Java1.1 work, java1.2 doesnt

hi,
i wrote a simple java-class that retrives the folder/document hierary of the ifs. that class runs fine with java1.1, but when starting with java1.2 i get this exception:

are there known problems with java1.2?
the exact version (from java -version) is:
Solaris VM (build Solaris_JDK_1.2.2_05, native threads, sunwjit)

iFS 1.0 does not work with JDK 1.2
Use JDK 1.1.8 for best results.

If you followed these instructions and you were unable to enter recovery mode, I'm still leaning toward a hardware problem. Also, since you have IOS-7, read this. It might help.

After being connected to a charging source overnight try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

OSB Business Service Work Manager Doesnt Throttle

Hi,
I have a requrirement to throlle the number of concurrent requests going to an end point.
So i have used OSB business service where in i am calling an end point webservice, and configured a work manager in console and selected it in the dispatch policy
I deployed the workmanager on managed server. i specified max concurrent threads as 3.
I tried to test it and see that throttling doesnt really work.. All the requests sent are being sent at once not 3 at a time.
The expected behavior is first 3 sdhud go and then onc ethey complete next 3 similary next 3. But i dont see that behavior. Please let me know if i am doing any worng

If you need to throttle the Business service, then you should configure the throttling parameters in the Business Service -> Operational Settings tab
Choose your Business Service in the OSB Console -> Operational Settings
Throttling -Check this box to enable the throttling. Maximum Concurrency to 3, and Throttling Queue to x number of messages you wish to hold in the throttling queue

N610GT 32 bit works, 64bit doesnt

Hello,
I've recently bought this gfx card since my old one died instantly with a crash. I put the card in and turned on my computer. The standard message of win7 appears ("Starting Windows"). The windows logo doesnt come up though and nothing happens. Safe mode gets stuck at classpnp.sys or something likely.
Now I took another hdd running 32bit win7 and it worked perfectly fine. Win7 started and the card gets recognized. So I thought it would be my ssd (64bit win7), and figured I'd put win7 64bit on the hdd as well. Surprise: same problem occurs.
Hereafter I tried putting win7 32bit on my ssd and it worked fine as well. 64bit runs fine when I dont put in the gfx card though. On the card's box it says both 32bit and 64bit are supported. Whats going on?
Ive been stuck with this problem for 3 days now, anybody any idea?

Yes its an ancient mobo as well, but the reason I came back is because the manual said it could carry 8GB ram.
Im currently running 32bit win7, 1x2GB ram or 1x2GB. When I double it it makes the cpu lagg.
Task mgr and perf. mgr both say 100% used. Though when I open up the services running all I totally have is max. 50%.
Any new ideas?
Edit: there is a bios function DRAM frequency, but changing it doesnt make a noticable difference.

Touchscreen did work now doesnt

My touchscreen used to work. I dont know what happen. When I go to the settings it says touch screen enabled. I tried to calibrate but doesnt work due to touch screen not working. Bought floor model in August 2014. Someone registered it and now HP wont help. Says I am out of warranty. Staples looked at it and has not idea. I dont know if my driver was deleted or what? Thanks in advance.

If it used to work, it still should.sounds like you tried every thing, but run through the list again.
Reboot the printer
Reboot the router
Reboot the pad.
Pad settings, general, reset, reset network settings.
Test the printer wifi connection by -from the printer console- check for firware updates.
Run your hp test page.
Make sure the printer is not offline, or shut down due to paper jam or ink problem.
Don't give up. God luck.

I just got an iPhone 4s and when I tried to sync it with iTunes it said to uninstall and download the 64bit version. I uninstalled all ove my apple software before I could get it to install at all. Still doesnt work. Doesnt even recognize my phone.

I just bought an iPhone 4s yesterday and it wouldn't connect to the iTunes 10.6.3 I had already on my laptop for my husbands 3gs and my brother in laws iPhone 4. Neither of them ever had a problem syncing with itunes. When I tried I was told to uninstall itunes and reinstall a 64bit version. Took several attempts but I finally got it. Then it said that I needed to upgrade my apple mobile device support and for me to uninstall itunes again and reinstall it. I have done all of this several times and still cannot get it to work right. I have uninstalled every Apple software listed on my computer and had to reinstall it all. Help!!!!!!!

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

MDB Topic works, Queue doesnt 9.0.3

As I wrote in subject, the topics work fine, but queues dont. MDB cannot reach the message. It looks like it dosn't know about queue. My OC4J realese 9.0.3. Did anybody encaunter similar issue ?

Do you see any errors in server log when MDB was deployed or when message was enqueued?

You can try doing a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up - then check wifi - if that doesn't work then
do a network reset note: you will have to reenter wifi password again when your in range.
settings - general - reset - reset network settings. If that doesn't work then I would talk to your IT dept.

Fax works-print doesnt on 6210 all-in-one

I have an Officejet 6210 All-in-One. I recently sent some faxes successfully, and could not use the printer immediately thereafter. The fax is still working but there is an error message for scan copy or print which says NO CONNECTION--TURN ON CONNECT COMPUTER OR INSTALL/RUN DEVICE SOFTWARE which I'm not savvy enough to understand or do. Hi can you navigate to the Start menu and then into HP and the HP Solution Center? From within that, select settings (probably on the lower right side of the HP Solution Center screen. In settings, click on Printer Settings where you can change the defaults for your printer.

Firewire works USB doesnt

I am facing a unique problem.
My ipod firewire connection works , but usb connection does not.
My usb socket is fine as it works for other devices well.
and i have tried using a different ipod usb cable but that didnt work either.
Any suggestions !!

Wifi problem, another iPhone works, mine doesnt

I'm having problems connecting my iPhone 4s to the router at my house. It worked before, but my roommate had to reset the router, and now I think I am locked out (If thats even possible). Every time I connect and open a browser I get a "Cisco: Internet Blocked" page. However, my girlfriend who is sitting right next to me can connect fine. As well as both of our laptops connect fine. I have done just about everything. Reboot, reset the network settings, airplane mode, tried resetting the network/password.
I'm beginning to think my roommate locked me out. Is this possible? Suggestions? I've asked my roommate and I keep getting an "I have no idea what that is answer"

T40 Wireless works, internet doesnt Xmas tragedy

Have spent the better part of pre and post Xmas getting a new router, broadband, a Wii connected, my husband's new tablet laptop on the network, and one son's T40 all working. My oldest son's T40 simply will not.... (they are both refurbished by USA notebooks). One son's simply took the network settings and worked. Gave up on the other's internal card, it would never connect with more than a 20-second long weak signal although it did recognize by name the family network. Using a Lnksys Wireless G external adapter gets a strong signal on the family network, but Internet Explorer still won't work. Have racked my limited brain, tried everything I can think of (Internet Explorer security settings, three different diagnostic programs, flashing my other son's settings, etc...) The IBM access connection checks everything out as fine except for the Pings. The other thing I notice is that the "Radio On/Off" feature lets me select "On", but doesn't actually turn it on from the taskbar. There also was a taskbar network device "cable unplugged" at first but I disabled that in the control panel. One son is happily on the computer, and dad and mom are on the other one's all day trying to figure this out. Any ideas? (We thought once we made the wireless connection to the family network we were home free : ( Any ideas or theories much appreciated, thank you Robyn

I suggest using System Restore in Windows to the point where your wireless was working fine.

Video works audio doesnt

all sites that use flashplayer play video but the sound will

i'm having the same problem... i have a quad G5 (PPC) with OS

Mail works Safari doesnt on wifi

I had to disable security on my home network to use wifi. I can get my comcast mail to work. I even set up my yahoo account, And that works. Safari wont work. Can connect to server error. It works on edge but not on wifi. I have been on hold since 9:00 EST they have given me a case # now I need 2nd level support..lol

I get the same thing. I have my Comcast Internet shared out through Internet Sharing on my MacBook Pro with WEP enabled (although the same happened when leaving it open). My mail works just fine sending and receiving. Safari will open the first page or two, then takes forever to load. If I tap a link several times in a row, sometimes that 'forces' it to actually load, whereas before it will sit like it's trying to load but won't.
Maps, YouTube, and Weather all will work within the first 45 seconds or so after connecting to Wi-Fi, but then will not work. Meanwhile, Mail still works. When I turn off the Wi-Fi and use Edge, everything works just fine.
Maybe it's something with the ports? I don't know what it is with the Wi-Fi, but I'd really like to know what it is. For that first few seconds of Wi-Fi, it's blazing fast. I'll be watching this thread to see what comes of it.
