  • The Downloaded PDF file does not contain the Signature through BSP pages

    HI,
We have an requirement for Distributing the FORM 16 to all Employee's through our Website, where the user will login and download his own FORM 16 ( TDS Certificate)
This FORM 16 ( TDS Certificate ) is generated in SAP ( ECC 6.0 ) in Payroll Module.
To satisfy the above requirement we have done the following steps.
    1) First we have modified the standards SAP Sapscript(Layout) to incorporate the Signature of Authorised Payroll Person.
We have done this by uploading the BMP file ( though t-code SE78 ) and then calling this file in the Standards layout which prints the FORM 16 document.
    2) WE also Modifed the Dirver program to Download the above document in a .PDF  file.
The Program creates the seperate file for each employee and assigns the employee number as a file name to each downloaded file. These all files are downloaded on a Users Machine.
We opened the Downloaded .PDF files, and checked for the Signatures. The Signature were comming perfect as it ws uploaded.
    3) We uploaded these all FORM 16 PDF file off all emlpoyee's to a different SERVER ( BW 7.0 ). With the help of BASIS person, using the FTP utility.
    4) We wrote a BSP program to download this ulploaded PDF Files.
BUT we are facing a PROBLEM in the DOWNLOADED PDF file.
The Downloaded file does not contain the Signature which is there is the Original file we uploded this server.
All other data in the dowloaded PDF file is Perfect other than the Signature.
When we open the downlaoded PDF file it give's following  message on the Signautre page.
" Xobject not found named 00013"
The number of the Object comes different to different files.
We are using Function module 'SCMS_STRING_TO_XSTRING' to Convert string to Xstring
We are using the the " CALL METHOD CL_BSP_UTILITY=>DOWNLOAD" for downloading the PDF file.
Please suggest some solution if you can
    Thanks in advnace.

  • Development kit which includes the javax.servlet package

Which java development kit(s) contain the javax.servlet package.v I can't seem to find one. Thanks

You might want to ask this on the Java forum - but if you want to run a servlet you need a Java EE server - something like Glassfish or WebLogic or Tomcat.
    The Java forums are here:
    https://forums.oracle.com/forums/category.jspa?categoryID=285
Right now you are in the JDeveloper forum - and by the way, if you download JDeveloper you'll get everything you need to develop and test run your servlet.

  • Naming Exception while using the javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory

    Hi All,
I am quite new to JMS. I am trying to run the example QueueSender program shipped with weblogic5.1 . When i run the program i get the following error ...
    Exception in thread "main" javax.naming.Name

I am desperate to get any guidance regarding the above mentioned exception
    Thanx
    Shanks

    I don't use weblogic but the javax.naming.Name
NotFoundException suggests that the JNDI name cannot be found or resolved.
The name is specified in 2 locations, one in your java codes and the other during the deployment of the JMS application.
The error means the java program cannot find the JNDI name which means you did not specify the name correctly during the deployment.
Make sure both the names in java codes and deployment are right and matching. That should solve the problem.

  • Javax.naming.NoInitialContextException! Urgent help needed

    Hi All
I'm using Oracle Application Server(OC4J) for J2EE. i created an application of Stateless Session Bean & tested on j2sdkee1.3.1, & it is working fine on it. Same Application (an .ear file) i deployed on OC4J. But it is giving an error NoInitialContextException, lookup fails here.
    Application contains method getEchoString(String):String & a index.jsp page calling a bean's method.
Can anybody tell me the solution to get handle of beans home interface for calling method.
Already i've wasted many days for this. Plz help. It's urgent
    Thanks in Advance

To the best of my knowledge, the 'javax.naming.ldap' package is fairly new, and is only included in the most recent distributions of the JNDI API. I know that this package is included with J2SDK 1.3, and I can also confirm that the very latest JNDI distribution (from http://java.sun.com/products/jndi/#download) contains the package.
    Good luck,
    -Derek

  • Javax.naming package in j2se but not j2ee

    Hello,
From on the documentation I see so far the javax.naming package exists in the J2SE. Unfortunately I d/l and installed J2EE. Shoudln't J2EE be a superset of j2se? Or the the packages just renamed to something else in it?

Yes j2ee is a superset to jj2se. j2se contains all the standard packages that you need for writing java apps.

  • Weblogic not finding javax.naming classes when instantiating bean

    Hello,
I am developing a JSP which contains a JavaBean.
This bean is a wrapper for a session EJB, the getProperty() methods in
the bean call methods on the EJB's remote interface.
I have tested this bean as a stand alone application by adding a
main(String[] args) method to it and it works.
However, when adding the bean to the JSP, the JSP does not show in the
browser, I get a n internal server error 500 instead.
It seems that Weblogic is not finding the javax.naming.NamingException

yes, weblogicaux.jar is definitely in the weblogic.class.path. i've even tried starting the server from the command line, declaring the classes there. my "trade.xml" document has the URI set as "http://localhost:7001/BizTalkServer". when i enter this on the "BizClient.jsp" form, i get the error discussed below. however, if i enter "http://localhost:7001", even though this is not the explicit location of the BizTalk server, the server returns:
Thank you! Your trade has been recieved. A BizTalk document has been sent to http://localhost:7001/ with the following information: etc...............
So there appears to be something wrong with the "/BizTalkServer" setup on my machine. Any ideas?

  • Jndi.properties - javax.naming.NoInitialContextException

    hi
i'm new to netbeans (5.5) and the Sun 9 appserver. I've been using JBoss & Eclipse to date.
I'm getting the javax.naming.NoInitialContextException and I believe it's because I'm not using jndi.properties like in jboss.
The problem is that I cannot seem to find where it should go and what it should look like.
    Can someone please help ?
    Thanks

when trying to upload a MS word file (.docx) to gmail, it uploads as a 'folder' that doesn't contain the original document when i try to download it back from the e-mail.  how do i set the format to simply upload the document itself???  Thanks...

Yes, excuse me. attach a file.  I have separate folders on my desktop to organize my word documents, so I'm guessing this might be a part of the problem.  When I go to attach one of these documents into gmail, the resulting attachment is another folder icon (not the original organizational folders) with 4 subfolders containing a slew of .xml files reading things like "header.xml" "format.xml" "settings.xml" "style.xml" "contenttype.xml" There are also a few .jpegs and a small folder reading "word" as one of the subfolders.

What has happened in the past is that the Apple raw interpreter doesn’t read thumbnails of DNGs it doesn’t like, where at least one thing it didn’t used to like was embedded lens corrections for mirrorless cameras.  Are the Olympus and Panasonic mirrorless—meaning there is no optical viewfinder and everything is seen on an LCD screen or perhaps an electronic view finder?  If so the reason these are different is that the camera is doing the lens distortion corrections automatically and this information is stored in the raw files and in the DNGs but Apple doesn’t know how to use these embedded lens corrections or doesn’t know how to read the newer DNG spec that does allow for this information to be embedded in the DNG, at least.
Apple could just extract the embedded jpg preview and ignore the other parts of the file it doesn’t understand, but it apparently doesn’t do this.
What I’m not sure about is if the Apple raw interpreter still has this problem or if you’re on an older system without the latest updates for camera raw decoding by Apple.
