Js Confirm function : possible to change default [cancel] button

Hi,
Confirm function of java Script:
Since we know that the confirm function was foucs on the OK button. can we change the focus to Cancel button after popup?

Coz I want to display the pop-up same as confirm function. The only difference is it should be focus on Cancel button instead.

Bypassing function argument without changing default value

I’m having some problems understanding how I can bypass function arguments without changing its default value. Here are some examples:
function myFunction ( arg1:Boolean, arg2:String="default string", arg3:Number=3 ):Array
    return new Array (arg1, arg2, arg3);
trace(myFunction(true, "new string", 5));
// true,new string,5
trace(myFunction(true, undefined, 5));
// true,,5
trace(myFunction(true, null, 5));
// true,,5
trace(myFunction(true));
// true,default string,3
trace(myFunction(true, null));
// true,,3
My question is: Shouldn't I be able to call a function bypass the second argument (that has a default value), change third argument and on result second argument maintains its default value?
Example:
trace(myFunction(true, null, 5));
// not desired: true,,5
// desired: true,default string,5
I know that applying a defult value to the argument allows one to bypass it. But it will always be redefined or to null or to undefined. At the moment I only see one solution.

     if (!arg2)arg2 = "deafult string";
     return new Array (arg1, arg2, arg3);

Yup, this was just an example to show that the use of a default value only helps you to bypass the need to simulate a MouseEvent Object for an onRollOver MouseEvent argument. Other than that you can never bypass it without changing its value. You must always apply a null or undefined value and work with that.

Is it possible to change the "back button" arrow in iDVD5?

I would rather have a different icon than the same arrow that's always been used for the back button on the idvd menu options. Do I need to get a different program to make my DVD menu's look less like it was obviously made in idvd?

Yes, it is possible to change the arrow in iDVD but it takes a lot of work.
1) Chose the theme you want to use. (I will demonstrate with the theater theme)
2) In Finder go to your applications folder then right or ctrl click on iDVD. You should have a window like this click on the Show Package Contents button like this http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c261/Matt_Skorina/Picture3.png. You should be in another window with one folder in it called Contents. Go through that folder then click on the folder called Resources. This should be a big folder, scroll down it to where the themes are. Right or ctrl click on the theme you will be using like this http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c261/Matt_Skorina/Picture2.png. You should again be in a window with only a folder called Contents, go through this. Then go through the Resources folder. Now go through the BackButton.Media.pox folder near the top. Again go through the Contents folder. Then go through the Material folder. You need to leave this window open. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c261/Matt_Skorina/Picture4.png
3) Go back to the window that you chose your theme in. You should duplicate your theme and put it somewhere else.
4) You first need to create two of your own arrow images. One of the arrows will be for when you select it on the dvd the other will be when you don't select it. The size of the images does not matter but the arrows need to be the same size. Also there can't be any background like white. I would recommend using a program like photoshop for this. You need to save the images as .tiff (I am using an image that I found on the internet)
5) In the Material folder you will see to documents. The one called 557BE9DA-09B4-11D7-925B-00039343AC9A is the image of the arrow when you don't select it. The document called 557C2F14-09B4-11D7-925B-00039343AC9A is the arrow when you do select it. Delete these files.
6) Put your two .tiff arrows you made into the Material folder. Copy and paste the file 557BE9DA-09B4-11D7-925B-00039343AC9A into the file when you don't select the arrow. Copy and paste 557C2F14-09B4-11D7-925B-00039343AC9A into the file where you select the arrow.
7) Open iDVD and load your project in the theme that you have modified.

Is it possible to change or cancel the initial gre...

I have recently bought an N95-8GB and so far I like it very much. However, one thing I dislike is the initial greeting after starting the phone, the one with the two handshaking hands. Is it possible to cancel this greeting, or replace it with a blank screen?
Also, right after the two handshaking hands, there is another greeting from the phone company (Spanish Movistar). Same question as above.
If none of the above can be done, is there at least a way to cancel the sound of both greetings?

Go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Personalisation > Tones > Scroll down to "Warning tones" and change to "Off"
You will also lose "low battery sound" and "camera shutter sound" to name a couple more if set to "Off"
Unfortunately although "shaking hands" will be silenced the network branding issue is probably another matter!

I work in organiser (Elements 11) using the folder tree. However have spent a long time trying to change the default so organiser automatically opens with folder tree.
Presume this is possible, as it is a basic need for many ??

Possible to change default alarm from "Message with Sound" to "Email"?

I was wondering if there is a way to change the default alarm when creating an event in iCal, from "Message with sound" to "Email". The option is not available in preferences, and I was just hoping that there might be a way to change the default, using Terminal, and if not, perhaps there is another way. Possible to change default downloader speed displaying rate from KBps to Mbps?

I'm pretty tired of doing the calculations from KBps to Mbps (speeds advertised for internet connections). No one deals in KB for most stuff downloaded on the net. More in the order of MB. However, it would be easier to see how well its performing in Mbps. That way i can see how close to maximum it's running for a connection (wireless 3G, ADSL / DSL etc)
Is there somewhere in firefox i can change that output thats displayed in the download window from KBps to Mbps?

Change default boot display, is it possible?

I have MSI N660 TF 2GD5 OC card with two devices connected: 1) LCD monitor via DVI-D, 2) Projector via DVI-A.
Every time I turn on the PC I don't see anything on monitor until Windows starts. Video output during boot process goes to projector even though it's turned off.
Is it possible to change default output during system start up?
Swapping connectors isn't possible physically, because DVI-A have extra pins that won't fit to another socket.
If not, whats socket "default priority"? I'm thinking of buying hdmi cable for my projector to fix issue, will it help?

The dual link DVI-I connector you are most likely using for the DVI-A device is the primary connector. If it is connected to any display it will always be used for primary display when starting.
Solution would be to use the Projector with a DVI-A or I to HDMI or Displayport adapter or DVI-A or I to DVI-D adapter so you can use the monitor with the DVI-I connector.

Its quite complex (in my opinion) to do so programically , but using a set of invoke nodes, you can get it done ('Make this value default'). Look at the attached for info (its a large link name, so you may have to copy and paste in your browser).

Cancel button to display confirmation dialog in an edittable form

Hi everyone.
I have got a requirement that in my edittable form, I need to show confirmation popup before canelling the page and discarding all the changes.
But, before showing that dialog, I need to figure out if any changes happened or not?
As usual, my cancel button is set to immediate=true, and for that reason, I couldn't find any way to see whether user done any change or not.
As far as I know, there are two ways to find out the changes:
1. using Data control
        ApplicationModule am = ADFUtils.getDCBindingContainer().getDataControl().getApplicationModule();
        return am.getTransaction().isDirty();
     OR
        BindingContext bc = BindingContext.getCurrent();
        String currentDataControlFrame = bc.getCurrentDataControlFrame();
        return bc.findDataControlFrame(currentDataControlFrame).isTransactionDirty();
2. using commit button:
Boolean changed = (Boolean)JSFUtils.getManagedBeanValue("bindings.Commit.enabled");
But, both of them cannot reflect the change in case of postback caused by cancel button, as mentioned its immediate=true
Any solution to find out changes if cancel button pressed?

Change default CardType on adding a new business partner

Hi everyone,
I have a simple question, but I can't find the answer on the internet.
I would like to change the default selected type on the form when I create a new business Partner.
At the moment when I am in "add mode" the comboBox type ( corresponding to CartType in DB) has the value "Customer" selected by default. I want to change that default value by "Lead". See attached image.
Is it possible to do that?
