Just bought latests version Logic 9.1.8 from appstore and it doesn't bounce or import any audio, it shuts automatically with a white flash! Please Help???

if anyone can help me with this? i had an older version of Logic. Bought Pro Tools 9 and had to update OSX to 10.6.8. Logic would not open anymore. Downloaded a cracked version and it had a major bug, it would bounce. i bought Logic 9.1.8 from appstore and even after uninstalling and deleting leftovers from cracked version, legit copy still doesn't bounce, imports audio or opens templates. Would appreciate some info on how to solve this issue as i have major productions starting next week. Thank You!

Whenever you have multiple windows open - say one is your Gmail account and the other is a bunch of pages you're using at work - and then you go to minimize the window with Gmail but intend to continue working on the other open windows. Using Command-M (the minimize shortcut for Macs) unfortunately now sends all open windows to the minimize bar in the lower right. Which means - every time I go to look at Gmail, then put it away, I have to reclick to open all of the other windows I was working in. Can this be fixed? It never used to happen.

Linux users are in a similar boat also as they need certain package versions within the last few years as LTS distros (with outdated packages from 4+ years ago) like CentOS is a bit screwed on newer applications like Firefox 4.0. By your logic Mozilla should also support Linux packages from 10 years ago also which would be a really ridiculous thing to do.
I think only the 64-bit Windows Vista and Windows 7 is really supported or will be rather when it comes to 64-bit builds (still not officially supported yet).
Mozilla is still supporting Firefox 3.6 with updates, in which 3.6.16 can be found at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html -
How do I undo whatever went wrong after installing the latest update to Photoshop 2014 and suddenly when I tried to paint or touch up my illustration (book cover I'd drawn and painted, then scanned in and continued painting, changing. It's mostly done but I needed to send it like yesterday!!) OR touch up a photograph, black-like oily smudge-like substance sprayed around the point of the brush. I tried to fix by resetting but really didn't know what to do and probably made it worse. However, the problem happened after I updated the Photoshop Creative Cloud 2014 on my desktop 8.1 Windows and after a Tech helped update the regular CC Photoshop on my laptop 2007, 64 bit Windows to 2014. He promised to call back after giving it time to install but didn't for whatever reason on Friday. That happened to go up to the same update I did on my Windows 8.1 Windows. I have this deadline and really stressed. COULD IT BE THE UPDATE OR BOTH. REGARDLESS, CAN SOME EXPERT HELP ME UNDO WHATEVER THE UPDATE AND/OR I DID? I'm a God-gifted artist but only started using Photoshop CC, then updated to 2014--which, again, I like even better--when I began my monthly membership January or February 2014, although I had paid version 2002 and updated to paid version 2004 (ownership, not paid subscription like now). I've learned so much, including transforming, moving, stretching, with layers--all in the painting area with my illustrations--a little touch ups with photography. Are you sure it's not 6.1.6? If it is, that is the latest iOS version that will work on a 4th generation iPod Touch. Later versions require a 5G iPod which has twice as much RAM.

Just installed latest version of Adobe Reader on new desk top with Windows 7. Most PDF files allow conversion to Word. Some do not allow conversion, only allows Adobe Reader XI, but I get "Adobe Reader has stopped working" message. Downloaded latest XI security update. Still get the error message that i has stopped working.

ive got an issue, i cant download anything because it says my disc space is all used.. ive only just bought this macbook.. i go to disc utility and there is macintosh HD at the top, it says i have no spece, there is another available macintosh HD that i can click on and that tell me i have only used 39GB out of the 500. to make this abit more confusing, the one that tells me i have no space says its type says its a logical volume group, the other with space tells me the .
You've encrypted the boot volume with FileVault, so the reading in your first screenshot is normal. The reading in your last screenshot shows that you have plenty of disk space.
A false "disk full" warning can result from moving a Safari download between folder while it's in progress. Is that what you did? -

One of my ex-colleagues has installed a NI-DAQ 6.5 in our system. [And I do not see any other naitional instruments card in the CPU of the computer, may be he removed it] I deleted the account and all his files in the system. When I am trying to install version8.0, its not getting installed and giving me a message that I should uninstall the previous version by going to Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
I tried doing that, but the "Change/Remove" button does not seem to work...[There is no response and so unable to install the new version...]
Any idea how can this problem be solved?
It is a windowsXP operating system with SP2 installed on a machine with P4 processor.

I just bought a Micro-DVI to video adapter to try and hook my MacBook Pro 13" that I bought in mid 2009 to my old TV (svideo), the adapter doesn't seem to fit any of the connections on my macBook pro, is right adapter?

Assuming your MBP is a recent model, i.e. bought in the last couple of years, and that your TV has HDMI inputs (if you've bought it new then that's a safe assumption) then you need a mini-displayport to HDMI cable. The Apple Store sell one:
