It says that it is sending me a verification email for my apple id but i have not gotten an email
I'm trying to log into my apple id but it is not letting me because i have not verified it. it says it sent me a verification email, but it did not.

And used the Manage Account option.
Where in terms of the listed emails in your account does it say it is sending the email ?
If yours is an older email from some ISP service you might have had in the past do you still have access to that ?

i changed my email for my apple id, but i can't change my iCloud account because i can't remember my old password, and now i need to use iCloud for my new IPhone but it isn't working, how do i fix that?
If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Why is it that I can't receive the email to reset my security questions and answers.. My email information is all accurate but I'm not receiving the email and I've even checked spam and junk folders.. Can someone please help me
Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

Are you trying to set up your own iDevice and that is why you want your own Apple ID?
Do you realize that any content that you have already purchased using her ID will still have to be used if you want to update apps or download purchases again for free? ITunes and App Store content is tied to the ID used to make the purchase. Furthermore, if you use her ID to download a purchased app for free on your own device, you can lock yourself out of your ID for 90 days.
Back to the question at hand .... Did she use your email address as the rescue email address for her Apple ID? -

Trying to send password reset email for old Apple ID but it isn't found
I had no idea where to post this, sorry I'm new to this! Moments ago, I finally was able to access an old email account that I used to create my previous Apple ID. When I tried to send myself a password resent email so that I could finally access my old iTunes acciunt music to get back all of my old purchasEd, no email was ever sent. I tried seeing if that email was connected to the iTunes account by using the forgot my username thing but it told me that no Apple id was found that was connected to that email. I know that this email is connected to this Apple ID because I searched it and found receipts for all of my old purcahases. Did Apple delete my old ID? I really just want to get my old songs back so I'd really appreciate if somebody could help me!
iTunes accounts aren't deleted, unless you contact iTunes Support and ask them to do (and if they agree to do so). You are sure that the email address is still attached to the iTunes account, you hadn't updated its primary email address to be a different address ? If you can't find it via http://iforgot.apple.com then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can find it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

I changed my email for my Apple ID, but on my iCloud it's still registered under my old email, but I can't change it. The only option it has for me to do is to delete that account from my phone but I don't want to lose anything I have on my phone that is linked to my iCloud account
If you go to your iTunes account on the computer, where you changed your email account info, you find a link to other changes for your account info. You may have done all that already, if so next you have to change the info on the device.
To change the device info:
Step 1. Connect to iTunes on the computer and on the "Info" page, check the sync info box. You should notice a change in your email info on the screen . Sync device to the computer.
Step 2. note at the bottom of this "Info" screen a note that says to change you iPad info: Go to Settings on the iPad, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Change your email account information here. -
I bought ed sheeran's x album and it has been downloading songs as he released them just fine but now it has stopped. I was charged for the entire album but have not gotten any emails from iTunes or do I have the option to download, it says I must purchase it again please help
If you are doing it on your computer's iTunes then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option find it, and/or does it show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for downloading :
