Dear All
I am running the transaction code KEAT in Production and system is giving message
"No data was found that fulfils the selection criteria" and there are no values for COPA reconciliation
If i run the same T code in Quality system shows me the various rows and columns for
COPA Values SD Values FI Values and PCA values along with DELTA COPA/SD/FI/PCA
Can any one tell me the reason why i am not able to get this COPA reconciliation in production

I don't understand the question exactly, could you restate it. Sorry mate, I might just be braindead.
But, as far as the issue, it is by design. the column is a lookup columns which essentially ties to the external data. if that data is removed, the column on your simple list becomes invalid and any edits of the simple list item will require
it to be changed.
are you wanting to make the ECT read only? that's simple enough. you can pop open SPD and edit the ECT, then remove the C/E/D operations (create/update/delete). That will not, however make it read-only in any other systems that access that
external data, as I assume its not just SP or else it wouldn't be external

I bought an update to the original iPad an iPad 3. In was told that migrating the data from my old iPad to the new will be a snap. Alas, it isn't. My desktop is a new high end PC that came preloaded with Windows 7 Professional and I have had nothing but problems. My earlier computer was XP and everything, including my Apple interface, in particular iTunes, worked without problems. When I was trying to back up my data from the old iPad to my desktop, the only thing it would do is synchronize, then got an error message to download the latest iTunes, which I did but it still did not work. I have a lot of music both purchased through iTunes and a lot of others which were CDs that were copied to the desktop. I also have a lot of books through Kindle and other books in iBooks and audio books from other sources, plus two iPods I want to sync. I need some advise on where I find the back up feature in iTunes so I can copy all the data on from my old iPad. Your help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

In technical support, sometimes you have to make educated guesses. I'm sorry that you were offended.
iTunes does prompt when it is going to erase a device, and the message is clear.
She said in her message that she was able to successfully sync the old ipad. This indicated to me that itunes wiping the data was not an issue, because either it had been setup at the apple store (in which case it doesn't actually wipe the ipad despite saying it will*) (*based on a single case I saw), or because the itunes media folder was migrated.
Furthermore, my solution was to tell her how to backup her ipad (by either doing it manually, or as a last resort, by deleting the corrupt backup -- that she couldn't access anyway.)
I got that last part of the instructions from the "Taking Control of your iphone" book which I found samples of when I did a google search for "corrupted backup itunes".
She marked this as a solution, so it worked for her.

MDM_CLNT_EXTR (No data was found)

Hello,
We need to extract all Customer Master Data from ERP 2005 using MDM_CLNT_EXTR.
I encounter with the following error:
- The job terminates with error message B1 041 (Table MASTER_IDOC_DATA is empty).
or
- The job terminates with message MDMXFW 012 (No data was found).
I have read the 997213 note and the problem is that I have not set the selection restrictions correctly. The note shows the following solution:
If you want to extract all of the master data without any restrictions, specify a relevant number interval for the master data object (for example, vendor number from 0000000000 to ZZZZZZZZZZ - for all vendors). Note that you have to specify numeric keys with leading zeros.
The field names that I specify are:
BEGRU, GFORM, KTOKD, KUNNR, LAND1, LOEVM, NAME1, ORT01, SORT01, SPERR, SPRAS, SPART, VKORG, VTWEG.
and my questions are:
- Which of this fields specify the customer number to fill in?
- Nowadays, If I use LAND1 with ES value, The job terminates with message MDMXFW 012 (No data was found).Should I delete the rest of the fields (BEGRU, GFORM..etc) before to execute?
- All customer data were previously imported through VC01 transaction. Is it correct? Maybe this transaction doesn't fill the same table that the MDM_CLNT_EXTR transaction execute.

I just happened to look at your questions, Will try to answer few of them(infact what we did in order to extract Master Data from R/3)
1)Which of this fields specify the customer number to fill in?
We used only KUNNR
2) All customer data were previously imported through VC01 transaction. Is it correct? Maybe this transaction doesn't fill the same table that the MDM_CLNT_EXTR transaction execute.
Am not sure of VC01, but the best way to initially extract all the data is using MDM_CLNT_EXTR.
Suggestions:
1) Try to run the job in background.
2) Dont rerun the extractor if you have no data, because what we experienced is "Running the same job multiple times threw us MDMXFW 012 (No data was found)

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
Message no. SMW3018
Error case:
ECC-->Customer(Sold to) extended to a sales area and saved.
     CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly.
ECC--> Deletion flag for same customer and same sales area is set. (Deletion flag - "Selected sales area").
     CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly and is not shown as extended to the sales area via BP t code.
ECC-->Deletion flag is removed for the customer.
     CRM--> BDOC fails to update the Partner and goes in error.
Problem comes when deletion flag is removed in ECC.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hope you have not make any field mandatory in the Complaint tab in the sales area section in the BP.
When you are removing the deletion flag please check if any entry is mandatory in the Complaint tab.

I tired it all , this what worked for me : FIRST turn ps3 in to safe mode:Step 1: With the PS3 on turn off the power by holding the power button on the front of the unit till the power light is red.

While trying to target/connect to the weblogic server from Grid control 10.2.0.5,I'm getting the below error.
1.Added the connection filter in the weblogic console to allow connections only from the grid control's host
2.But while trying to connect from the grid control to the weblogic server for monitoring,its failed with the below exception,
"No weblogic server was found running on the specific port.if the administration port is SSL enabled,specify the keystore and try again"
3.However,I can able to connect to the weblogic if I dont give any connection filter arguments.

Next thing to do is to make sure that the parent paths issue is out of the way:
Create a new asp file at the location: d:\inetpub\wwwroot\SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer\server\bin\test.asp
with the following content:

If you do not see the "Success" string printed out when you call your asp in the following way:

then you still don't have this parent paths configured correctly.

Lightroom was unable to prepare the selected file at (file path to image) for editing. it wil

I have been using lightroom since Beta and this is the first issue that I can't seem to fix.
I was working on some files editing in external editors - PS5 & Niksoftware I had worked on 4 or 5 images no problems, working awesome as normal. Then I decided to get rid of one of the files - an edited image - when it asked to remove from lightroom or from disk, I clicked, remove from disk. I never do that but trying to be better with space. Then tried to edit a different image and the error "Lightroom was unable to prepare the selected file at (NEF - the proper location) for editing. it will not be opened." comes up.
I looked on line and one answer was to delete the preference file and then restart, which also meant reloading the catalogue. All of which worked no problem but the error still is coming up. I have restarted lightroom and the computer a couple of times, in different sequences
I have lightroom 5.3 64 bit on windows 7, as I said all working perfectly until deleting one file.

Diagnosis
This is the position that is characterized by the following details:
CC=1020;PT=V4I;SA=DEPBCCR;SE=1000013
When I look the Security ID number in the old system, the Document is obsolete, but the migration transaction seek the FLOW information for this ID number and not return any information.

We did check TPM12 & TPM13 and the reports said:
TPM12 : "no positions selected"
TPM13: "No flows found"

How make default values in the selection criteria of BEx query????

I have to create a brand new query, in the selection criteria(Prompts) I have two prompts. one prompt should show current budget year and second prompt should show next budget year, both prompts are mandatory and default.
Can any one please let me know how to obtain current and next budget year??? do I need to write any customer exit or do i need to create a offset???
Two prompts are using same infoobject 0fiscper which is mapped to ECC Table MBEW and field is LFGJA.

Create a customer exit variable for calyear with ready for input (checked).

create a new selection in the structure, drag the KF and calyear restricted by current year variable . Copy the same selection and insert it as a new selection, go back to the calyear restriction, right clik on the variable. specify variable offset and enter + 1.
