I have Itunes match acoount,If I already delete all my music from itunes and icloud, why still appear music in my iphone?, Itunes match is enable.

I found the solution on another discussion list. My iTunes account had an "&" in the name. I edited the account details through iTunes and this solved the problem immediately. -
I've had my iTunes account for about a year now, and I just got the iPhone 5s. I logged into my iTunes account on my phone just fine, and all the music I've bought on iTunes has transferred to my phone, but the cds I burned haven't. The sync button is gray so I can't click on it. The songs from the cds on iTunes are checked and should sync but haven't. Please help!

I recently changed my email address and want to change my Apple ID account to match. I have created a new Apple ID to match the new account but now I can't sign into iCloud on our phones or computer with the old Apple ID. I can't make any changes on iCloud on our phones because it directs me to the old account, which I can't sign into. I also can't sign me in on my computer to make any changes. Help!!! Whenever i try and open a social network app it comes up with an error message sayinng "Connect to itunes to use Push Notifications" I have successfully conntected to itunes via phone and computer however this message is still appearing and will not go, therefore i cannot use the apps?HELP PLEASE

We have multiple devices in our family. On each iPad/iPhone each user has their own apple id for iMessage, Facetime and icloud, but we all sign in to the same apple id for itunes. When one of my kids comments on my shared photostream, it shows my name and not theirs as the commenter. How do I fix that?
CREATE A NEW USER
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Users & Groups
Decide on whether to setup as Admin or Standard User.
Switch to the New User by logging out under the Apple in the Menu Bar or use Fast User Switching
Fast User Switching allows other users to leave current applications and windows open. Depending on RAM, you might need to log out rather than use FUS. -

I´ve alredy unistall and re install and didn´t work5-10 minutes is normal for me when opening iTunes. But then my library is stored on network drive which slows everything down.
There has been many posts about problems with RAID and iTunes. Don't know if any of those relate. -
I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
hi, when i am sync my books from my mac to ipad even after 24 hours sync, itunes show "wait for items to copy" and the books in ipad are still not fully loaded.
how do i fix this, i have a large collection of books around 12000 booksNobody knows? Not even administrators?

Had to reinstall iTunes,backed up iPhone5 before the reinstall and need to restore the iPhone backup that is on the computer,Windows8, but it is not an option in the new iTunes restore menu. How do I map or add the old backup to the new iTunes restore option?

When I set up my iphone, I logged in to my own itunes and icloud but it recognized my phone as "Owner's phone" which is my husbands, so when I synched it, it was his apps, etc...help!!
I would do this:
1. on the phone in settings/general/about in the name tap there and give the phone a name that you can recognise.
2. open itunes on your computer and attach th ephone using a cable
3. Click on edit then preferences then on the devices tab in itunes on the computer and have a look what backups are there (assuming you backup to the computer nand not the cloud. Is the backup of your ol dphone there?
4. Log out of whatever apple ID you are are in when your click on itunes store in itunes on your computer and log in with your own ID
5. With your phone attached to the computer and itunes open select your phone in the left column and right click on it and click on restore. It should allow you to choose the backup that you wish to restore from. Choose the back up of your old phone and not your husband's phone
I assume you have your own ID and that you are not sharing IDs -

I'm having the same problem with my 4S. I have to constantly reboot my iMac or turn off my phone a few times to get it to sync. Before when I had 5.1.1 everything seemed to work just fine. I'm sure its a bug......
Both my ipads running 5.1.1 have zero issues syncing via wifi or directly plugged in. -
My phone crashed and has an icon showing a usb cable and the itunes emblem. when I connect to itunes it does not recognize my phone and treats it as just iphone. when I try to restore about 9 to 10 minutes into the restore the phone turns off and then on and then loses the connection with itunes and at the end of the download it just asks me to restore it again.
Be prepared to lose everything on your iPhone but it should be backed up in iTunes so you can restore from your backup.

Sorry, not sure what you mean by remotely?
You can remove apps from your phone without being connected to anything if you have the phone in hand. Were you speaking about something else?
If not, then you just press on an app on the Home screen and hold it down until they all begin to wiggle. Apps that you can remove (non-Apple apps) have a little "x" in the top left-hand corner. Tap on that, and the app will be removed.

Try right clicking on your desktop then select new short cut from the drop down menu, find iTunes in the pop up window then click ok.
