Is there Any mistake : in af:inputListOfValues of adf

hi jdev expert,
am using jdev11.1.1.5.0- adfbc -oracledb10g-mozilla9.0.1
my af:panel form like this :
Plant: .......... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
plant Desc : .........
lvl1 id : ....... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
lvl1 desc: .......
lvl2 id : ....... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
lvl2 desc: .......
lvl3 id : ....... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
lvl3 desc: .......
lvl4 id : ....... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
lvl5 desc: .......
acct id: ...... //inputListOfValues componet used // - primary key in eo // manadatory
acct desc ......
class id: .... //inputListOfValues componet used this class id is based on acct id . (i used cascading lov)
class desc...
and some more fields.
in eo . Refresh After insert flag is checked
testing scenario:
eg;
first time enter datas like this:
Plant: plnt
plant Desc : plant
lvl1 id : 01
lvl1 desc: level1
lvl2 id : 02
lvl2 desc: level2
lvl3 id : 03
lvl3 desc: level3
lvl4 id : 04
lvl5 desc: level4
acct id: 100
acct desc prime acct
class id: .... 01 this is depenedent on acct id
class desc... prim class
every thing is ok @ first time.
for eg:
second time enter same datas as i mentioned above: thing is : am trying create a duplicate.
Plant: plnt
plant Desc : plant
lvl1 id : 01
lvl1 desc: level1
lvl2 id : 02
lvl2 desc: level2
lvl3 id : 03
lvl3 desc: level3
lvl4 id : 04
lvl5 desc: level4
acct id: //@ second time i cant able to choose this value 100 here. manually if i give 100 means suddenly igonre from that field This is the strange
acct desc
and one more thing:
instead 100. if i give 101, or any other values in acct field means the lov is accepting the value. no problem.
and one more i had no db triggers and db pk's.
just i used an normal vo.get the value for that lov. and i think no problem with lov.
when i try create the duplicate for that account with same level means(you can see in example). acct lov are not working.
can anyone say the reason.?
how to avoid this.?
usually what adf do @ time of commit the records means. throw too many object match with primary key.
but here i cant choose the lov itself for creating an duplicate.
what wrong with me? please any one help.

when you type an invalid value it will open a search box? is it opening the search box in ur case?
yes it's perfect opening.
do you have a validator for the inputlistofvalues?
