Linked text color

Can I make a link to the text in accordion panel tab?
If I can, how can I change the linked text color?
I needed to know this desperately.
Can any one please teach me?
Thanking you in advance.

I have just worked out the answer myself.
I did not have to touch SpryAccordion.css at all.
I just simply add link ( a and a:hover) text color in the div
css.
Thank you very much.

  • Multiple text colors in my spry menu

    Can I make multiple text colors in my spry menu? I want to match the text color on one of my spry menu items to the hover color so that you know which link you are currently visiting. I haven't posted the site yet until I work out all the kinks. So, to summarize, I have my spry menu link text color (ul.MenuBarVertical a) set to #E00 and my hover color for those items (ul.MenuBarVertical a.MenuBarItemHover) set to #888. All of the links also contain the same spry menu. I would like the link you're currently in to be #888 and the other links to be #E00 with all of them hovering with color #888. How can I give unique color to an individual menu item? Any help you can give is much appreciated!

    Sorry to bug you again. I implemented your suggestion as you can see in this partial pageview:
    <script src="SpryAssets/SpryDOMUtils.js"></script>

  • Problem editing text color and page properties due to favicon link

    I recently added a link to a sites favicon using the link tag. Following advice on the net this was added beneath the HTML tag and before the HEAD tag. I was using a Dreamweaver template for the site and it updated all pages with the new link in the non-editable area above HEAD and just after the template declaration.
    This was fine, unitl the user went to edit the site. He found that he could no longer get to page properties as he got an error that no page properties existed in editable areas... although there was an editable region for the page title. Also text color and highlighting were now disabled.
    Moving the link tag into the head area has resolved the editing issue, but it seems a strange bug. Is there some way to add something between HTML and HEAD and have it appear before the InstanceBegin of the template?

    You can edit text in any PDF by using trial version but as for as my knowledge and limited experience with Adobe I could not find any text color option in Adobe Acrobat. But you can highlight text in Adobe Acrobat. If you want to change the text color in PDF, I would like to recommend some another software which allows you to change the color of text and is available for download here.
    Let me tell you how can change text color using this software. Open PDF file > go to "edit tab" > Click "edit" then highlight text to change the color. As you can see in the below screenshot.

  • Remove color from link text

    How do I remove the color from text that is a link to another page?
    Here is my script:
    a:link {
        text-decoration: none;
    a:visited {
        text-decoration: none;
    a:hover {
        text-decoration: underline;
    a:active {
        text-decoration: none;
    But, it still looks like this:

    If  you want to change the colors of the links, you need to change them in your css:
    a:link {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #ffffff /* this makes it white on any link */
    a:visited {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #ffffff /* this is also white for any visited link */
    a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    color: #ffffff /*this link is white, but when you hover over it, the underline shows up */
    a:active {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #fffff /*another white link that is the active link */
    I thnk that is what  you are trying to do as  you stated you wanted the links to change. If you don't do that the links will be the default colors
    Blue for link, purple for the visited, etc.
    Jim
    Added later: This will change all your links on the page using the css. You can do it like fixated247  said above if that's what you want, if you only want it to change in the menu (which I cannot see, it's not there on the above linked page) you need to select the div or class that is using it.
    /*if the link is in the menubar div then make a different selector for each of the link, visited, hover and active, in that order */
    #menubar a:link     {
    text-decoration:none;
    color:#ffffff;
    etc. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

  • Scrolling Row Text Color in JScrollPane

    Hi,
    I've implemented a JTable that overrides the prepareRenderer method so that if certain criteria are met, the text of the associated row are set to a certain color.
              // Create JTable and override prepareRenderer method
              centertable = new JTable(sorter)
                   public Component prepareRenderer(TableCellRenderer renderer, int row, int column)
                        //System.out.println("Row: " + row + " Column: " + column + " Value: " + colorpanel[row][column]);
                        Component c = super.prepareRenderer(renderer, row, column);
                        if(selectedcolorpanel[row][column] == 1)
                             c.setBackground(Color.ORANGE);
                        else
                             c.setBackground(Color.BLACK);
                        // Do Text Coloring for uptick / downtick?
                        // Uptick
                        if(selectedcolorpanel[row][column] == 2)
                             c.setForeground(Color.GREEN);
                        // Downtick
                        if(selectedcolorpanel[row][column] == 3)
                             c.setForeground(Color.RED);
                        // Same
                        if(selectedcolorpanel[row][column] == 4)
                             c.setForeground(Color.WHITE);
                        // Keyboard  and mouse highlights implementation
                        if(isCellSelected(row, column))
                             c.setBackground(Color.ORANGE);
                             selectedcolorpanel[row][column] = 1;
                        return c;
              };I embed the table in a scrollpane and set an integer to the limit of rows that I want to display in the table. If I get a row above the row limit of the table, I first remove a row from the table model, then add the new row. However, the color is not preserved, as the table scrolls UP, but the colorpanel does not. Does anyone have any suggestions, or easy way to preserve coloring in a JTable on scroll?
    Thanks,
    hhung

  • Changing hyperlink text colors.

    I saw few posts asking about changing hyperlink text colors. And there are many camps regarding this topic. Suzanne Boben would recommend editing template XML . Some would recommend editing published HTML code. Some would recommend editing CSS code.
    But it came down to couple things.
    1) proficient in XML, HTML or CSS
    2) tried different colors, but it did turned out as expected
    One easy way is editing CSS files, this only apply to pages' hyperlink text; if your text got turn to PNGs, read no further .
    iWeb generates a CSS file for the associated HTML page - CSS file is in the Page_files folder.
    Edit the CSS files and keep copies of them, then you won't have to edit them again the next time you publish you sites.
    These CSS files are quite easy to understand, all you have to do is to look for a { , a:visited { and a:hover { .
    They contain RGB (Red Green Blue) values for link color, visited link color and rollover color.
    But what about those #8000FF and #4c4c4c?
    Well, I know they are RGB hexadecimal color values, but I don't what colors they are, so I came up with Argiope (Argiope is a family colorful spiders).
    It's a colors picker application to help with choosing background color, link color and rollover color. It'll give you the exact RGB hexadecimal value of chosen color.
    You can find Argiope here. Enjoy

    It can be done, but I have to do too much works.
    I already have a a script to do that, but it's quite complicated for an average bear.
    http://www.geocities.com/[email protected]/iWeb_utils --> LinksColors.zip
    Does just that, it is flexible, you can configure the colors for individual page, but it is quite different to configure. Look at the colors.txt and page.txt.
    If you really want to know more, ping me.

  • Changing hyperlink text color...

    I see how to change hyperlink text colors for a page (normal, rollover, visited, active) but I am hoping for something more complicated- I would like a link to change color on rollover, but stay that color until another link is clicked, then return to its original color. ( I have a swap image applied to five links on a page, clicking on each word displays a different image.) Is there any code I can add that will get a link to remain a rollover color until something else is selected? Thanks in advance!

    CSS menus are much leaner and more efficient than image rollovers.

  • Cant see the page links text in my main & side navigation bars

    Hi
    I published my site to Mme yesterday and I have noticed a few problems have come up. The main problem is my main and side navigation bars. In the top nav bar you cant see all the page links text, they should show up in white. I can only see them when you roll over the page name (this is in grey) and that is the rollover colour. Not sure what to do to get the text colour to stay white all the time so it is always seen once it's been clicked. It just disappears, but is still there if you roll over it
    My side nav bar, the text should also all be white and when you roll over it turns red. For some reason when you click on the page link it turns grey and stays grey. I also want the page links to stay white once clicked on
    www.bareessentials-waxingformen.co.uk
    Please check out my site, you would understand my situation better. I know there are other issues I have to sort out on my site which I am dealing with but this problem with the nav bars have stumped me
    Thanks

    I didn't notice anything unusual with any of your links. Their color is set with this file:

  • Hyperlink Text color

    Is it at all possible to change the color and rollover color of linked text? Mine defaults to grey with a rollover of black, this doesn't serve me very well when my webpage's background is black.

    I havent been able to change my rollover color, but
    weirdly it is red, not black. Seems like iWeb would
    have the same rollover color for everyone, so that
    leads me to believe it can be changed somehow.
    That red looks so bad, and the grey is so hard to
    see. I work for hours on my colors only to have those
    colors come in and harsh it out!
    aloha, c
    The link and rollover colors are different depending what template you choose.

  • Cs4 problem with link text changing size when clicked

    designing in cs4, the actual text of my text links become huge for a split second when clicked, and then they go back to normal size.  I don't know what is causing this.  I don't want them to change when clicked.  Any ideas?  thanks in advance.

  • Frozen cell text color and other formatting inconsistencies

    I am using numbers to maintain course grade books. On each of two gradebooks a single cell has spontaneously changed its text color. Nothing can induce these cells to return to the appropriate color.
    Along the same line, I find that sometimes it is impossible to select a row or column, and to change the cell attributes for all cells at one time. That is, applying a color or formatting feature will affect some cells, but not others. However, those cells can be changed individually.
    Has anyone else encountered such problems?

    Hello
    Use the Inspector to check if there is a "conditional formatting rule" linked to the offending cell(s).

  • Link Text

    Hi all,
    I am having a region button button style of HTML. I want to have a text link instead of this button. How can i do this. And i am using this HTML button in a process(when button pressed), when i replace the HTML button with link text that replaced link text should do as HTML Button in process(when button pressed).
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    I have tried it by altering the button template, But i am not getting the white backgroung. I have used the following code
    <button value="#LABEL#" onclick="#LINK#"  type="button" >
    <span background-color="white">#LABEL#</span>
    </button>Edited by: navee on Aug 17, 2011 7:22 PM

  • Link text indenting

    hi
    I'm trying to add indenting to some but not all of my link
    text. Here is what I'd like to do
    Galleries
    Cats
    Canines
    Primates
    Elephants
    Bears
    About the Artist
    Guest-book
    Contact
    I came up with a hack that uses the . (period) to indent, see
    code below, but it seems I should be able to do this with either
    inline formating or a style sheet. I guess I could create images
    but it seems there should be a simple way to do this.
    Thanks
    <p>Galleries</p>
    <a href="#">.....Cats</a><br />
    <a href="#">.....Canines</a><br />
    <a href="#">.....Primates</a><br />
    <a href="#">.....Elephants</a><br />
    <a href="#">.....Bears</a><br />
    <br />
    <a href="#">About the Artist</a><br />
    <a href="#">Guest-book</a><br />
    <a href="#">Contact</a><br />

    Hello,
    Another option is to use CSS to place a left margin on the
    link.
    Add this right before </head> in your page:
    <style type="text/css">
    <!--
    a.blah { margin-left: 1em;}
    -->
    </style>
    Then change your code to this:
    <p>Galleries</p>
    <a class="blah" href="#">Cats</a><br />
    <a class="blah" href="#">Canines</a><br />
    <a class="blah" href="#">Primates</a><br />
    <a class="blah" href="#">Elephants</a><br
    />
    <a class="blah" href="#">Bears</a><br />
    <br />
    <a href="#">About the Artist</a><br />
    <a href="#">Guest-book</a><br />
    <a href="#">Contact</a><br />
    I left the class off the last three links so you could see
    the difference.
    There are numerous ways to do this once you learn CSS.
    It's well worth it :-)
    If you are going to have these links on multiple pages,
    instead of pasting the CSS code into each page you can use a CSS
    Stylesheet. You can make all of your pages refer to this sheet.
    This way, you can change the CSS in 1 place and all the pages that
    refer to the stylesheet will be affected. It's a great way to
    control colors, positioning, text sizes, margins, padding and so on
    all from one place.
    Here's a great place to start learning:
