You've already set it up as new? Go into the settings and general and reset and reset everything. THen plug it back in and iTunes will, hopefully, see it as new again and you can choose the restore option.

This is how I fixed it on my new iPhone 5S. Using the standard yahoo setting on my phone.
You will have to access "managing your app passwords" on your account profile for yahoo. Generate password for your app. For example: "My iPhone 5S'
Go to your Iphone and set up your yahoo mail account on your phone the normal way and you have to use the generated password. instead of the yahoo account password.

How did you get your songs onto your iPod Touch?
If purchase directly from iTunes you can download them again.
If your iPod is synced to iTunes on a Windows PC, then, sync your iPod to that computer.
If this is your first Mac, are you migrating from a Windows PC?

Yes, that is correct. The alternative is to quit all applications prior to logging out. Lion will then have a chance to remove the saved states.

iMessage and FaceTime are currently experiencing problems it's nothing that you are doing wrong. Just wait it out and check back for iCloud status.

When you say reset, do you mean a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignoring the red slider if it appears?

I've installed CS6 and web Premium on a Mac running 10.9.5, and Dreamweaver,Flash and Illustrator wont launch. All other components work normally. In Activity monitor it says Adobe switchboard failed to respond. Can anyone help solve this issue?

Have you tried a reset? Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

hi, im tinkering with mpeg streamclip and its giving me problems because it won't open my ripped dvd files from my desktop. It keeps giving me the same message "no VOB files can be found". Can anyone help me, this doesn't make sense. I also found online that you need Apple Mpeg-2 playback component in order to use mpeg streamclip. Even though I have OS X Lion, should I download the add-on?
You need to convert the VOB files in the TS-Folder of the DVD back to DV which iMovie is designed to handle. For that you need mpegStreamclip:

TurboTax this year requires OS X 10.6.8 as the minimum operating system. It also requires the system be running in 64bit mode with OS X 10.6.8.
You can purchase OS X 10.6 from the Apple online store by calling them at 800-MY-APPLE, or you can order it online too. Install, run software update until no more updates are available, and you'll be at OS X 10.6.8.

Running Win7. I moved my entire Itunes library to an external drive to free up space on my laptop. Itunes recognized the change and all was well. That worked fine and I have synced several times from the laptop with the library on the external drive.
