QUESTION
========
Implementing Procurement contracts a Procurement contracts Template is created and approved.
A Contract Purchase Order or a standard Contract Order created. Have the Template referred in the above CPO or SPO.
Update the variables. Then Generate the PDF ( or preview the PDF)
We expect that based on the template we should get the PDF but the 1st 2 pages are not requuired.
How does one prevent Page1 and 2 from displaying in the pdf?

Even though this looks like a customization,
The way the application works is not desired by customer because they wouldn't like necessarily to see financial details sent to the same person.
Hence the need to remove/hide page 1 and page2
We have advised customer as per the Action plan below:
Support Update ( 03-Jun-2009 10:35 BST)
follow these steps:
1. Please refer Note: Note 311813.1 on how to customize the stylesheet .
- To customize stylesheet navigate to XML Publisher Administrator resp and query for existing stylesheet and make a copy of it by clicking duplicate.
- After duplicate they can click on download to download the seeded stylesheet and make changes as per their requirement
- Once the modifications are done, they can upload the style sheet again to XML Publisher by clicking update button.
2.The piece of code to remove the cover page will be in PO_STANDARD_XSLFO.xsl for Standard PO is shown in the Research section above where we check if contract terms exist. If so we print the cover page.
3. If you do not want the cover page, then you can make the test value return false so that cover page will not be printed. Some thing like this will suffice your requirement:
<xsl:if test= " 1= 2 ">
so that this statement returns always false and hence does not print the cover page.
4. The same sequence of steps can be followed for each document type you want to modify.

Customer wants only pages from 3 upwards ( They do not want financial info on pages 1 and 2 to display)
They expect to see 6 pages (8 minus the first two pages they do not want users to see)
Working with Note 311813.1 on how to customize the stylesheet
we tried a <xsl:if test= " 1= 2 "> and only the original first page was successfully removed. The current first page is now also to be removed.
The finance info on the page needs to be removed too.

The only way I have to fix it is to change some kind of compability settings or try and access it in a new way, and every time it crashes/closed/computer blue screens that setting will no longer work.
That is a short term solution, but eventually I'll run out of ways to access firefox successfully. I've tried many solutions, and some worked, but only once. I have yet to find a permanent solution for this problem.

Since you can see it in your device list it must have Find My Mac activated, but you're going to have to wait for them to take it online in order to either locate, lock or wipe it. Until it goes online you can't do anything. http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/find-my-device/

I have an iPad 2, and I am sending PDF file to my iPad, via a Hotmail email. But, the PDF arrives to the iPad in Mail already opended, as a picture on the bottom of the email. Is there a way to prevent it from auto open, so I can open with iBooks instead?

I am having the same problem and it is even bigger.
When opening a 1-page PDF in iBooks and sending it via mail it is sent inline as preview, but the recipient cannot open the file anymore. Also on iPad and iPhone there is no "open in" possible.
Somehow the mail app does destroy the file. What is going wrong?

How to calculate the last selected item in a tree node where we can customize the list to the node.

I'm new to the Flex field. I got a task where i have a tree (TREE is the id) with X and Y as nodes. In X i have got a list of pages(dataprovider is array collection) added dynamically(means User can configure the pages).On selecting last item(last page) in the list of X node, the view will be presented with a component say Xlast on the right side which is in view stack. In that component , there is button called NEXT which has to be greyed out for the last page. I tried by calling the below code on viewChange event
if(viewstack.selectedchild == XlastpageId)
Nextbtn.enabled = false;
but this will work only when we know XlastpageId is the lastpage for the tree. but how to implement this when we dont know which is the last page of the X node in a Tree.
I also tried by calculating the children of the tree on tree click event which is
if (Tree.selectedItem == TREE.numChildren - 1)
Nextbtn.enabled = false;
i know this is wrong because we have 2 children for the tree( X and Y) so it is showing 2-1 and the button is greyed out for the first click.
Please help me out.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to monitor the last login user’s details.
There is no out of the box way to achieve it in SharePoint.
We can use cookie to be a flag for checking whether there is an user just log in. After the page loaded, if the cookie is null, it suggests that there is an user just log in our site, then we
can get this user’s information using JavaScript Object Model and add the information into a custom list. With this list, we can monitor user’s login details.

Yes, you would sign out of iTunes & App Store: Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on the Apple ID, click on Sign Out. Then sign back on with the new Apple ID. Also, if you have an iCloud account with the other Apple ID, you would delete that iCloud account, and then sign on with your new ID: Settings>iCloud>Delete Account.

CRSE is an OEM Product and for use with a custom application they have written. Unfortunately we don't their reports or how they are connecting, it would appear they were originally built off a SQL and then set to a Dataset in the app or they could be adding the data source at runtime. Lots of variations and without access to the source code to see what they are doing not much we can help you with.
You need to contact the OEM Partner for help in resolving this and find out what you can and need to do to update your SP and work with their canned reports,

The problem is: I never had the compatible versions. But I want them, I'd buy them if I could.
So I'm stuck with my Ipod, which can't be upgraded anymore to higher IOS versions, and with the appstore, that does not offer older versions; versions that have existed and still exist, perhaps in the recycle bin of some users, or somewhere in the appstore servers.

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

I'm playing around with it to write a blog post and it is crazy. Only possible workaround (till now i'm not able to figure out a solution to it) is to copy the application and deploy it as a new one. Take copy of all objects (forms, tasklist etc). Delete the corrupted application and rename the new one to old.

I have turned my phone off and aon again and again but the message keeps coming every one or two minutes.I have also started loosing voicce on different applications like youtube etc. Also the ringer volume up and down key does not show me the small boxes increasing or decreasing on screen. The phone is playing crazy. Can someone help please

It helped earlier but it has come back again. I don't know what to do. I tried what you said earlier but this time even this is not working either. And quite intrestingly my phone won't turn off. I turn it off, it goes off and then restarts on its own and then keep giving the same message again and again.
Could it be a charging cable, is there any chance that the cable which was working fine one day could turn to be "incompatible" with iphone the other day????????

Thank you very much for your suggestion.
I tried that way, I created some sample xml file, I created sample rtf file and I generated xsl-fo file. I copied the part of code into my PO_STANDARD_PO.XSL. I am getting some error.
I noticed PO_STANDARD_PO.XSL is xsl version 1.0 and the generated sample data is with xsl version 2.0.
The generated code is using “for-each_group”, “sum()”, “current-group()” etc. Is these functions will work in xslt 1? Or do we need to code different way?
We are in Oracle APPS 12.0.4.

My PC died this summer (I still have it though).
Now when syncing any of the multiple devices (ipods,ipads, iphones) that we have with my mac book, itunes states that "an error occurred" or the "app cannot be found". Itunes wants me to erase the device and sync with my macbook. The message "The iPhone “Renee’s iPhone” is synced with another iTunes library on “Renee PC”. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."appears.

u can give try to using external enclosre and backup ur files. I hope u will get files back. or using external enclosre with ur hdd boot into Linux and try to mount ur harddisk.

Rather than do that, which means starting over from scratch, losing all your edits, organisation and so on, why not simply use iPhoto Library Manager to revert the Library to the older version? Easier, less destructive.

If you really want to start over: you can access the Originals folder simply by going to your Pictures Folder and finding the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
