Are you using the new Creative Cloud app (available via logging in to the Cloud)?
If you're using the old Application Manager (AAM) it may not appear. That's what happened here. Once I installed the Cloud app, Lightroom 5 appeared.

There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that.

Follow the steps listed at Transfer an Adobe product license
Lightroom has no activation check so you don't need to do anything to your computer. Your old copy of Photoshop must be deactivated / uninstalled if you haven't already done so.

Is Lightroom part of the CS Cloud?

I just subscribed to the Creative Suite Cloud. One of the software programs I was looking forward to using is Lightroom. I'm currently using Apple's Aperture program, but I'm having a few problems with it.
Anyway, when I check to see what software's available via the Adobe Download Assistant, I don't see Lightroom mentioned. How do I download it?
Question #2: I can ask this question on a separate thread after I've downloaded Lightroom, but I'll stick it in here, inc ase anyone knows the answer. I'd simply like to know the best way to import all my images from Aperture into Lightroom. Can you point me to a tutorial that explains where to set up an image folder for Lightroom and how to batch import images from Aperture (preferable with the meta data intact)?

Considering the large uproar about the mere existence of CC, I don't see that the existence of a lot of noise will change anything.
But point taken. I think in general as more applications of this sort head to subscriptions perhaps there will be more competition. Fer instance, what is Apple planning to do with Aperture? Kind of surprising Adobe beat them to the punch. iCloud and Aperture and iPads don't work nearly as well. Indeed, although those of us who already own full perpetual copies of LR and PS are kind of hemming and hawing, I"d bet the Aperture users waiting (and waiting...) for Aperture 4 would have the deal of the century to jump over to PS & LR right now.

Managing a corporate Adobe Cloud subscription! Is this possible?

I own a multimedia company and would like to get a Adobe Cloud subscription for the rest of the team.
I need a bunch of licences but the Adobe cloud seems to treat the subscription as a personal license. Is there a corporate version or a multiple seat version of Adobe Cloud?

Two options to look at depending on the size of your team.
One is to have the individual end users sign up for Creative Cloud directly to get started.
The second is to look into the Creative Cloud Team Ready offering, an interim solution for organizations excited by the prospect
of Creative Cloud who want to get started and have an onramp to the team offering when it becomes available later this year.
The Creative Cloud Team Ready offering is available for purchase in the reseller channel, and includes access to the CS6 Master Collection products along with
new products such as Adobe Muse, Adobe Edge, and Photoshop Lightroom as they are released for licensing customers.

Where do I find the Creative Cloud Subscription Serial Number?

I'm trying to add my subscription to my products and services and need the serial number for Creative Cloud? Within my Adobe products subscriptions and services there is no Adobe Creative Cloud subscription listed? In order to register this subscription I am required to enter a serial number for it to register? I do not understand why this subscription isn't automatically added to my accounts products and I'll be damned if I can find its serial number? Good Grief lets complicate matters, RIGHT? As simple as this wshould be, does anybody know where to locate it, please?

Get in touch with support. CCM is automatically added on your account. If it isn't, then something went wrong.

Can i run the adobe cloud from an external drive at internet cafes etc?

I'm travelling and I'd like to be able to leave my macbook behind sometimes, (such as in countries where I'd rather not carry such an expensive thing with me), however I use the adobe cloud suite on an educational subscription to process all my photographs..
My question is, can i keep the adobe suite on my external hard drive and run it off that at internet cafes etc?
I use Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop and occasionally Premier for the most part.

The Cloud is a delivery process... the programs still install on your local hard drive
Installing in Windows makes entries in the system registry... meaning the programs will not run away from the computer where they were installed
I do not know if a Mac has a similar process, where the drive must be with the computer where it was installed

For several hundred productions, Pr CS6 worked perfectly for me. Now, for some unknown reason, when I attempt to render video, the render progress window continually shows more and more frames to be processed. Therefore when I get to 80% rendered it drops back to 70% and increases the total frames in the render.... over and over, so that I never get past 99% rendered... regardless of how long I let it process.

Adobe is not going to swap 13 for 12. It is selling only 13 download as you found out. So, you are going to have to purchase 12 if you want to use that program. It may still be available at some retail locations, such as Amazon.

How do I move my adobe cloud subscription from my old computer to my new one? I know I am allowed to have it on two computers but I would like to keep my second install for future use instead of having it stay on my old failing computer and go to waist. If I just uninstall it from my old computer will the cloud know it has been uninstalled freeing up my addtional use.

Before uninstalling the creative cloud apps the deactivation is required. To deactivate the subscription you can launch any product ( photoshop, dreamweaver etc)
go to help menu and you will find the option deactivate. This will deactivate the whole subscription and you don't need to do it for all the products.
After deactivating the subscription you can uninstall the products one by one.
You can then go to the new machine and login to www.creative.adobe.com, login and then start downloading the products.
