ITunes connect will not let me add myself as a user in internal tester

We are Mobile Application Developing Company. We develop mobile applications for iPhone. We develop apps and send the apps to our respective customers/clients to test them.
For iPhone we used to send the releases for beta testing through Test Flight. We are having 1 iPad to test the apps by adding our Apple Developer Account to their account. But, from the day Test Flight is moved on iTunes, we are facing problems in adding our apple developer id to our customers account.
The actual issue is that we are working on apps in iTunes connect for our clients, under their iTunes connect account. I want to add myself as a user so that I can get email notifications of updates in app status. When I try to add myself as a user I get the following message: “The email address you entered already belongs to an iTunes Connect account. To continue, enter a different email address.”
We cannot have different devices for different apps or different ids. How can I add myself as a user? Is there any solution for this problem? Kindly assist us to get rid of this problem with the help of proper details and documents if possible.

Iphone will sync with one computer at a time.
When you sync to another it will delete the current content.
Make sure you have copied everything from your old computer to your new one first. -
I want to add new songs to my ipod. When I set it up with itunes years ago I had a different computer that I no longer have. Now it will not let me add new songs to my ipod shuffle without erasing everything that is already on it. Help!!! Is there any way around this?
Yes, I was aware of this but the phrase "Any items imported from audio CDs or acquired from other sources will not copy from your device to the iTunes library." is what worries me. Will this eliminate my Notes, Calendar Events, etc or will it apply mostly just to the music?

My daughter has entered the wrong passcode too many times on her iPOD Touch, it is now disabled. When I connect to iTunes, it will not let me go any further until I enter the correct passcode. I no longer get the option to do this, all I get is iPOD disabled. Help Please
Restore the iPod from the computer to which the iPod is synced. For information and instructions, see:

I am having this problem. At first with the new iPhone 5, and then with the iPad 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
My gut feeling is this is an iO6 issue and here's why -
The problem mainly occurs with apps. I have about 150 apps, and when I plugged in the phone, iTunes went to sync all of them. The process would hang up after about 20 - 30 apps were loaded onto the phone. I could tell where about the process hung up because the apps on the phone showed up as "waiting".
Then on the iPad 2 I plugged in to sync and saw there was a huge "Other" component in my storage. It required me to restore the iPad 2 from backup. With this restore the same issues occurred - putting the apps back on the iPad would hang up. The videos on the iPad also got stuck - maybe after about 10 hours of videos transfered iTunes crashed.
My solution has been to soft reset the device, restart Windows, and continue the process until it's complete. This is remarkably inefficient and time-intensive but everything works with patience.
I have been wondering if others have had these same problems. -

As to the cache files and rendered previews, you do not need to keep them. Premiere will regenerate them as needed. Because re-conforming the audio and re-rendering the sequence takes time, you probably want to keep those files around for the current project--unless, of course, you have reason to think that the cache or render files are causing problems.
To keep things clean and get the attention of more people, it would probably be best to start a new thread for the other issues. -
the past few weeks my iphone 3gs is randomly telling me i need to plug it into iTunes and will not let me use my phone util i do. Then it makes me restore it all over again. This happens around once a day. why is it doing this?

Probably pertains to those of us who have kept same password for apple id since inception. New rules make you do all sorts of stupid characters instead of keeping it simple.sam it sounds like ur password has a low level of security and new update wants to to make it stronger
when it askes to to make ur password just put ur old one back in but replace some letters with caps and numbers

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Select "/var/log/install.log" from the file list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar. Then select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, start over and note the time. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.

IPhone will not let me add music
My iPhone will not me add any music to it. It will not let me sync music to it, or drag music to it. I've tried clicking the box to manually manage music and that has not worked, neither has hitting the sync button. When I try to drag music from my Library the red circle with a line through comes up. When I try to sync, it just won't do it.
Then I guess I would recommend you try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as outlined here: Windows XP, Windows Vista/7, and then reinstall the latest version of iTunes. You must follow this guide, uninstalling all of the components and in the correct order, or it will not be successful. Also, uninstalling iTunes only removes the application; it won't touch your iTunes library or data.
