL that will work with SQL Server 2008 and am having some trouble with the MOD function. Anyone have any SQL Server chops?
    Oracle SQL
    TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate- MOD (TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate - to_date ('2012-01-01', 'fxYYYY-MM-DD'), 7) + 6 AS "Week Ending"
    SQL Server Code
    TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate - ((Cast(TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate as DATE) % CAST('2012-01-01' AS DATE)), 7) + 6 AS "Week Ending" Thanks,
    John
    Edited by: Johnbr (Oracle10G) on Mar 1, 2013 8:41 AM

    ahhh.. I just had to change my thinking... I got it now:
    SQL Server SQL
    DATEADD(dd, 7-(DATEPART(dw, TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate)), TBL_MAIN.AuthoredDate) AS 'Week Ending'

  • DB LINK Oracle to SQL Server SQL Server TimeStamp converts to Oracle Date

    Hi All,
    I have created a DB link between Oracle 10g 10.2.0.5 to SQL server 2005 using Oracle 11g gateway. When I execute a query from Oracle that selects data from SQL server using the DBLINK then the column value of type Timestamp from SQL server gets converted to Date data type in Oracle and it losses the time value.
    Is there some way (in gateway configurations or in select query sql ) that the SQL server data type Timestamp gets converted to Oracle's Timestamp?
    Please help.
    Best Regards!
    Irfan
    Edited by: irf_mas on Mar 13, 2012 3:23 AM

    You're getting the ORA-2070 error as the gateway that you are using is not supporting the to_timestamp function in this context. You need to rewrite the code.
    Best would be if you first check out the data format that is sent as a string when you just select the date column - for example:
    data_create_dt
    Jan 11 2012 1:40PM
    Now the easiest way is to make sure the format you are using in your where clause matches the string from the SQL Server:
    select * from "data_ms_view"@FREETDS_DG4ODBC_EMGTW_11_2_0_3 where "data_create_dt"<'Jan 11 2012 1:41PM';
    which will result in:
    data_create_dt
    Jan 11 2012 1:40PM
    BTW,
    it works with all formats the SQL Server understands:
    SQL> select * from "data_ms_view"@FREETDS_DG4ODBC_EMGTW_11_2_0_3 where "data_create_dt">'11-JAN-12 01.40.00.000000000 AM';
    data_create_dt
    Jan 11 2012 1:40PM
    Another way using binds:
    SQL> variable datum varchar2(26);
    SQL> exec select to_char(systimestamp,'MON dd yyyy hh:mi') into :datum from dual;
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> print datum
    DATUM
    MAR 19 2012 08:29
    SQL> select * from "data_ms_view"@FREETDS_DG4ODBC_EMGTW_11_2_0_3 where "data_create_dt" <:datum;
    data_create_dt
    Jan 11 2012 1:40PM
    There are several ways to get a result, just make sure you don't use an unsupported function in your statement. A list of supported functions is found in the manual.

  • Is it possible to see list history (e.g: which user removed column from list)

    Hello there,
    I know it is possible to see version history of items and pages, but what about the lists itself?
    For example:
    Is it possible to see which user added/removed a column from a list?
    Is it possible to see which user changed a certain view from a list?
    Thanks in advance!

    There's an auditing event fired when a user modifies content types or columns in a list. To make use of this you'll need to enable auditing if it's not already enabled.
    I'm not sure about the view and I'm having trouble trying to find information about it because most of the documentation talks about VIEWing the audit reports. :)
