Lightroom 5 truncating HTML code.

Question

I created a page to use as a template for exporting photos to a web site.
I have the code for AddThis Smart Layers in the page.  It looks like this in my export template:

After I use the export in Lightroom, the code looks like this:

It just cuts out a huge section of the code which AddThis provides.  I can't redo it. 
Anyone have a clue as to why Lightroom does this?  It is preventing the rollout of a web site.

Back up a bit. What are you trying to do? What is this page in Lightroom terms? Are you creating your own web engine? Where is this export template?
