Link between Financial Statement Item and Break-Down-Category

Dear all,
we try to create an own data entry functionality in SAPNetweaver for our BCS Data.
Therefore we need to implement a coding vor a validation (IP-coding). Do you know in which table we get the link between the financial statement item and the break-down category?
The customizing phath is
TA UCWB > Master Data > Items > Item (select item) > Field Breakdown Category (field name: ITGRP).
We need the tecnical link (table/structure) so that we can create a validation based on the financial statement and the breakdown category).

The tables themselves are generated objects that are structured based on how you've defined your master data (custom attributes, etc). 
You can probably find them through table UGMD2011 and entering the fieldname of your FS Item (I think the delivered item is /1FB/CS_ITEM).
The following snippet is from a function module I wrote to check movement type restrictions (min/max selection set) might be useful.  I've previously created a custom task for posting custom documents (that could not be defined with standard reclassifications or IU eliminations). 
I've never worked with the portal, but presumably you can create an RFC interface and replicate the selections which normally come from the cons monitor (Cons Area, GC, FYV, Period, Year, Cons Chart, + and additional fields fixed in the cons area) on a portal page and inherit them that way.  I actually thought about creating an Excel workbook that would send postings directly into BCS...just never got the time, and it was never a "requirement" as the volume of manually entries has been pretty low (or, at least always planned to be low)

Would recommend debugging these two methods to get an idea of what BCS is doing:

Anyway, hope that helps.  It took me a lot of debugging to figure out exactly which objects were being used by the posting process, getting the refresh right (delete/reverse existing documents based on special version customizing), etc.  I wouldn't recommend slamming them into the cube and ODS directly with a RSDRI_CUBE_WRITE_PACKAGE or anything...

    credit note ) and those of the corresponding accounting document. There's a
    custom report which extracts information about each credit/debit note
    produced within a certain period. This program has recently failed due to a
    particular case: a credit note was generated starting by two note requests;
    in other terms, cardinality: 1:N exists between the credit note and the
    request document. Currently, the program generates duplicated records in
    this case, because of the following schema:
    -> main loop on VBAK data ( request document header data )
       -> inner loop on BSEG data ( accounting document items );
    our current access criteria in reading tb_bseg is only:
    ... where tb_bseg-belnr = tb_vbrk-vbeln.
    Providing that tb_vbrk-vbeln doesn't differ and that both tb_vbak and tb_bseg
    contain two records ( the two requests the first and the two accounting
    document items the second ), the program fails as follows:
    ° first request  -> two lines

    Is there any way to link each invoice item with the corresponding credit
    note item?

    Can you help me, please. I don't solved next problem. I should associate Invoice document (Create with MIRO) items from tab "PO reference" with items from tab "G/L account" or with tax items Follow-on accounting document. Invoice document can contain items with amount equals 0 and this items don't add to the tab "G/L account" and to the items accounting document. So Invoice document can contain items with material code greate than one.
    Or link between RSEG <-> BSEG or link between RSEG <-> RBCO.

  • What is the direct link between Schedule Line item and Delivery line item?

    Hi SAP SD Gurus,
    The question is simple.  I would like to calculate the Open order quantity for a particular month based on the Schedule Line Date.
    I am taking all the Schedule lines falling below the running date of the month and sum up that and look for the deliveries happened for that Schedule lines.
    I am unable to link that Schedule line with that Delivery line item.
    The only link is Schedule Line Number in VBEP table which is not available in LIPS.  I would like sum up the Schdule line Quantities and Subtract the sum of the Delivery quantities which will give me the Open orders for the particular day of the month.
    Can anyone help me to link this VBEP table to LIPS table to connect the Schedule line number with the Delivery line item?

    I am aware of the Functional Modules. 
    I wanted to know for this Schedule Line, this is Delivery document created.
    Where in SAP through Tables it is linked?  Because, I need to source the Tables to calulate the open orders by way of external report through Business Object.
    The table link from VBEP to LIPS is not directly linked.  It is linked from Sales order line item level.  Because we are capturing all the Sales order Line tiems through the Delivery Status which is not equalled to C. But if there are partial deliveries against the Scheuld Line item level, we need to identify.  The only common joint should be Scheldule line number which is not available in LIPS.
    If we are developing report inside SAP, we can use the said Functional Modules to capture through Structures VBEPD.  Since it is a external reporting , we need to give correct tables and the joints.  Hence I am looking for any other way to solve this.

  • Create or remove link between a webi doc and a category with SDK

    Hi,
    I'd like to use SDK to assign a category to a webi document, or to "uncategorized" document (remove the link between the document and a Corporate Category).
    I first tried to select the document in the infostore (via infoobjects, "select * from CI_INFOOBJECTS where SI_ID = xxx") and use the "delete" option on the "SI_CORPORATE_CATEGORIES", but obviously, this is not the right method.
    If someone has a little idea of how I can manage this link between a webi doc and a corp. category, I would be very grateful.

    This is much easier than it looks like, although it's not intuitive.
    For example, when some webi is in a category, categories where the webi is linked are underlined in blue:
    If you click in those blue marked categories and click Accept, you're unlinking the webi/report/dashboard from that category:

  • 0GLACCEXT Financial Statement Item infoobject

    Hi,
    I would like to use General Ledger DSO (0FIGL_O02) for balance sheet and income statement reports by including the financial statement item info object 0GLACCEXT. By including this info object I can use its hierarchical structure to make balance sheet and income statement reports. I can use other SAP delivered virtual providers to run the balance sheet and income statement reports but they don't provide much of drill down capabilities.
    So, My question is: how can I map this (0GLACCEXT) info object into this DSO? I mean what is the corresponding field in R/3 or ECC? If I can map and populate this field into this DSO I can the use the hierarchical structure of 0GLACCEXT info object in the reports. Thanks.

    First of all, U cannot get balance sheet and income statement reports on DSO level... or even at cube level (0FIGL_C10)
    Balance sheet and income statement logic is manipulated in function Module (RS_BCT_FIGL_DATA_GET_VC10) that pulls data from 0FIGL_C10 to 0FIGL_V10... Thats the reason why SAP provided all Balance sheet and income statement reports on 0FIGL_V10.. And u can see 0GLACCEXCT in 0FIGL_V10, but not in 0FIGL_C10, which provides income statements at aggregation (totals) level, but not at granular level..
    Looks like u r trying for something (keeping 0GLACCEXT in 0FIGL_O10) which is not possible... If u want much detailed level of reports, u can create jump targets (RRI) from 0FIGL_V10 reports to 0FIGL_O10 reports (if u create any)

  • Issue with Intervals in Financial Statement Item - Balance Dependency

    Dear Experts,
    We're experimenting a problem with the Balance Dependency in a hierarchy in the Financial Statement Item object (0GLACCEXT).
    We want that the program uses the following conditions:
    Assets -> Suppress Balance if Positive (Balance Dependency = 1)
    Liabilities -> Suppress Balance if Negative (Balance Dependency = 2)
    When we use accounts individually there is no problem.
    The problem occurs when we use intervals, the program doesn't make any distinction between Positive or Negative Balance, so all the items appear.

    Hello,
    I have seen this problem in the past and it happened because the IDOC transfer method was used instead of PSA transfer method.
    According to the attached note 663945 for loading 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER hierarchies the transfer method PSA
    should be used. Please change the transfer rules settings accordingly if this applies to your scenario. Note 663945 also explains how to set correct field mappings.

  • Link between schedule Line Number and Delivery

    Is there a link between Schedule line Number and Delivery number ?
    Eg. Line item 10 with quantity 100. 
    has 5 schedule lines..with 5 different delivery dates.
    1 .  quanity 40
    2.   quantity 30
    3.   quantity 20
    4.   quanity  6
    5    quantity  4
    For schedule line 1, 2 deliveries were created,
    one      with quantity 20
    another with quantity 15
    quantity 5 is still not delivered.
    also schedule lines 2,3,4 and 5 are fully delivered.
    Is there any table, FM etc in SAP which will give me the link between the schedule line and delivery number ?
    Total deliveries created : 6. - But which delivery corresponds to which schedule line ?
    Please dont tell me to look VGBEL and VGPOS.. that will just give line item number 10.. I need to get the schedule line number.
    Also, RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES --> will give me the delivered quantity against each schedule line.
    My purpose is to create an ontime delivery report .
    a report which list each schedule lines, and tell, how many shipments were late/ontime/early etc..
    and for Late ones, how many days late has to be found.
    this is where i need the delivery.
    No. Of days Late = Actual GI Date - Planned GI Date.
    Actual GI date is in the delivery.
    Any suggestions ?

  • Link between G/L Account and profit center

    Hello dear all,
    I have an issue in Intra-company process.
    I made 2 customer payment for 2 different company code:
    1/ Company 1000: i have 2 line items posted (in G/L View)
    2/ Company 2000: For the same Cash account and the same customer account used in my first case (with company 1000) i have 4 line item posted in the G/L view and with different " PARTNER PROFIT CENTER"
    I do not know wher can i find in customizing the link between G/L Account and Profit center ?

    The document splitting is active in your company, at the same time, the "zero balance" for profit center is activated in your doc split characteristics. In order to balance the profit center in General View, it creates another line item for balancing it which is the zero balancing account or split the cash account according to profit center assignment. For some cases, they are split equally that is why it is best that you assign the profit center in the cash account upfront and create line item for each payment with different profit center assignment.
    For instance, there are two customer line items with different profit center assignment
    Customer Line Item 1 = Assigned to Profit Center 2000 amount 500
    Customer Line Item 2 = Assigned to Profit Center 3000 amount 500
    When I post a payment of 1000, the Entry View is
    Cash                 1000
        Customer                1000
    GL View
    Cash       PC 2000       500
         Customer PC 2000         500
    Cash      PC 3000        500
         Customer PC 3000          500

  • Link between Service Entry Sheet and Material Document

    Hi
    I am busy with developing a report where i am required to find the link between the Material Document and Service Entry Sheet. 
    I am aware that on the Purchase Order Data tab of the Material Document has the service entry sheet number and line item.  However the problem I have picked up here is in the event I create a Service Entry Sheet  with a service in line 1 and for some reason Delete that Line and then capture the service again, it is saved in table ESLL as line 2.  This is correct.  However when I have a look at the material document, it references it as line 1 of the service entry.  Is there any way to get this in sync?

    This table does show the service entry sheet number and line item however the line item does not correspond with the line item on the service entry sheet.
    Eg.
    I create a service entry sheet where I capture a service in line 1.
    I delete Line 1
    I recapture on line 2.
    Post Service Entry
    The Material Doc reference document is the service entry however the line item for the reference is 1.
    I need to try and link the line items

    What is the TCode for Maintaining financial statement items ?

    Why the financial statement (OB58) BAPT included the old and new alternative account, don't displayed the splited value?
    exemple :
    2009 622800 60,00u20AC account
    2010 622230 40,00u20AC account
    all standard reports based on financial statement BAPT, display the total value  (100,00u20AC) on the last alternative account (622230 ) and not the splited value.

  • Unwanted financial statement items coming in FSV

    Hello Group,
    I have created one FSV thru OB58 for only assets and liabilities accounts.
    When I ran this FSV thru report S_ALR_87012284-Financial Statements, I found that some profit and loss accounts are also displayed in report.
    Also I got problem after I ran FAGL_FC_TRANS - Closing -> Valuate -> Currency Translation of Balances as system has translated P&L accounts also which I do not want.
    I have further investigated and created one TEST FSV without assigning any financial statement items. When I ran it in the report, this has also displayed same P&L accounts.
    Can any body give some suggestions?

    Standard SAP Setup will consider the following.
    Since at any point of time the financial statement should tally. So, all assigned GL accounts will be appearing under respective nodes and un assigned GL accounts will appear under a separate node making the trial balance as Zero. This is standard and this is how it has to be.
    If the unassigned GL accounts balances are Zero and you dont require to show in the output you can further filter it out in the input screen of F.01
