Issue with lost outgoing texts

I have a Razr Maxx and randomly, my texts don't go through to people. They don't bounce back, so I have no idea that they have not been received. It's really frustrating! Help?

I am sorry to hear you are having with sending a text message. Are you getting any error messages telling you why they are not going through? Try doing a soft reset and retry sending the messages.

I use one of the list positions as the text for a link in two different spots. For now, lets only talk about the line:

Since I am generating these controls at pageLoad, I can't make them <asp:Linkbutton>s. And since they are anchor elements, I don't have access to an onCommand attribute or onservercommand attribute.
All I want to do is access the content from inside the specific link tags that I generate on link click and set it as a session variable. That's what I would like my UserProfile_Click function to do. I cant commandargs it in like i can with a linkbutton's
OnCommnad attribute, however.
My fear is that the onserverclick attribute resolves so something else on pageLoad normally and since I am generating it the way I am similar to the way a <asp:linkButton> resolves to a generated JavaScript.
Any help?

This happened once before and it was due to a buldging battery pressing on the track pad. I checked the battery and it appears to be fine. What can I do?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up guest users” (without the quotes) in the search box. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

Wifi: my Cell phone will remember 10 wifi connections. So delete any you don't use often and your home wifi and try to enter home wifi again.
if it still won't connect to home wifi, call your internet provider for help. You may need a newer router or different settings Or upgraded service. Your phone seeks the best connection and will refuse lesser connections.
last resort. Backup the phone. Do a full reset, then restore as new with the backup.
if still not fixed, go back to apple and insist on repair or replacement.
HOWEVER. voicemail is not a wifi issue, it's a carrier function, which is why the SIM card is a suspect.

Issue with Siri sending texts, doesn't read back outgoing msg

When I got the iPhone 4 I could hold the home button and tell Siri "Ask my wife when will you be home for dinner?" and Siri would respond, "Here is your message to ******, it says, when will you be home for dinner? Do you want to send it?" Now, it skips the part where it reads back the message. It now responds with "Here is your message to ******. <long pause> Do you want to send it?" I have Voice Feedback set to 'always' and Siri reads incoming texts. I'm fighting side effects from eye surgury this week and it's really a PITA that Siri won't confirm the outgoing message (and half the time gets it wrong!). Thanks!

After asking my wife about it, it seems the automatic read back is only happening on bluetooth. When I hold the phone and do the same thing it won't read back the outgoing text but it will in my car. I also figured out that if it doesn't read back the text, you can ask Siri to 'review' and she will read it back then.

Display issue with HTML formatted text in report builder

I am using the FCKeditor in my application to allow endusers
the ability to create formated text on reports. We curently are
experiencing 2 issues: 1. If you copy and paste from MS Word
2003/2007 it will not display the text correclty in the report; 2.
If you use the FCKeditor toolbar to insert bullets or a numeric
list it will not align the text correctly on the report. We are
using Coldfusion 8 with Hotfix 1 and Coldfusion Report Builder's
lastest build release.
Has one experiences this same issue with HTML fields not
printing correctly using the Report Builder? What other HTML
editors besides FCKeditor might we use?

IExpenses-12.1.3 Facing Issue with 2 custom text fields on the standard OAF

Dear All,
We are facing problem where custom text fields on standard OAF page does not retain their values when we traverse back-forth on the OAF page.
Here is the exact issue details
1) We added 2 text fields(Attribute5 and Attribute6) through personalization on Mileage Line Details Screen(standard OAF page) of iExpenses 12.1.3.
2) And business requirement is whenever user enters values into these fields, difference of these values is populated in third field which is standard field on that page.
Issue
When user enters values into above 2 fields, difference is calculated correctly however once he clicks on return page and comes back again on the detail page
then all the standard fields retain their values but 2 custom fields have blank value.
Is there any issue with personalization? or any other issue? Please suggest.

There is button named as "Calculate Amount" on the line details page so it is happening in below 2 scenario
1) When User enters values in 2 fields and clicks on Calculate Amount Button then values get disappeared from custom fields
2) When user clicks on return button, go to main page and clicks on detail button ( to come back on same line) then all the standard fields have valuece and custom one's disappeared.

Issue with cover sheet text in chinese when received at customer mail id

Hi All,
Please help me with the following issue with your solutions
When we complete an MSDS document, a Cover sheet will also get generated and a proram will send both the documents to the customer in his/her email id.Both the documents are received in customer's email id as .PDF files( Say Pkt ID.PDF for MSDS and Coversheet.pdf for coversheet).
In general coversheet goes as coversheet.pdf,but for some countrie like china customer need to see the files received in chinese text( Coversheet in chinese text.PDF).
In my case the customer is receiving a covers sheet with (chinese text.PDF),but the chinese text appearing for coversheet is not correct.
Any help as from where this is picked up for coversheet? I checked Document Management systemdefine doc typesassign language dep doc status for DBE.Also checked phrases ,but of no use.

Found that the Program handling the sending of MSDS&COVER sheet to customer is mapped with wrong text element.

Issue with creating a text box from a loop

I was hoping someone could take a look at this code and maybe
help me find out why this isnt working. What I am trying to do is:
(NOTE: I have used a few differents scripts and combined them, so
the code may not be the greatest).
Pull Data from a PHP file (The PHP file gets it's data from
database)
Then run a loop that brings in First Name, Last Name, Jersey
Number, and Position
Then before it loops and gets the next player it creates an
array that creates 3 text boxes with Full Name, Jersey Number and
position
then it loops through the process again untill all of the
records have been retreived.
I'm not sure if its because I have a do while loop inside of
a for loop inside of a function and an Array. I'm new to Arrays and
loops. the issue is it wont display the text boxes.
NOTE: When I trace this, the data is being retrieved.

"this" inside your onLoad() method refers to your loadvars
instance, receive. and the loadvars class has no createTextField()
method, so you're not going to create any textfields if that code
is in the onLoad() body.
to remedy, reference a timeline instead of receive.

Issue with Capturing Long text using CALL METHOD EDITOR- GET_TEXT_AS_STREAM

     but not working for Custom Long text – Only changes
Here is the Issue:
1)      Created Custom Long text in TAB. --> Good
2)      Entered few lines in custom Long text --> Good
         Click on Standard Tab , Leaving Custom tab and Custom Long text-->Good
4)      In PAI of Custom Tab – Changes captured using CALL METHOD 1 ( See below Code 1)--> Good
5)      Entered few lines in Standard Long text in Standard Tab -->Good
6)      Click another Standard Tab
7)      In PAI of Standard Tab – Changes captured using CALL MEHTOD 2 ( See Below Code 2)-->Good
8)      Come back to Standard Tab / Standard Long Text , Enter few more lines.
9)      Change the Tab , IN PAI of Standard Tab/Standard Text , Changes Captured using CALL METHOD2 ( See Below CODE 3) --> Good

Here is what I am trying to Achieve.
In Create Notification IW21 , They need 5 Long Text in Custom Tab ( Say Tab Name is MBR ).
TAB1 NOTIFICATION Standard Information , TAB2 REFERENCE OBJ , TAB 3 MalFunction , Breakdown Standard one...... TAB 7 ( Custom Tab ).
In Custom Tab , I added 5 LONG TEXT ( its 5 WHY Concept ).
When the User enters data in 5 Long text , it should store long text along with Notification number when save.
But Notification number will be generated @ the time of SAVE , but before that its just shows as
%0000000001 ( and Number will be generated 1000065479) at Save.
How to achive this .
I did this:
Added 5 Custom Container. and In PBO / PAI
PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.
MODULE STATUS_0100.
PROCESS AFTER INPUT.
MODULE USER_COMMAND_0100.
IN PBO
   CREATE OBJECT TEXT_EDITOR1 ,    CREATE OBJECT TEXT_EDITOR2,    CREATE OBJECT TEXT_EDITOR3 like wise 5
   CALL METHOD TEXT_EDITOR1->SET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE ,    CALL METHOD TEXT_EDITOR2->SET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE .. Like wise 5 , So when the user Click on Custom Tab ( MBR ).
It give 5 Long text.
When he click tab1 or tab2 or tab3 .. and again tab MBR , still data is available.
How to store this data for future retrival ( IW22 or IW23 ) ?
Its working fine when I enter first time and goes here and there and finall save .
IN SAVE BADI , I imported the Long text and created Standard Text SO10 with Notification Number with LONG1 , LONG2 .. means 1000065479LONG1 as standard text.
But not working when I entered first time and go to tab1 and tab2 and then to MBR tab and added few more lines , its not exporting full lines and in IMPORT ( SAVE BADI ) giving ZERO Lines.

Issue with printing Standard Text in Production Environment.

In my smartform,
The Std Text on back of page in Production System is getting truncated.But in Development system it is fully printed.
I checked for the printers & language that are used in both the systems it is the same.
Could you please let me know your views as to what might be the problem.
Is it a basis issue or is there anything that we can do on development side.

I can do this by keeping it in text element. But for some texts we need to add some other text in between dynamically.
for example : for BE10 we need to show like,
CONCATENATE 'This text is prepared on behalf of (' <vendor name> ') ' some text' INTO w_title_text.
In this case: I have tried preparing this text in the program lines node. Here the problem is I can able to mention single quote in prepare the text. In the above example it is bold.
Basically I don't what's happening when printing report texts. But if there is a way to show single quote while prepare text that should be fine.

Issue with row/column text lengths in report painter

Hi Gurus,
I have created a report painter report with formatting of the row/column length text as medium, but for one FS item/GL Account the report when executed still picks up only the short text length. I am not sure how this can be resolved.

Issue with printing report texts in Smartform

Hi ,
I developed a smartform and a print program. In the title of the smartform I need print a text depend on the company code. For this I prepared this text in the print program like the following.
case rbkp-bukrs.
when 'IT10'
smartform_struct-title = text-010.
endcase.
The problem is some times these texts are not printing on the form output. User are mad at this. when they complines me and I go and look at it, it is fine. I don't think this is printer issue. Any clues please let me know.

Syncing issues with lost of iTunes account.

We have a house with 1 computer, 2x iPhones 4S, 1x iPad, 2xiPad mini's and 6x iTunes accounts (including 1 account we no longer use). When syncing the iPads an error message comes up saying some files can not be synced because iPads can only hold files from upto 5 iTunes accounts. how do we solve this issue? Can we close down the old account and keep the file from there? Any advice happily accepted.
