Link that is not underlined

Question

I know how to create a link that always shows a line under
the text. How do I create a text link that does not have a line
under it until the mouse moves over the text?

I wouldn't recommend the 'javascript' approach, which of
course won't work
without javascript. Also, the code you suggest has errors in
it (missing
spaces)....
