Item Condition Help
We are using ISA 5.0 and we are trying to find the appropriate method(s) to help us retrieve all of the pricing conditions from our CRM 5.0 system assosciated with a given item. We have tried using the following methods to obtain the pricing conditions but have had no success: getPricingConditions(), getItemConditionTable(), getConditionRecordData(). Can anyone be of any assistance?

i have tried it. but in that item conditions are not coming. in that enhancement we can get the details of item only. but my requirement is, i need to change the vendor for some specific conditions in each item only.
ex: assume that item no. 10 have 5 conditions. in that for 2 conditions should pickup the main vendor and another 3 conditions should pickup another customised vendor which i was given in header.

My requirements is change or create the Scheduling Agreement - Schedule Lines (ME32L). I am using BAPI -->

Its updating correctly, but automatically the item condition price details are deleted.
1st time i am facing this issue.

How to hide the Condition types in item condition screen in Sales Order ?
Hi Experts,
We got new requirement from the Client. Pricing Condition types are ZZBG, ZPBG, ZPBA, ZFSG, ZBDG and ZBHG part in Pricing Procedure. These condition types have Condition records. These need to be hidden in Item conditions screen in Sales Order but other status of the conditions remain unchanged. Pleas provide me the solution earliest How this we can achieve in a best way.

You can achieve this using CONDITION EXCLUSION.
Maintain Condition exclusion for first condition type its Exclude the condition types which are below to that.
You must set a condition exclusion indicator for the price. You can do this in two ways:
If you want to set the condition exclusion indicator a follows then you specify it:
1..for all condition records of a condition type (e.g. with condition type PR00) when defining a condition type in SD Customizing
2.for an individual condition record (e.g. only for material 4711) in the detail screen of a condition record (in the Condition exclusion field)

Accounting total value of item conditions
Dear Experts,
I have a scenario where rebates(volume discounts) are accrued at an item level through an item condition and are hence released to accounts also at an item level. As a result of this there are too many accrual entries getting posted for one single billing document depending on the number of line items of it having the accrual.
I want to have the accrual to continue at item level only, but, while posting to accounts, system should be able to pass one single entry (Consolidated entry) for the total accrual value of all line items taken together so that one billing document will have only one accrual entry line in accounting.
Is there any setting that can be done in condition types, billing document types or anywhere else? Any pointer towards a User-exit or Enhancement point?

Try transaction OBCY to summarize the transactions in accounting line item. Note # 36353. This customizing will try to summarize for all the accounting transactions irrespective of rebate or not so you should carefully choose your fields. As a last resort, you can fill some Z fields in accounting line item like billing document line number and condition type combination for all the line items except for rebate line item. Since all the line items have different value in this field except for rebate line items, system should summarize.

I am Uploading a Contract Details from the excel sheet in to the se38 but i am not getting the item condition details for the contract.i have called a BAPI (BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE) and (BAPI_CONTRACT_CHANGE) .in that i have passed the ITEM CONDITIONS but and am checking in ME33K the item details are not getting updated . I have upload the 8 condition types but only one is getting uodated. I have 4 materials and for each material i have two two condition type, only the first conditon type of earch material is updated but not the second. I am unable to solve the problem please help me out. I will send also the code which i have wriiten.Please help me out as its Very Urgent.

Please get the valid condition ( based on date ) from A016 (MK & LPA). With the appropriate KNUMH read the Condition header. You can access the different condition items viz., PB00, RA00 etc., for the values from table KONP. Further if you have Value scales / Quantity scales, you can read the data from KONM, KONW.
An additional tips: in KONP, if you have a condition like RA00 - Rebate, the value will be multiplied by 10 and saven in database to accomodate the discount to the third decimal.
I could not completely understand your requirements like nature of development ( Is it a Report / SAP Script ??) you are working etc., so that I could help you precisely.

I would like to do as below:
In PO:
Item detail:
Material A, Qty = 200
Material B, Qty = 300
Header:
Condition tab: Condition type = Z001 (Freight charge) = 15,000 $
After that the system auto calculate and update the condition type in Item Condition:
- Material A, Condition type = Z001 (Freight charge) = 15,000 / (200+300) * 200 = 6,000 $
- Material B, Condition type = Z001 (Freight charge) = 15,000 / (200+300) * 300 = 9,000 $
Can I do that?

As our friends said,already said , So Header condiition types apply for the entire document where as item condition applies to the particular line item i.e., material which you have entered in the line item.
coming to the point , i hope X means checked for that feild where as
" " means it is not checked .
JIAP condition type as you said it is allowed at header level as well as item level .If it doesnt has any access sequence , you can enter manually at either item level or header level .
But the JIAQ condition type is allowed only at header level and not at item level. so if you enter JIAQ condition type at item level in the sales order JIAQ condition type doesnt allow. it will throw an error message

How to fetch the correct netprice based on contract item conditions
Hi,
When you display a contract using ME33K and you click on a item and view its conditions(shift+F6), there might be 2 validity periods for a given item.
and each period will have different netprice in it.
Let me describe the same.
Suppose the PO creation date is 04.07.2007
The conditions for an item in a contract for the PO are as follows;
1. Validity from 04.07.2007 validity to 04.07.2007 Netprice = 100.00
2. Validity from 05.07.2007 validity to 31.12.9999 Netprice = 200.00
We need to always fetch the net price from the validity period which always matches with the PO creation date. here the value 100.00 should be the correct netpr as the PO creation date matches with the first validity period.
But the program is fetching the netprice 200.000 which belongs to the second validity period. That is because the select statement which fetches the data for contracts collects on the basis of EKKO-kdate and ekko-kdtab.The fields kdate and kdtab retrieves the validity period of the contract which is from 04.07.2007 to 31.072007. This data is then used to retrieve the netpr data from EKPO and it fetched 200.00 as it retrieves the net price of current data in contract validity and not with respect to PO creation date.
This data is then used to fetch the get the netpr data from EKPO.
what we need is the netprice for that validity period of item(Conditions) that matches with the PO creation date..
Now I have the internal table which is having data retrieved from Ekko and EKPO table.
Now how do I retrive the correct price by using the condition tables KONV and KONP.
Can you pls give the code snippet..

Please get the valid condition ( based on date ) from A016 (MK & LPA). With the appropriate KNUMH read the Condition header. You can access the different condition items viz., PB00, RA00 etc., for the values from table KONP. Further if you have Value scales / Quantity scales, you can read the data from KONM, KONW.
An additional tips: in KONP, if you have a condition like RA00 - Rebate, the value will be multiplied by 10 and saven in database to accomodate the discount to the third decimal.
I could not completely understand your requirements like nature of development ( Is it a Report / SAP Script ??) you are working etc., so that I could help you precisely.

When i am entering manual condition type in item condition type column Ex: PR00 basic price 2000/Rs, and again i am entering same condition type PR00 basic price 1000/Rs the system accepting same condition type ?? is there any standard setting to eliminate duplicate condition types in item condition (sales order)

System will considered if the validity periods are diffrent,
one ,in condition Type controls you have one option ,manual entries ha priority ,changes which u can made Through this u can control.
Making manual entries
Indicator which controls the priority within a condition type between a condition entered manually and a condition automatically determined by the system.
&WHAT_TO_DO?
Make the following entries according to your requirements:
_: No limitations
A: Freely definable
B: The automatic entry has priority. If a condition record exists, the condition cannot be entered manually.
C: The manual entry has priority. When you enter the condition
manually, the system does not check whether a condition record exists.
D: Cannot be processed manually

Hi experts,
in our system, we have have to apply discounts per items in some cases in sales orders.
According to some conditions (if customer is X and manufacturer's material is Y) i must apply discount per item.
Is this possible? Or there is a way to solve this problem?

I have created all the steps:
- condition table with fields customer and manufacturer
- access sequence
- item condition (ZIC01) which has assigned access sequence. - condition apply to item, is mandatory and is discount or surcharge (percentage).
My problem is when i want to create a sale order. SAP gives a message:
Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZIC01 is missing
And if i look to item condition the condition isn't there.
Does anyone know something about this?
The second problem is with condition table. I want to add another field to condition table:
Customer | Manufacturer | Discount
This discount should be in item condition ZIC01 if condition is satisfied otherwise item condition should be 0.
This is my requirment ...is this is possible?
I give you an example:
Customer | Manufacturer | Discount
Client1 | Manuf1 | 5%
If a sales order is created for Client1 and if a material has Manuf1 than a discount (5%) should be applied to that item. -

Tax code entry in sales order item conditions from excel template
Hi experts ,
I have a requirement , in which tax code in sales order item conditions should be determined from an excel template.
A Z transaction will fetch values from the template & create sales order in which tax code will be detrmined from the template only, irrespective of the value maintained in condition records.
Kindly suggest the way, how this can be implemented. Currently tax code field in item conditions of sales order is greyed out and hence cann't be maintained directly in sales order.
Is there any user exit which can take values from excel template & populate tax code in sales order, bypassing condition records?

I don't understand why you want to read tax code from excel, bcoz what ever criteria you are trying to determine the tax code from excel sheet you can build a condition table and arrive at the appropriate tax code with condition technique.
Just think, if you some how achieve to get the tax code to pick up from the excel sheet, what will happen if you want to change the order after few days or create a subsequent document? the system will try to read the record from the condition records and may go for a toss.
My opinion is, suggest the user/business to use the condition technique and build your condition tables with all possible options and arrive at the tax rate and tax code.
If you still want to go ahead with bespoke develpoment, request you to further specify your requirment so that someone can help you.
I don't think it is the right idea to reinvent the wheel again.

How the system will put the value in my sales order if i select both Headre condition and item condition for one condition type in v/06. my question is for item condition we have to maintain condition record where in header we do not require.Will I have to enter the value manually in order or the system automatically determine it.

Athorization for item conditions
is there a possibility to make ristrictions to the item conditions?
when I run VA01 I can click on the button "item conditions". And there the user can now make chagnes like PB00 or ZSMX.
The question is now, how can I make the restriction on PB00 that not everyone can run this price conditions?

It can not be so. Have you checked that you have removed the this object from all the roles assigned to that particular user?
Check for the roles containing this object in trasaction code SUIM and check the values in the role which contains this user ID.
( Don't forget to save the changes & generate the profile.)

Trying to switch start up disks but the external drive isn't visible
