Java not started in BI

Question

We have recently upgrade from BW 3.10 to BI 700 including Java  Add-in.
Today morning, we shutdown and restarted the Server. ABAP is up but java is not working. I've find the following message in dev_jcontrol file:

I checked the server. Only jcontrol process seem to be working:

There is no process running for bootstrap,SDM etc.
Pls help us to resolve this problem..

I'm trying to find out some more resoan for this failure. Today morning, we shutdown the server on operating system level. Here SAP BI is installed on HP-Unix server. I checked the log of dev_dispatcher, dev_sdm and dev_server0. I'm getting the following error message in the above mentioned log files:

Any solution of this problem?
