Job Summary
• The role is part of the online marketing team, reporting to the Director of Online Marketing, with a dotted line responsibility to the Global Channels Director.
• Responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation, and ongoing development of TANDBERG's global content management system (CMS) and the websites and portals it supports.
• From a project management perspective, work with TANDBERG’s online and global channels team, internal IT department and external vendors to keep ongoing CMS development on track, within budget, and adhering to best practices for governance, scalability and usability.
• Work with multiple departments globally, including IT, marketing, services, operations, support, logistics, training, and channel sales to integrate business requirements of all stakeholders into CMS development.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements definition, define development plan priorities and phases, and identify timeline and key roles and responsibilities for CMS and partner portal, in collaboration with multiple business owners.
• Identify and secure implementation resources and appropriate vendors required for ongoing CMS development and integration of CMS with existing and new business applications
• Organize project team meetings, guide and report on progress of internal and 3rd party teams
• Build templates, train superusers and set best practices for monthly landing pages on TANDBERG’s partner portal with global channels content and promotions. Ensure global partners have personalized content pages for all portal users. Support global partners with portal usage and account management.
• Proactively make recommendations for improvements in functionality and design, based on analysis and reporting of usage and adoption of the CMS and its portals.
• Identify and accelerate areas of concern to business owners.

    Hi,
    I have an answer for your 1st question only.
    After putting the data in F.01 click on the "Arrow" which is there beside the option Business Area which will take you tor "Multiple selection for Business Area" window.
    In that window do not enter anything but select the 3rd option, "Maintain selection options". you will get one more window with the options 1. Single Value 2. Greater than or equal to and so on......
    Select, 1st option, Single Value and execute (F8). Also select - "Classical List" option under List Output in F.01, you will be able to see "Non Business Area" related GL's in Balance Sheet.

    Hi,
    After applying the SP 23 Patch Level 08, LOCK JDBC problems stopped.
    But now when a network error or database error, the JDBC Sender Communication channels that were open to connection, are blocked.
    Even following the instructions in [SAP Note 1083488 - XI FTP_JDBC sender channel stop polling indefinitely (04_04S)|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1wdCZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1083488] the problem continues.
    I've already set the parameter "taskTimeout" and selected the option "Disconnect from Database After Each Message Processing" but not resolved.
    Any ideas?

  • Business area wrongly posted for invoice

    Hi All,
    Business area wrongly posted for invoice.
    The user was posted the invoice with two line items one with posting key 40 for debit and one is 31 for credit vendor, these two line items are posted with different business areas.  and the the invoice is cleared also.
    Could any one please suggest what the above issue affects the business.  what would be the resolution to be done for this.

    The balances are not matching in fbl3n and fs10n, Due to the above wrong document posted and cleared also.  what is the better way to match the two balances (fbl3n and fs10n).
    Can i reverse the cleared wrong document and reset it in fbra,  if i do this is there any problems occur in production.
    please suggest to tally the balances of fbl3n and fs10n.
    one more thing if i double click on the fs10n the another screen will open in the the total balances are matching in fbl3n and fs10n.

  • Periodic posting contracts - do postings just for certain business partner

    Hello,
    with the program RFRERAPP the periodical posting for contracts is done.
    Based on the selection parameter you can select the contracts, but the posting run is always done for the whole contract.
    Here we have the requirement that they just would like to do the postings for certain business partners, as they want to run the postings per business partner each month.
    That of course include the situation that they have conditions assigned to different business partner on one contract.
    Within the BADI BADI_RERA_DOC - BEFORE_POST you have the possibility to change the posting data. The posting data are hand over in the table CT_ITEM.
    I did delete those postings in the table which are not desired. But this results in an error messgae within the output of the RFRERAPP program.
    Message:
    RE-Document without posting data
    Message: RERACA011
    Does anybody have an idea whether it is possible to skip certain postings during the period posting run via RFRERAPP ?
    Perhaps it is necessary to divide the whole posting process in seperate steps and write a complete new posting program.
    OR
    Is it really the right way to handle this request ?
    Do you see any other functional chance to deal with this customer request ?

    Hi Michael,
    I'm afraid the BADI BADI_RERA_DOC is not suitable for your requirement. This BAdI is not thought for this purpose.
    With Ehp4 there is an additional select option available for RERAPP for the condition type. So I guess this will also not meet your requirement.
    You may either create a customer specific program for posting or do a modification of RERAPP . Modification of RERAPP is not that easy because you have to insert the select option and then pass it through the program calls to the method where the cash flow is read.
    And please be aware that modication issues are not handled by SAP support.

    there is a BAdI which you can use to implement your logic for generation a reference code. The name of this BAdI is HRRCF00_GET_EXT_CODE. Just create an implementation according to your needs and activate it.

  • What URL for E-recruiting page  to use from external job posting web site

    Hello,
    What is the standard SAP entrance back to E-recruiting from an external job posting site? We have sent our job postings to an external web site vender (Monster) to be posted for candidates to review. On the review page at Monster is the Apply Now button for a particular job. When the candidate clicks the Apply Now button, we would like the job detail to show within E-recruiting for the reference code of the job posted. Otherwise, the candidate has to repeat the job search within E-recruiting to get to the referenced details. Currently, we have a custom enhancement to populate the reference code (parsing it from the URL) to the Job Search page so at least the candidate can click one more time on the search button and the details display. Is there a standard page or better way to get to the job details in E-recruiting without custom enhancements coming from the external job posting web site?

    Hello Cindy,
    this is not very difficult and completly possible within the standard application functions. As you show all position data already in the page of the job board (like Monster) you use a link which dirctly referes the applicant to the page where he enters name and mail-address to apply for the job (if he like to see the postion instance again this page do includes a link to the data overview).
    The link you use is the same link used in the "request for application" correspondence with which you can request a candidate youidentified in your talent pool to apply for a position.
    The link should be available directly if you use the XI integration scenario but can be created very easily. Only 2 things to know:
    - do you use the standard posting channel ID 0002 for external postings or have you confiqured a custom posting channel for posting at monster
    - how do you get the job information to the monster guys. As you wrote you do not use the XI integration, so have you created a customer own publisher to dump all information to a share where monster is reading it automatically or do you maintain the publications by hand?
    If you could give me this information i'll post the easiest way to get the link.

    But when after releasing the job i go on th job posting page and when i click on  "CREATE JOB POSTING " button i'm getting the following error.

    What happened?
    Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

    The following error text was processed in the system:
    BSP Exception: Internal Error in Business Server Page Runtime.

    Using this method you can create a posing in accounting for certain business transactions.
    Possible ( Business Transactions):
    Postings that generally only affect the general ledger. (RFBU)
    Billing: For billing in Sales and Distribution, accounting is supplied with the relevant billing data. (SD00) Billing Document
    Accounting can use the data of a logistics system that result from an Invoice Receipt. (RMRP)
    Goods Movement are triggered by transactions in Sales and Distribution or by inventory postings. Within logistics, they lead to a change in the warehouse stocks of <DS:GLOS.Inventory Management>Inventory Management. This results in a posting in accounting. This is why accounting is supplied with the relevant data from logistics. (RMWA)
    Example
    Billing document:
    By selling goods in accordance with targets, revenue is generated. The revenue is posted in billing and forwarded to accounting.
    Invoice receipt:
    Raw materials are purchased in accordance with targets. The invoice receipt is posted in a logistics system. The data from the raw materials is forwarded to accounting.
    Goods Movment:
    The use of raw materials leads to a change in stock in inventory managment. The posting of raw material consumption is forwarded to accounting.
    G/L Account Posting:
    Provision posting for an expected warranty service. This can refer to acquisitions or retirements belonging to stocks that are not in subledger accounting relevant to inventory management. This is particularly the case if such materials are not displayed as vendor/customer, materials, loans etc. or cannot be displayed in this way. This can also refer to write-ups or depreciation that contain higher aggregations of values than are maintained in a corresponding subledger that is relevant to inventory management.
    The conversion of foreign currencies for receivables/payables due to large exchange rate changes that should not lead to an update of the accounts payable or accounts receivable accounting. A similar transaction can arise for the revaluation of raw materials if this revaluation takes place at a correspondingly aggreagated level.
    Reclassification of inventory of P&L statement accounts that are only used for reconcilliation purposes in the general ledger (this rearranges values for balance sheet items).
    Balance reclassifications of stocks to receivables with different return times.
    Notes

    - Where is e rec object data stores (Candidate/Applicant/Postingetc) Is it 5* IN viewable through PB20..
    - If object data is stored in IN 5* then what is the role of Business Partner?
    - The placement & fields of application can be custmised but our client is looking for total change so would this call for IN enhancement also along with UI enhanc.   (Actually client wants to view candidate data filled and visible in a prescribed format)
    -Can the job posting fields and details publish be customized. (Client wants more fields and specification visible in published job posting & customise the appearance as per channel.)

    E-recruiting Infotypes cannot be accessed through PB20. In order to access 5* ITs you have to access hrp5* tables.

    Not all data is stored in Infotype 5*. For E.g. Whenever a new candidate registers Object type NA is created. NA is linked through relationship A/B 650 to CP and CP to BP through relationship B207. Candidates's name, date of birth, address etc. (personal and address data) is stored in object type BP.
    Also if an you are creating an agency, the details are stored in BP.

    Refer to the link given above. All the standard fields in the Infotypes is  given. If your customer requirement is above these standard fields then Infotype enhancement would be required.

    Ans:
    Yes it can be. Job Posting field's data is stored in posting infotype. But labeling of the field is OTR text. For example if you want to change the labeling Company you will have to go to transaction sotr_edit and search for PAOC_RCF_UI/company and enhance it.
    But this will not get reflected in the publication. Publication are adobe forms (in SP5 and above(if i am not wrong)). If you want to use your own publication then develop the adobe form and assign it to the interface parameter FORM_PUBL_INT_DOVR or FORM_PUBL_EXT_DOVR (technical settings>User Interfaces>Administrator and Recruiter>General Settings>Assign Values to Interface Parameters)

    Hello,
    Iam working on adding some customized content to the Job posting which would be visible to the candidates when doing a job search and applying for jobs.
    I have browsed through SAP blogs which have information on using SAP Smart forms for Job posting but never knew how to go about the whole thing.
    I would also want to add my client logo and some image files for the Job posting.
    Can some one provide insights on how exactly to do that?
    P.S --> I found some information on u201CBAdI: Specify Proposal Texts for Postingsu201D  on SAP Help but could'nt find any such one in R/3 to work on. We are running version 6.0.

    Hello G Raj,
    the BAdI you found is only for providing standard texts in the posting maintainence. If implemented it sets text you use again and again depending on requisition attibutes so the recruiter does not have to type in everything each time.
    For the publication smartform, as for any other data overview, you do not change the standard you just replace the standard example by your company one. You start by copying the standard smartform to keep the correct interface (all e-recruiting smartforms are named HRRCF*) and changing to the layout you need. Then you set the smartform in IMG under SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Settings for User Interfaces with Business Server Pages (BSP) -> Assign Parameters to Parameter Types.

    What is your source of information that delineates this type of post as inappropriate?
    I researched this not to long ago when I thought another contributor was particularly curt in response to another similar post.
    The only thing I could find that might qualify was the following @ the legal link at the bottom of the each page (http://www.ni.com/legal/):
    "Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose."
    If NI doesn't specifically prohibit it I don't see the damage. These are people who need help with LV also (in a much larger way) and it might be the job that anyone of us might NEED someday.
    Admittedly, that is the second post of the same content and if the unanswered questions become so full
    of job postings that you can't find the posts people who need help then this would be annoying. Also NI sales reps may indeed be better suited to matching their needs to local people.
    I have neither posted nor responded to such a post and I value your answers and comments on this exchange, but, absent anything prohibitive in black and white, I disagree.

    Ok. Sounds like a second iCloud account would do the job for you. PC users can access the calendar at http://www.icloud.com/
    These other business devices, are they company owned, or personal devices with already existing personal iCloud accounts on them?

  • Error while changing the PO BOX value for a Business partner

    Hi Friends,
    We are getting an error when we try to change the PO Box value for a Business Partner.
    We have the dependency like when we give the value for the PO Box we also need to give the postal code value. And also we have a specific format for the Postal code. We gave both the values (a valid postal code) and try to save the details, then error message "The attribute GUID of Organization (a Contact Person is assigned to) of the Business Object contact person is not valid" is displayed. We have no clue why there is a conflict for the contact person details.
    Can any one suggest the reason for this?

    Hi Swarna,
    You are getting this message not because you have entered wrong Post code .It will come even if you try to change some other field and save it. This is because on saving a business object, the framework tries to validate all the associated objects depending on the relation.In this case the data in the mobile client is either not present or is no longer valid.
    Check if the field of the Business object which is being shown as invalid, has some data in the table. Check the combo associated to it and from where the combo is doing the validation. The table from where the combo is doing the validation does not have that data and so the value is invalid.
    Also compare the number of entries in smokna1sht table in ides and in CDB.
