How is the procedure for execute script PL/SQL on clic a button in a visual basic 2008 form. Coud you help me please.

Daqmx installation to be used in visual basic 2008

I plan to use PCI-6509 Digital IO in visual basic 2008. I installed NIDAQmx9.5.1.f2.
After installation, NIMax can detect the hardware(PCI-6509) successfully. NIMax was installed when DAQMX was installing.
But In VB2008>project>add reference>.NET, I can not see NationalInstruments.daqmx.
So I can't add it to my vb2008 program's reference.My program use PCI-6509 to control relay.
my PC has window 7 64bit operating system and the following .NET has been installed already.
Microsoft.NET compact Framework 2.0 SP2

Finally I solved the problem after reading the following document.

The summary is
1. I need custom installation.
2. select NET Framework 3.5 language support. => install this feature to a local drive(do not select subfeatures)
3. And do not select Measurement Studio Integration under NET Framewrork 3.5 language support.
Now I can add DAQmx reference in my program without any problem.

AFAIK, you can (optionally) install the "Primary Interop Assemblies" when installing Word. (see also: How to: Install Office Primary Interop Assemblies)

Unable to load gpib-32.dll when running the visual basic 2008 program

I installed NI-488.2 into my PC, window 7 64 bit OS.
In the program >> project> add reference>.NET, I successfully add the NI.4882 into my visual basic program.
By the way, this program worked well in another window 7 32 bit PC.
But when I run the program at ildev(BDINDEX,.........), error comes up as "unable load DLL gpib-32.dll".
So when I looked at c:\windows\system32, I can not fine gpib-32.dll.
Doesn't NI-488.2 driver install gpib-32.dll?
How can I install gpib-32.dll?

Unable to install DM6 - asks for Microsoft Visual Basic+++2008 Redistributable

Laptop Dell 1764 Win7Pro - DM5.
Just got a 9900 Bold yesterday to replace my Tour 9630.
I attempted to install DM6 and received the same error message I received when I had tried to install DM6 a few months ago.   I click file 610_b034_multilanguage.exe and installation begins. Half way through installation a window appears saying that Microsoft Visual C++2008 Redistributable must be installed - Microsoft Visual C++2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729 is listed in the Control Panel>Programs and Features as being installed.
I noticed that Microsoft Visual C++2005 Redistributable (x-64 Version 8.0.56336 is also installed together with SQL Server 2005.
I installed DM6 on my XP laptop without any problems.
I need to install DM6 so that I can back up my 9900 and synchronize.
Your recommendations would greatly be appreciated.

Unable to visual basic 2008 to win7 and win8

Visual Studio 2008 does not open .rptproj 2008 projects

I have installed
- SQL Server 2008 original version with SP1 and the Business Intelligence Development Studio
- Visual Studio 2008 with SP1.
I am told that Reporting Services 2008 is part of the Business Intelligence Development Studio 2008,
however when I try to open my Reporting Services 2008 .rptproj files with Visual Studio 2008, they will not open.
The error message is:
'C:\vs2008\CWReportsVS2008\CWReportsVS2008\CWReportsVS2008.rptproj' cannot be opened because its project type (.rptproj) is not supported by this version of the application.
To open it, please use a version that supports this type of project.

This issue might be caused because your VS2008 did not yet install BIDS report project. So, please open the New Project dialogue to check if there is Business Intelligence Development Studio component in the Project Types pane in your vs 2008. If it
is not there, install this component (can from the SQL server intallation client tools) so that you can open Reporting Services 2008 .rptproj files in the VS2008.

Not sure about FAQ you are referring to, but it seems that you need to set PLSQLRSet property of ADODB.Command to TRUE. Because if you fail to do so - errors with refcursors are likely to happen.

Need help creating full battery alert using visual basic script

I have been searching for resources, programs and code that will create an alert for me to unplug my charger when my laptop
battery is charged to full (or almost full).
The only problem with this code is that
Line 13: iRemaining (or RemainingCapacity called from BatteryStatus returns a 0 (might be a floating point which I can't figure out why). I even checked the microsoft documentation and its supposed to be a percentage.
I want to get either the current percentage of the battery or the total Fullchargedcapacity and the EstimatedRemainingCapacity to find the % of battery level.
Essentially what I am asking is how can I return the battery % using visual basic script.

You can use Buddy API to run a vbs script file.
ie.
baOpenFile( _movie.path & "My Script.vbs", "Normal" )
You could also try the inbuilt open command but I haven't tested it.

There are two way to encrypt emails or messages in MS-Outlook:
1.) Manual
2.) By using VB script (as you shared the needful source)
Now, you are stucking at the point “How to run or execute this VB code in Outlook?”
It’s quite simple, first enable the Developer Tab for your Outlook program by following the given path:
File >> Options >> Customize Ribbon >> Select the Developer box (from the right pane) >> Ok
Now, you will see a new menu having name of “Developer”. Click on it and start creating own VB based macros via making a click on “Visual Basic” button.
