Last executed date for a report

Hi,
I have to find out the last executed date of set of reports/programs. Please let me know how to get that information. Is there any table wherin I can give the list of reports and download the output?

HI,
Check transaction STAD.
There you can specify user, transaction or program and a time frame.The question will be, how long do you keep statistics in your system...

The trasaction stat is limited because i want all the execution date even if it is 3 years ago.
I have tryied the transaction st03 but it is limited to 3 months ago.
check transaction STAT and it's report RSSTAT00.
U can copy RSSTAT00 into ZRSSTAT00 and modify corresponding.

Last Executed date of a job.

Hi everybody,
       I have a scenario where I need to compare the record created date with the last executed date of a batch job. The record created date, we are retrieving from a Z table. But I am unable to find the table from where I can find the last executed date of the job / Report.
          I came to know from many forms to use TBTCO table. But in our development systems, we could not find the latest executed date for some jobs which were executed recently. that field is completely empty for some jobs.
             Please suggest me the right table where I can find the last executed date of the JOB / Report.
Any helpful answer will be rewarded immediately.

Vana,
In table "TBTCP"   there is field called SDLDATE(Date of job/step scheduling).
So, select data of paricular job .Say it will give 5 different dates. into internal table.
SORT the internal table SDLDATE DESCENDING.
So you will get the latest scheduling date record in first position of internal table.
IF latest record date is < sy-datum+1.
Yes last schedulke date.
ENDIF.

Last Entry Date for Each Quarter

Hi,
I want to find out the last entry date for each quarter. The query I am using is this:

Now based on the column group I added in my report the result is coming correct but not properly formatted as I want.

I don't want the extra blanks coming for each occurrence. There should be only one line for Australia and in the single line it should show the last entry date for that quarter. How can I achieve that ? Below is the snapshot showing current config:

Hi Vik2907,
According to your description, you have a matrix which shows you those unexpected cells. Right?
In this scenario, the reason caused this problem is the group setting. Mostly, you set the row group on a wrong field. As we tested in our local environment, if you set the row group on LastDateOfClipEntry, it will render the data as the screenshot you post.
Please check both Row and Column Group setting, make sure they are group on proper field.

Read table CDHDR (object "EINKBELEG") and CDPOS (look for table name EKKO), keep the last CDHDR record with "EKKO" data actually changed.

Storing the last modified date for files in a HashMap

This method gets a list of all the .java files in the source subdirectory, gets the last modified date for them and stores the file name and last modified date in a HashMap.

In Oracle, we don't access schemas but schema objects.And this informationis not kept anywhere persistantly.As Amit also mentioned,if you do need it,you have to enable Auditing.

In SBO we can perform Stocktaking (In SBO menu: Inventory>inventory transactions>Initial Quantities, Stocktaking and Stock Posting).

I'm getting different last refresh date and time on the webi report(using drill down report). I am getting the right date on the main report, wrong date showing on the sub report report.

In all releases the security audit log (SM20) is the correct tool for this, but you cannot retro-fit it.
If the SM20 log is not activated for logon events, then there are several other ways of reconstructing parts of the information but they are all incomplete and a big effort.

You can take a look at table AUSP as well as CRMD_AUSP_HIST.
The "changed by" and "changed at" are logged on attribute level, not on attribute value level. When you change one specific value, the system does a "re-insert" of all existing values of this attribute.
Take a look at the SAP notes 938426 and 966670 these may assit you in resolving the issue.

We need to upload dunning level & last dunned date for all open items (to be done separately i.e. after all open items migrated) which is different for each and every line item so if we use mass upload (fbl5n) we have to do for each and every open line item which is not feasible as open line items in thousands..I tried LSMW also,problem is that for Batch input recording we need to run one complete cycle in sm30 but there is no maintenance dialog for BSEG & BSID table.. Please share your valuable Inputs how we can go ahead..
