KE28 - Selection Criteria and Processing

Hello Expert,
we  will need, when we are executing transacction ke28 that  it runs  this process  excluding some products or
this does not consider some records
I review some recomendations but I dont found one solution.

1.     Top-Down Distribution:Processing Instruccions
Int this point it cant use options (DLvl and Sum) when it use range because:
This processing rule is not allowed for the characteristic
Procedure
Select either "Retain" or "Copy to" for characteristics for which you have specified characteristic values.
For characteristic that you want to summarize or distribute ("Summarize" or "Distribution level" button), you must enter an asterisk (*) on the "Selection Criteria" screen.
=> In this case, it use optios CPY.
2.     Selection Criteria (Characteristic)
         => In this case here, it consider characteristic values and excluding values.
Finally:   it not get good result because it not distribute.!!
Then, ¿is it possible excluding records from derivation rule?
¿is there any exit in COPA for ke28?
For example ¿is it possible excluding  records from  exit COPA0001 ?

When we run trasacction ke28 then  the result is not good because it does not distribute nothing.
But
when we change “selection criteria”

The result is ok and distribute!
¿How does we  exclude some records?
Could you explain better this distribution using only transaction ke28, please? or Could you give me other note oss about distribution KE28, please?

    I guess you extended AbstractTableModel to represent the data displayed
    by your table.
    If this is the case, then after updating the TableModel with the data
    of the second query, you should call super.fireTableDataChanged().
    This method notifies all the TableModel listeners that the model has
    been changed. One of the registered listeners is the JTable itself,
    and the JTable redraws the table upon receiving the notification.
    The are some other methods which notify listeners of a change in the
    model, they all follow the fireTableXXX format.
    If this is not the problem, provide some more information about the TableModel you are using, and the way you update it with the results of
    the second query.

  • Portal Activity Report with Selection criteria

    Hi All,
    I have created an iview using 'Portal Activity Report' template, added the iview to page and page is added to the role which is created for this report. Also, users were assigned to the new role. When users go to portal and see this report, they are seeing the final output of this report along with the 'Download Report' option.
    My requirement is to give selection screen option (Type of report and Reporting period) to users. So that users will change the selection criteria and run the report as per their need. Please advice me on how to do this.

    you can do this by creating a webdynpro application for accessing the database tables, the list of data base tables is in this [help |http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/48/6aa9429b930b31e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm]document and use web dynpro application to connect to that tables.   • Selection criteria

    Is there a way to have multiple search criteria in a report?  So that you can select records using one critera, save the search criteria and create another search that can be uploaded.

    I want to see a different record sets, but in the same report.  The record set would be different, but the format would be the same. For example, I have a report that produces a comprehinsive set of audit data where I agree with the audit and where I think that there are errors.  The report selects data based on the following criteria:
    if
    {qryDepreciation.TaxYear} = 2003 and
    {qryAddresses.Sec/Unsec} = "secured" then
    {qryDepreciation.AssrRevised} <> "STRUCT" and
    {qryDepreciation.AssrRevised} <> "land impr" else if
    {qryDepreciation.TaxYear} = 2003 and
    {qryAddresses.Sec/Unsec} = "unsecured" then
    {qryDepreciation.AssrRevised} <> "land impr"
    In this particular instance, I only want to see data in 2003, excluding items when it is secured, but if it is unsecured, I want to exclude a different category.
    If I want to select a different record set, but keep the same report, can I create a second selection criteria save to a file call it up so I don't have to delete the first selection criteria to get a different record set?  What I am trying to do is avoid having to create multiple report files and deleting selection criteria and having to redo selection criteria.

    I am running the transaction code KEAT in Production and system is giving message
    "No data was found that fulfils the selection criteria" and there are no values for COPA reconciliation
    If i run the same T code in Quality system shows me the various rows and columns for
    COPA Values SD Values FI Values and PCA values along with DELTA COPA/SD/FI/PCA
    Can any one tell me the reason why i am not able to get this COPA reconciliation in production

  • Print Layout Designer (PLD) - Displaying Selection Criteria

    Does anyone know how to display the selection criteria on a pld form.  Specifically, I would like to display the selected 'Item Property' on the Inventory > Inventory Reports > Items List report.
    I noticed on the Inventory > Inventory Reports > Inactive Items report that it displays the Date From selection criteria and the document types selected, but I can't figure out how it is doing this. They are Text fields and I don't see any dependencies.

    The selection criteria are pre-build to be included on some of the reports and are not on others.  If they are not available on the PLD template you could not add them.

  • Changing standard selection criteria (MB51)

    Hi all.
    I have a requirement to add the 'Requisitioner' field in the selection criteria for MB51, program (RM07DOCS). I am on version ECC6
    The requisitioner field is in the EKPO ( Purchasing Document Item) table: EKPO-AFNAM.
    What I need to do is, add this field in the selection criteria and select all purchase orders and their relating material documents (MKPF MSEG) according to entry in this field. I know the logic which I have to implement.
    I have checked out the SDN forums quite throughly and have come up with a couple of questions/solutions.
    1) Copy the program into Z-name space and add in the code
    Question: Where to specifically add the code, the program is huge with multiple enhancement points being seen in the code.
    Can someone please guide me where I can  change the displayed records, point where iI can append data or change the  internal table being sent for ALV display.
    2) Make changes in SPRO>Define field selection for material document list.
    Question: The required field is not present within the listing, It does give the option to make new entries, but I have to specify a program/table and field.
    If I create my own program to get the details and display onto an ALV Grid, will the program be called when I make selections on that requisitioner field?
    3) This is text copied from a thread, I have lost the link to it.
    Create a Z report that is a copy of the selection include of the standard selection screen include with the additional selection criteria.
    - Export the extra selection criteria value to shared memory.
    - Submit the standard VL10G program with the selection sets.
    - In user exit (depends on which field needs to be checked), import the extra selection criteria value back in and filter the selected data set.
    Could someone please guide me if it is possible to do the above within RM07DOCS, and  a little more detail on how to go about it?.

  • Selection Criteria With Plant , And Reading File

    Guys,
    I have a selection criteria with fields SAP Plant, and a filepath to read a file. File will be containing fields like legacy plant,material, date,description etc as records. Upon user executes after giving the SAP Plants (which has low and high limit ie select-option) and filepath.
    The program should first convert the SAP Plants to Legacy Plants and Read only those file contents where the legacy plant in file matches the converted legacy plants and other non matching plant file records ignored. Please suggest and gimme a sample code.

  • How to suppress blank page and selection criteria in SPOOL ?

    My Z program submits two programs to spool and converts the ABAP List in the spool to PDF and emails.
    After upgrade to ECC6, the first (a report painter report) resulting PDF there was one blank page and the contents were displayed on second page. For the second report (RKPEP003 - CJI3)  the selection criteria that the report used was printed as the first page of output and the result on a subsequent page. The same thing happens when I individually execute these two reports directly in SE38 with the same selection criteria. I believe the blank page is there in the spool because when I view the spool as a RAW, there is a P in the first column, however the spool shows that there is only one page in the first and two in the second (this is true - one for selection criteria "which I don't want" and then the actual content). In 46C, when I look at the RAW view of the spool there is no additional P's in the first column.
    I do not want to have the blank page on the first report and the selection criteria listed on the output of the report. How can I do that ? I am thinking get_print_parameters can in someway get me there, but I am not sure.

    The first report painter program writes a regular ABAP list.
    The second outputs an ALV.

  • Background Processing, Selection Screens and Variants

    Hi All,
    I am having a little trouble Background Processing with Selection Screens and Variants.
    When a user runs my report and selects the option of background processing, then they select a checkbox. Once this is checked, they should go and fill in details, press Execute and voila a background process is created. However what is happening is that when i execute it then it asks for a variant. I do not want this to happen. I want the values in the selection screens to be used as default. Here is my code for background processing

  • Key and Text in selection criteria depending on user

    Hello,
    I have strange situation and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I built the report in BEx and present it to the users. When they expand the selection criteria options (from first pop-up window of variables), they want to see both texts and keys. All of them set up the option "Key and Text" from settings, but some of them see descriptions, some of them see only keys given twice (what happens when there are no descriptions for masterdata). It is a big surprise for me and I am not able to fix it. Do you have any idea?

    I use BEx Analyzer. The patch level is the same.
    Masterdata texts are maintained of course. It it wouldn't - noone would see the texts.

    I am new to mac and I think I made a big mistake, I went to Activity Monitor and select launchd and clicked out of the process, now the screen is blank. please help, I do not know what to do.

  • DRQ: Isolate the Daily, Monthly and Yearly CheckBoxes in Selection Criteria

    Module: Financials => Financial Reports => Accounting => General Ledger
    Request to Isolate the Daily, Monthly and Yearly Check Boxes in the General Ledger - Selection Criteria screen, instead of an option in the report window.
    Problem:  If there is BP/General Ledger having long transaction list, then once user un-check any of the check boxes system takes long time to remove/hide those rows which contains Totals. Which is effecting the performance of the report also.  Also those checkboxes appeared with check marked by default.
    If user has an option in the selection criteria screen, then they can choose which Total they want before previewing the report and mark accordingly.
