Keynote download lost

Hi,
When I updated my OS to Maverick I lost the Keynote download.
I want to know if it is possible to recover the download without paying for it.
Thank you.

Keynote version 6.0 is the appropriate version to run with Mavericks.
When you go to the App Store, and try to "purchase" Keynote, you will see whether you can get it from the store for free, or a price is quoted.  You can decide whether to complete the "purchase" (possibly free) at that time.

  • Need to download lost music

I went online to see how to download past purchased music and movies since I lost most of it on a crashed disk: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
I follwed the directions and found this little "cloud icon" and clicked dowload all and the download started.
After about 5 minutes and part way through the download iTunes froze and I had to "Force Quit" the application.
I restarted iTunes and appeared to complete a download but then stopped.
Is this a one time shot at getting them back?
Now I wanted to download lost movies but don't know where they are?
    Where is the Movie button?
    Where are the Movies?

I went to "Books" and one of the books I purchased has changed it's name to "Unknown Ablum, Unknown Author" and when I can look at it. The cover icon is there but it doesn't work. The book is called "A Storm of Swords" by George R.R. Martin (part of the Game of Thrones series). It's not allowing me to download it again?

  • HT201272 Trying to download lost purchases and it is not working...

I am trying to download my previous music purchases from iTunes.  Some of my music was backed up on an old drive and a lot of the newer purchases were lost.  It says that those files were "downloaded" and I am unable to re-download them. Is there some other way I am able to redownload the purchases that were lost?  Thanks!

If you have the files or partial files somewhere on your device the iTunes store will tell you that they have already been downloaded.  You can try to delete them from your library by holding Option and delete keys.  Then if the store does not detect them,  I think you can fool it into downloading them again.  They say that your purchases are always available even if you delete them.
IF YOU DON'T SEE THE FILES-
    HERE'S WHAT APPLE SAYS:
Note: Downloading of previously purchased movies is available in the United States only.
Open iTunes 10.6 or later on your computer. (You can download the latest version of iTunes here.)
If you're not already signed in, click Sign In, and enter your Apple ID and password.
After you've signed in, click Purchased on the right side in the iTunes Store under the QUICK LINKS section.
From your Purchased page, click the tab for the content type you're looking for (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Click Songs or Albums to change the page view and All or "Not in My Library" to view your purchased content that currently is not downloaded on your computer.
Click the download icon to the right of each item to download that item.
    Notes:
To download previous purchases on a computer, your computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. For more information about iTunes Store authorization and deauthorization see, this article.
If they are offered for purchase in 1080p, you can download previously purchased 720p HD TV shows and movies in 1080p. Learn more about downloading in 1080p.
Previous purchases may be unavailable if they have been refunded or are no longer on the iTunes Store. Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.

  • Downloading "lost" episode error message

Hi I'm trying to download a "Lost" episode called "What Kate Did" and it downloads fine until the end when it gives me this error message:
There was an error downloading your purchased music. An unknown error occurred (0xFFFE7958).
Us the Check for Purchases command in the Advanced menu to try again later
Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried to download on different computers and the same thing happens. I managed to download every other episode except this one. Thanks
    powerbook 12 inch   Mac OS X (10.4.4)

How do the computers connect to the Internet? Are they wireless, by chance, and/or all going through the same router? I've seen unconfirmed reports that a setting (being too restrictive) in a wireless router can cause download problems with the iTMS.
Also, look in your iTunes Music folder and see if there's a folder called "Downloads". If there is, and there's anything in it, delete the contents and try your download again.
If that doesn't seem to point to anything useful (particularly if the systems you've tried on are going through different Internet connections), contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. I know that they're trying to pin down the cause of this problem (which has been reported by others).

  • 4.5 Download Lost Pre-Loaded Pics

After I downloaded 4.5 software to enhance emails, I lost all the Curve pre-loaded piocs...nothing crucial except that I used some as wallpaper.   Can I get them back?

    Same question:
What version of the OS did you load, what the is version at Options > About?
The preloade pics won't be 'found' on the disk. As explained above, some of the OS 4.5 released did NOT include the preloaded pictures. Believe it.
Identify you OS release as noted above, and I'll tell if it was one of those.

  • How to download lost movies

I recently lost all my music and movies on an external HDD. Does anyone know how I can pull music off my iPhone and how can I get my movies back? Some were digital copies I received when I bought Bluray movies and some were bought on iTunes.

The easiest way to get back missing items?  Restore your whole hard drive with all your irreplaceable things like photos in about 20 minutes from the backup clone you make on a regular basis.  That is the only guaranteed method for ensuring you get it all back.
Downloading (using iOS or computer) past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not all media formats are available in all countries (see: iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085 ); apps, books (not audiobooks), music, t.v. shows, and movies (some - not all studios have permitted this).  Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.  Discontinued items not available. For items not included in the iCloud list (e.g., ringtones, audiobooks), or locations or computer systems where iCloud is not (yet?) available, you only get one download per fee paid.  Apple recommends  "you always back up your iTunes library in the event that a purchased item is no longer available on the iTunes Store."
Select the iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes if you have the sidebar displayed, or with the button at the top right.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
You can re-download your available previous purchases.
    iTunes 11:
Menu  > View > Show Sidebar
    Left side, "purchased" under "Store"

  • OOW Keynotes download

    Hi All,
Where can I download past years Oracle Open World(OOW) presentations keynotes?
In Oracle Official site, I can only find some related and latest videos, but it's not all.
    Thanks
    Pan

This is not the correct forum to ask this and moreover, IMO the presentation's access is only for those who attended the OOW. If you were an attendee of OOW, there must be some link that has been given to you to access the slides. If you are not, I am not sure that you can access them.

  • Re-downloading lost purchases

Hi uh this is my first post thing but i needed the answer to this question...i have heard from others that there is a way you can re-download your lost purchases from itunes...i downloaded a movie on my itunes from another computer and was working perfectly but then i had to switch computers and i lost my downloads...music, tv-shows, and movies...i was able to recover half of my tv-shows but wasnt able to recover anything...i had purcased everything if there is any chance i could get those things back without having to re-purchase it...i have taken the advice from itunes on how to search all files and folders on the computer but was unsuccessful...if anyone knows a way i could get those things back without re-purchasing them please let me know...thanx

Restore it from a backup, use the Transfer Purchases command in iTunes if it's on an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, or click here and ask. Backing up your purchases is your responsibility.

  • How to download lost installation CD

I lost InDesign CS2 installation CD, but I have a legal open academic license for it. Is it possible to download a copy of installation CD from Adobe site?

No, Adobe doesn't retain legacy versions nor do they support them ad infinitum. You will have to find another source.

  • Easier way to re-download lost apps

Is this a joke or do I really have to re-download all the apps I had before the last update to my Iphone 4 failed. Causing me to have to restore the phone and in the process, all apps were erased. I use two Apple ID's so determining which account was used for each app would take years. Surely almighty Apple has a way to push all those apps together so that I can re-download them at the same time?
I've spoken to two Apple phone answerers and both told me I had to re-download the apps with no suggestion of why the update failed. even after I told them that the only two times I've updated the phone it has failed and forced me to restore. If anyone can help let me know.

There you go - at least you get what the OP failed to get and understand - other people read these threads and can learn something from it so those that do read this thread hopefully won't repeat the same mistake as the OP, which he/she chided me for. What was provided and the answers to your questions to follow won't resolve or change the OP having to re-download each app one by one, but is for future reference for him/her and for others that have and will read this thread.
The OP may have been syncing the iPhone with iTunes but obviously did not have Sync Apps selected under the Apps tab for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. If this were selected which should be selected, after downloading an app with the iPhone, the app would be copied to the iTunes library automatically the first time the iPhone was synced with iTunes after doing so. This also provides for downloading an app with iTunes on your computer and installing the app on your iPhone via the iTunes sync process. And this provides for being able to remove an app from your iPhone without deleting the app by deselecting the app under the Apps tab followed by a sync. To re-install the app on your iPhone again later, reselect the app under the Apps tab followed by a sync. This also prevents the OP's problem now - having to re-download each app one by one. No iTunes content in your iTunes library on your computer can be lost when syncing an iPod or iPhone, but your iTunes library should be included with your computer's backup stored on an external drive or some other external media used for backup purposes only among with all other important data - documents, photos, etc.
All iTunes content on your iPhone - all music, movies, tv shows, and 3rd party apps should be in your iTunes library on your computer and will be in regards to music and 3rd party apps with Sync Music and Sync Apps selected under the Music tab and Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and regular syncs with iTunes. The same applies to music purchased/downloaded direct with your iPhone as with Apps.
No iTunes content on your iPhone is included with the iPhone's backup which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process - no music, movies, tv shows, podcasts, or 3rd party apps. No need for this since all iTunes content on your iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer, and your iTunes library should be included with your computer's backup along with all other important data. A hard drive can have a partial or complete failure without warning regardless the age of the hard drive or how much it is regularly used.
This link provides the data that is included with your iPhone's backup.
