Issue quantity to be display  as a default qty. in confirmation.

hello!
pp experts
i have one problem that the issue quantity through co27 against production order should defaultly display in the confirmation screen (co11)
for e.g. issued quantity is 50 pcs against the production order of 100 pcs
then in the confirmation screen co11 it should restrict only the issued quantity 50 qtys. & not the order qyts. 100pcs.
please try to give the solution.

First let me understand your problem.
1) You want the requirements qty in the components overview of the prod order to be defualted in the CO11N.
2) And as and when GI is done the succesive confirmations should show the remaining qty.
3) GI greater than the requirements qty should not be allowed ?
First 2 points are ok. These will appear in the CO11N screen as per your requirement.
But the last part has not been provided by SAP as there is always a possibility that you consume more than that required as per BoM due to inefficeincies/ defects etc. So standard does not provided this.
Still if you want to restrict this then you need to enable an user-exit as follows:
Enhancement : MBCF0002
Function module: EXIT_SAPMM07M_001
This exit gets triggered whenever a goods movemnt is posted. So check if the AUFNR <> blank and mvt type = 261.
Then code as follows:
In the above, the import parameter I_MSEG contains the order number AUFNR, Reservation number RSNUM and Reservation Item RSPOS.  Pass this to table RESB and get the Requirements qty (BDMNG) and Withdrawn qty (ENMNG).
Now if I_MSEG-MENGE > ( RESB-BDMNG + RESB+ENMNG ) then give an error.

    First at all thanks for reading this post. I am having the following issue. I am creating an application using html pages and servlets. I am using Chinese and English languages on them (html encoding UTF-8).
    I created a project in Netbeans and added an idex.html screen reporting to a servlet. Both index.html and in the servlet generated html page contains the line:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
    Additional, I setup the character code settings in Netbeans:
    (tools-options-Java sources-Expert-default encoding=UTF-8
    When I run the project, index.html displays itself perfectly, with the Chinese characters displayed properly. The problem comes when the html created servlet is displayed, which instead of the Chinese characters some strange characters are displayed (�� instead of Chinese).
    I have tried different encodings from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/intl/encoding.doc.html without any luck. I also setup the encoding of the file itself (using right click-properties in the project menu of Netbeans).
    Also, when I am editing the servlet, the characters are displayed properly. I type them directly without any issue, but then the display is wrong at runtime.
    Also, just in case this have something to do with the problem, my PC was bought in US, therefore the default character set is not Chinese. I had to install the Chinese typing stuff later on. But like I said earlier, the html page is displayed properly, so I really think is some problem with Netbeans.
    After a week trying to find a solution, I decided to post it here in the hopes that someone will show me the way of the light.

    This servlet is called from a html file. Also, when I load this in the browser, I right click on the screen and I can see that UTF-8 is setup allright. Doing some detective job I found that:
    - If the editor displays the characters perfectly and...
    - Other html pages (no servlets) in the same application can display chinese characters well and...
    - I have configured the encoding as UTF-8 in the servlet properties and in general properties and...
    - The file "web.xml" contains the encoding UTF-8 in its first line then...
    ...my only guess is that something goes wrong during the building of the project itself (ant?). Unfortunately I have no idea about configuring ant to that level, but I began to think that the problem may be there, during the compilation...

    But I want it in different columns, that is received quantity in one column and issued quantity in another column. Please suggest how to rectify it in the PLd.

    In the PLD, create 2 formula field in the repetitive area -
    1. Field_141 > 0
    2. Field_141 < 0
    where Field_141 refers to the Quantity field.
    3. Link the Quantity field to formula field 1 above. This way, the quantity field will show only the >0 quantity
    4. Duplicate the quantity field. Set it as a separate column and link it to the <0 formula field.
    Now this column will show qty > 0
    Rename the column headings acc.

    Could any one explain me how to achieve the below functionality in SAP.
    Sales order item quantity needs to be updated based on the goods issue quantity when goods issue happens. 
    Tried to achieve the above functionality thru user exit.  But I could not found any user exit.  Could any one help me in finding out the user exit for a delivery which gets triggered when goods issue happens? 
    Or is there any other way thru which we can achieve the above functionality?  For example by using copy control, or requirement stuff.

  • Change the issue quantity for different plants

    We are facing a problem in the following issue.
    A material is being used in two plants. The material is procured from vendors in packets. The pack quantity varies for each plant for the same material since it is procured from different vendor. The base unit of measure for the material in the material master is maintained as NOS and the unit of issue is PAC. The alternative unit of measure in the material master can be maintained for only one PAC. If the pack quantity varies for different plant, how to maintain in the material master.
    For example : -
    Plant I u2013 Vendor A u2013 Pack quantity u2013 200nos.
    Plant II u2013 Vendor B u2013 Pack quantity u2013 300 nos.
    While creating reservation in plant II for one pack, the stock keeping quantity is 200 nos. On issue the issue quantity is 200 nos, but our requirement is the system should issue 300 nos. Kindly give solution to the problem.

    Acording to me there is 3 way to comeout of this problem.
    1) Create different Material codes for both plants.
    2) Insted of using alternate unit of measure use Batch specific unit of measure.But for this Materials are Batch Managed.

    3) Try to convince one of the vendor to change its packing qty/Packet.

  • Goods issue quantity exceeds the ordered quantity

    Hi Gurus,
                    I created a sales order with single line item for 100 MT. Subsequently i created outbound delivery against the order. Now the 100 MT quantity gets copied in the delivery. now i created an additional line item in the same delivery for 10 MT against the same material . After this i did the PGI. To my surprise system allowed to do the PGI for this additional item that i had added. Now in this case the goods issue quantity exceeds the Sales order quantity. How can i restrict such functionality.
    My requirement is that the goods issue quantity should never exceed the ordered quantity in any case. Moreover the line items should be copied directly from sales order and there should not be any scope of adding any additional line item during delivery. The outbound delivery document should be copied from sales order and no manual alterations should take place during delivery or PGI . How can i achieve the same . Please help.

    Also for your delivery document tpye,under order reference,keep item requirement as '201' so that system will not allow any new entries in the delivery.

  • Issued quantity to Equipment wise in one screen

    Hi,
    Can anyone solve the following issue....
    We have topped up diesel for 15-20 different Heavy earthmoving machineries  work at mines site,   In order to close monitor we have to enter the topped up quantity in each machines individually.
    Now we are issuing the diesel to cost centre as a issued quanty from store, not inidivual equipment.
    In PM module/store, if any screen available as enter the issued quantity to equipment wise in one screen  is convinenet .Kindly request to give any T code to enter on equpment wise for the diesel topped up individually.

    Hi Mukherjee,
    Point1: If you are issuing the material to Cost center from store ther is not linkage with the equipment master. Try to issue to Maintenance order.
    You will get the reservation and withdrawn qty from T code IW13.
    Point 2: For capturing the diesel amoount topped up for the equipment.
    Create Measuring point with respect to the equipment using T Code - IK01
    Enter the Topped up amount in with ref to measuring point at T code IK11
    You can see the report with respect to equipment from T code IK17

  • Sudden Issue with 23-inch displays?!

    My 23-inch display went kaputz yesterday. It's interesting that today for the first time ever, I've come to these forums, hoping for an answer. How in the world can it be that suddenly this August, all of these 23-inchers are on the fritz?
    What's up, Apple?!
    (thank God for my old 22-inch display. I replugged it in and it's running like a charm.)

    Several of us have expressed frustration with Apple's lack of response to this problem (which they obviously know about by now, and if they don't, there is no excuse), and the lack of a way to register any complaint beyond the level of your individual AppleCare person. Not knowing where else to turn, I sent an e-mail to the director of Mac PR, and the PR manager for Mac hardware, whose addresses are among the few on the Apple site (see site map).
    As evidence that this is not just one person complaining but a true potential PR problem, I asked them to read this discussion and three others on the same issue: "Display not always turning on", "23" display not turning on problem", "Sudden issue with 23-inch displays", "23" cinema display -- bad adapter".
    I summarized the complaints as:
    1. Power adapters seem to be o failing in large numbers at the same time.
    2. Many people are waiting for replacement power adapters through Apple Care, and they are not being shipped as promised.
    3. Frustration with Apple's failure to step up to the plate and address this problem.
    I asked for a response. So far, two days later, not even an acknowledgement from either one that they received my e-mail.
    Maybe if they hear from more of us, they will see that, yes, this is a PR issue!

  • Return delivery more than issued quantity

    Hi,
    I posted the goods issuance quantity 10 with mvt 201, when return delivery with mvt 202 then system allow to post more than issued quantity.
    is there any restriction or standard error message to control this.

    Are you not cancelling the document with reference to the original document. In this system will not allow you to change the quantity.

    While production confirmation in repetitive manufacturing, we are capturing machine related data like die no  through development and savind in table.
    My requirement is to display the data mentioned during production confirmation (die no) in QA11 screen which enables the user for defects recording. Here we have used  '04' inspection type , based on production confirmation quantity ,inspection lot  wil be generated.

    I think the userexit "QPL10004" suggested  by you will display the additional data stored in QALS table. However, our requirement is to display the data stored in "RMRP" table based on material document no stored in QALS table while posting usage decision.
    We have appended RMRP table with zfields like die no, & we've done a developement, like whenever we do production confirmation in repetive manufacturing the die no will be stored in RMRP table.
    And we've activated '04' inspection type in the material master of the product produced.
    Our requirement is to display the die no (stored in RMRP table ) to user in QA11 , so that the user will be aware of the die no for which he is going to post usage decision in order to record defects die wise.
    we are producing similar materials on various dies.
    I've preapared a logic to display die no in QA11 which is as follows.
    1. Get material document No from: QALS-MBLNR, QALS u2013 HERKUNFT=u201904u2019
    2. Against QALS-MBLNR = BLPP-MBLNR, get the value of BLPP- PRTNR
    3. Against BLPP- PRTNR = RMRP-PRTNR, get the values of  RMRP- ZZMDV01, RMRP- ZZDIE_NO, RMRP- ZZCAVITIES, RMRP-ZZSHIFT
    4. Display of data of step 3 in inspection lot u2013 T-code = QA11, by creating custom fields for display
    If available, please suggest any userexit/BADI which will support the above functionality.

  • Value and quantity is not displaying in Tcode MC.9 for some materials

          For the material XYZ Material Type is FERT but when I check the stock in MC.9 with material type FERT, it is not displaying any value and quantity but when I donu2019t put any Material Type it is showing me the value with quantity. Even I tried to change the material type to FERT there also it gave me message as "No data exists for chosen selection". Why this massage is showing like this ?
