Issue in B2C payment option scenario.

Hi All,
We have noticed a bug in the java program of the E-Commerce application. In the B2C scenario, if the user has selected "Quote Only" as the payment type and when there are no warnings, the status of the sales order is still remaining as "1", which is wrong.
Can anyone tell me how to look in the java files, how the payment option is sent to the ABAP program?
We are working in CRM 5.0.
Please suggest.

We have a scenario where online payment (credit card) is required for b2c CRM 2007 and R/3 4.7 is back end system .where we are supposed to use the IPCharge (Credit Card Payment Processing company) payment gateway Could you plz tell me what are the configure steps to be followed ,are their any building blocks for that.

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then seeRecover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

"Free" web form payment option giving error message

Hello,
On this page http://www.sedonamagoretreat.org/volunteer-retreat-test-page please see the form at the bottom of the page. The option to pay with a credit card works just fine. But if I select the "Free" payment option and click the Submit button, I get the message ERROR: An error occurred. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed via the online shop.

I followed the advice on this page http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1100196 by adding the Gift Voucher button but still doesn't work.

I solved this myself, with some help from tech support, so I'm posting this for anyone who is trying to accomplish the same setup.
Per Business Catalyst tech support:
"I checked the concern you have reported, to confirm you with the same.
You may use the free=10 payment method for shopping cart, when any gift voucher or discount coupon reduces the amount to zero.
I understand the option you looking for, however, its not possible to achieve the same within Bc using free payment method. You may try some customization , Unfortunately, HTML / CSS / JavaScript and Site implementation related issues are outside the scope of our support boundaries. However, you may like to post this on our support forums as well, where a member of our helpful community may be able to assist - http://forums.adobe.com/community/business_catalyst"
So instead of using the "Free" payment option, I used "Cash." It's not a perfect setup, but it works for now.
Be sure to use <div id="paymentdiv"> wrapped around the payment-related fields and insert the following script to hide the payment fields if they don't select payment by credit card:

How to add new payment Options in WEB SHOP

Hi all
We need to add new payment options in the B2C shop, but we don't find any customizing place to do it, we read about the BADI CRM_RISK_MGMT_BADI, but in the documentation said that we can set a Default payment option or exclude, but nothing about to add Customer Options.
Any info regarding would be very useful.

Look at your Payment Process Profile. THere should be a reporting subtab and within that subtab is a Separate Remittance Advice region. I believe that is where you specify the format for the remittance advice document (which is built in XML Publisher). Take a look at that.

I used a gift card visa for awhile for my payment option, well that card is now used up. I want to switch my payment option to "none" again but it's not letting me with the new iOS7. Anyone know how I can get it back?

i changed my app store from canada to india and for that i'd to update my payment option details for app store and was charged with Rs. 60 twice. once the day i added the card details. and then another one 3 days later. why did that happen?
i read soemwhere that it automatically gets credited back within 3-5 working days.
waited for more than 7 days but no credit was given back.
m feeling bad that i got charged without making any purchase.

Each time that you add or change the card details on your account (and possibly also if you change your name and address, as the card needs to be registered to the same name and address as on your iTunes account) you will be charged a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid and that the card is active, but it should disappear within a few days or so (the amount of time that it takes will vary by card issuer) : store holding charge.
Give it a few more days, and if it still hasn't disappeared then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Q10 Payment Options Not Working

I am unable to connect to the Payment Options function. I constantly get "Unable to complete update, please try again later. Unable to connect to payment service." Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi, happened to me on a new BB. The hash key for payment is associated with the phone IMEI , for example at paypal.
With your first purchase on BBworld, it will work again.
If you go to BBWorld and with your first purchase with the Q10, the payment WILL process and you will have a new hash key with paypal, and under payment options , you will have the options Paypal...Credit Card...etc

Opened an itunes account and was in process of entering itunes giftcard for payment option and was told card number not valid, was brand new card , what do i do now?

Essentially, the bare issue is that you have a 500GB hard drive with only 10GB free. That is not sufficient to run the system properly. The two options you have are to move/remove files to another location, or to install a larger hard drive (eg 2TB). Drive space has nothing to do with SMC firmware, and usually large media files are to blame.
My first recommendation is this: download and run the free OmniDiskSweeper. This will identify the exact size of all your folders - you can drill down into the subfolders and figure out where your largest culprits are. For example, you might find that your Pictures folder contains both an iPhoto Library and copies that you've brought in from a camera but are outside the iPhoto Library structure. Or perhaps you have a lot of purchased video content in iTunes.
If you find files that you KNOW you do not need, you can delete them. Don't delete them just because you have a backup, since if the backup fails, you will lose all your copies.
Don't worry about "cleaners" for now - they don't save much space and can actually cause problems. Deal with the large file situation first and see how you get on.
Let us know what you find out, and if you manage to get your space back.

Bought some stuff on the app store - now it asks to validate payment option but fails every time!?

I bought a couple things on the App store which came to £5.98.
Now every time I try to download or update any apps it asks to validate my payment option but fails every time but the money has been taken from my bank - I've scheduled Apple support to call me tomorrow night but if anyone nows a way around this at all I'd appreciate it.

Payment Option Mgt on AppWorld

I have been trying to use my Visa card to pay for apps but whenever i fill in the Card details and click on next, what i get is "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please visit ....... Error ID: 12000"
I have been using the same card for online transactions and I've not had any issues with it. Would really appreciate help.

The issue hasn't been resolved. I have checked d article on the 12000 error and also looked at the list of supported payment types. Visa Card was listed as a supported payment option for Nigeria where I am presently. I also tried registering for a Paypal account but Nigeria was not on among the list in the registration page.
Infact I'm already getting frustrated.

But its not 100% Guaranteed that they will issue a refund as per there Policy Terms.
But in extreme cases they gives you a Refund for 1 time as an excepiton.

Unable review my apple id without payment option, didn't find none in steps?

Unable to review my apple id, [email protected], without payment options. Didn't find any none option over the steps of review. Tried debit card but didn't work. Hence I tried various forum to look into issue. Some say there might be some purchase item in list, and if you apple id isn't review then you might face this issue, none option will be removed. You can revert all your purchase and ask apple to reinstate - none option for you so that you can review your apple id.

No I didn't specifically. As very new to mac so don't know much about app-store, how it works.
But when I check purchase list over AppStore, it contain following :
1. iMovie
2. iPhoto
3. Keynote
4. Numbers
5. Pages
6. GarageBand
I didn't remember do any purchases w.r.t paid apps. Free apps I might have clicked but not paid ones, there should be payment gateway while you buy paid stuff or ask to register your payment details?
