I used :
request.getRequestDispatcher("LoginPage.jsp").forward(request,response);<<to send the user to the login page when the appserver shut down and restared while the client browser is still open and user try to do some action on page (create a new recode) but received following error:

Any idea on this. Or would apprecited to share me your idea to know how to handel this situation

Error Message: oracle.jbo.JboSerializationException: JBO-25033: Activating state from File at id 557,452,805 failed. at oracle.jbo.server.FileSerializer.processFile(FileSerializer.java:145) at Has the "serialization target" changed from DB to file between your calls? The ID indicates the previous serialization was done to DB as for files this should be a hexadecimal string (tempfile name).
If you did set file-serializer in both cases, then could you verify that in your "tmp" or jbo.tmpdir directory, you do have a file of that name? If not somebody removed the file from the time the AM was checked in and the next time it's checked out.

I want to make the active save-to-file with the data from GPIB since starting the measurement. To save-to-file at the end of measurment is somehow risky for losing the data because my measurment have to take for long time (eg. 24-48 hours).

Error in Tranform Activity While Writing From File to DB Table

Hi All,
I m trying to read the contents of a csv file and writing it to the db table.
When I am trying to map the file content to the db table using tranform activity, I am getting error as "failed to save XSL Map. Make sure XSL Map is valid".
Any ideas on how to over come this issue.

Shrink Log file in log shipping and change the database state from Standby to No recovery mode

Hello all,
I have configured sql server 2008 R2 log shipping for some databases and I have two issues:
can I shrink the log file for these databases: If I change the primary database from full to simple and shrink the log file then change it back to full recovery mode the log shipping will fail, I've seen some answers talked about using "No
Truncate" option, but as I know this option will not affect the log file and it will shrink the data file only.
I also can't create maintenance to reconfigure the log shipping every time I want to shrink the log file because the database size is huge and it will take time to restore in the DR site, so the reconfiguration
is not an option :(
how can I change the secondary database state from Standby to No recovery mode? I tried to change it from the wizard and wait until the next restore for the transaction log backup, but the job failed and the error was: "the step failed". I need
to do this to change the mdf and ldf file location for the secondary databases.
can any one help?

1. If you change recovery model of database in logshipping to simple and back to full Logshipping will break and logs wont be resored on Secondary server as log chain will be broken.You can shrink log file of primary database but why would you need that
what is schedule of log backup. Frequent log backup is already taking care of log files why to shrink it and create performance load on system when log file will ultimately grow and since because instant file initilaization is not for Log files it takes time
to grow and thus slows performace.
You said you want to shrink as Database size is huge is it huge or does it have lots of free space. dont worry about data file free space it will eventually be utilized by SQL server when more data comes
2. You are following wrong method changing state to no recovery would not even allow you to run select queries which you can run in Standby mode. Please refer below link to move Secondary data and log files

Normally all activities have outgoing transitions, otherwise there is no flow.

Enabled Constraints
During a direct path load, the constraints that remain enabled are as follows:

PRIMARY KEY (unique-constraints on not-null columns)
NOT NULL constraints are checked at column array build time. Any row that violates the NOT NULL constraint is rejected.
Even though UNIQUE constraints remain enabled during direct path loads, any rows that violate those constraints are loaded anyway (this is different than in conventional path in which such rows would be rejected). When indexes are rebuilt at the end of the direct path load, UNIQUE constraints are verified and if a violation is detected, then the index will be left in an Index Unusable state. Why would menu button's active state not work? Regardless if I import PSD button or use menu widget from the widget library.

I am using Adobe Muse CC (up-to-date) and tried to troubleshoot the following: Menu button's active state is not working, both on preview and after publishing. I tried many ways to place menu-designed buttons myself using photoshop and used widgets library (buttons, compositions, menus,etc.). Lastly, in regards to buttons, one of my menu buttons appear clear and crisp (psd button) and all others are blurry (though designed,saved and imported the same way);what could be the problem? Data source not shown in active state after replicating from source system

Hi Gurus,
I have activated the datasou 0CO_PC_ACT_05 in R/3 system form RSA5 and replicated the same in BW system. After replication when i try to activate the datasource by instaling the business content.It is not getting installed.
The datasource is already present in the BW system in the modified version, do we need to install the business content to bring the datasource to active state.
Please help.

if its in 3.x then first you need to install business content info source(0CO_PC_ACT_05)
later you can assign your ecc data source to info source and source system. in this process transfer rules and communication structures will comes into picture.
you can use program to activate data source - RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL
You want use in 3.x version only?
if you have 7.x version bw, better to go with 7.x data flow.

Menu item moves in active state

I'm using the "Right Icon" to implement a long vertical seperator between menu items:

I've deleted the Rollover, Mouse-Down and Active states of the menu items. But when a menu item becomes active - it move put by 20 pixels or so. Any idea on how I can fix this?

From looking at the navigation on the site and the corresponding code, it seems you are using a Composition Widget rather than a Menu Widget. The code generated for the Industries link is different than the others as if in its case, the link was applied to chunks of text/content inside the trigger rather than the trigger itself. Recreating that particular item in the composition and applying link just like others should apparently fix this. I would appreciate if you could send your current .muse file to [email protected] along with a reference to this forum thread and mark it to my attention in the Subject? If the file is larger than 20MB, please use an online file sharing service such as WeTransfer or YouSendIt.

JTA transaction is not present or the transaction is not in active state

Hi,
I am trying to execute an asynchronous bpel process. the bpel process has 5 OSB calls and is taking approximately 100 seconds for completion. The OSB calls in the BPEL are taking 90 seconds for completion. In the end of the BPEL process, after completion I get the following error:

[2010/07/22 01:56:44] There is a system exception while performing the BPEL instance, the reason is "JTA transaction is not present or the transaction is not in active state. The current JTA transaction is not present or it is not in active state when processing activity or instance "1,220,007". The reason is The execution of this instance "1220007" for process "BPELProcess1" is supposed to be in a jta transaction, but the transaction is not present or in active state, please turn on the application server transaction debug logs to get more information.. Please consult your administrator regarding this error. ". Please check the error log file for more infromation. Please try to use bpel fault handlers to catch the faults in your bpel process. If this is a system exception, please report this to your system administrator. Administrator could perform manual recovery of the instance from last non-idempotent activity or dehydration point.
We do not want to increase the transaction-timeout properties in the server in the Transaction-manager.xml or in the orion-ejb-jar.xml since we have other projects with synchronous processes running in the same server.
Can anybody please suggest a workaround to overcome this issue apart from increasing the transaction-timeout?

As Sridhar suggested for your problem you have to set transaction-time out in j2ee/home/config/transaction-manager.xml.
If you use Idempotent as false for your partnerlinks, BPEL PM will store the status till that invoke(Proof that this invoke gets executed).
So better to go for increasing the time instead of going for idempotent as it has some side effects.
And coming to dehydration ....Ideally performance will be more if there are no much dehydration poitns in our process. But for some scenarios it is better to have dehydration(ex: we can know the status of the process...etc)
Dehydration store will not get cleared after completion of the process. Here dehydration means ....it will store these dtails in tables(like Cube_instance,cube_scope...etc).

Horizontal Menus "corrupt" in active state after upgrade to V2

   Sorry to add to the grief, but I've got a problem with the horizontal menu bars too. The "Active" state renders the following in the "Active" state. The bar was created (and is 'live' from) version 1 and it worked perfectly in Muse's preview and in browsers. I haven't tried much to correct this myself (though I'll list what I have done below) but I'd like to get some suggestions before I dive in.
   This is what I've tried so far:
Made sure the bar was on the on the bottom in the 'Z' axis
Made sure the bar was on the top in the 'Z' axis
Checked that the bar wasn't over-lapped by or over-lapping any other object(s).
Checked each button to make sure all Active States looked right.
   I'm not exactly a 'webbie' so I'm extra cautious about proceeding, expecially since the site in question isn't mine and is pretty important to the person it belongs to. I think I might try to re-build the bar while I await an answer here.

On resuming instance of suspended message moving to active state?

In my current scenario I am inserting data to Teradata table. As per the requirement if due to some issue if transaction fails I have to notify admin using email and suspend message for resuming.
I am receiving a message
Making a connection to Teradata to check if db is up or not. If it downs I am shooting mail from exception block.
Then I am opening new scope and inserting data into Teradata.
In order to test scenario at the beginning I am updating wrong connection string in SSO. So that it fails in first scope and I will get mail. This part is working file.
After that I am again updating my SSO with correct connection string and restarting the host instance. But when I am resuming my orchestration instance, it is going into Active state.
Also there is no other instance running on the server, so there is no issue in opening new connection with db.
Can any one suggest me what could be the issue.

Atomic transaction is failing due to db timeout issue. When I am resuming orchestration it is going into active state. So I have two scope the one is for checking if Teradata is available or not by opening and closing connection and notifying
in case of exception. That part is working fine. After completion of scope as we don't have inbuilt Teradata I am trying to open connection under atomic transactional to insert data into db in second scope.
But suspended message is going into active state.

I will very appriciate if someone can help me solve it. I was trying to set Full control for my account in Properties/Security of root folder and try again but error is still.

Before you run SQL Server 2008 express setup, make sure that you have installed Windows installer 4.5 and.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 manually. For more information about the process, please refer to the article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506(v=sql.100).aspx. Moreover, please turn off all the third-party softwares which could prohibit the installation process.
According to your error message, the issue could be due to that your account has no rights to install SQL Server, or the corruption on the media.
Firstly, please ensure that your account has admin rights. Also make sure that you right-click the setup.exe and choose “Run as administrator” to complete the installation.
Secondly, please check if "msdbdata.mdf" file exists at d:\8268cd7b247d294de359c9\x86\setup\sql_engine_core_inst_msi\PFiles\SqlServr\MSSQL.X\MSSQL\Binn\Template. If it exists, please make sure that your account has read permission to the extracted
folder.
However, if the file doesn't exist in the extraction, the media could be corrupt. Please download the
media
again and check if the issue still occurs.
