Linking Behance through LR

the link through LR will not authenticate my behance sign in, I can sign into Behace via the browser using my adobe id. When I try it with LR it does not work. I saw that another user submitted this problem and was told to go to Behace and use the "forgot password" link, and then enter their adobe id email. Then set the password the same as their adobe id. When I tried this the Behance site told me that my password was the same as my adobe id and sent me directely to adobe id forgot password page. I did not reset my adobe id password.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so sorry for the trouble you've encountered.
Behance recently changed its signup process to integrate more fully with Adobe IDs. Ironically, this caused a bug in the Behance-Lightroom integration that we are currently working to fix. If you signed up for a Behance account after April 10, 2014, you will not currently be able to share to Behance from Lightroom.
However, you can still share from the apps Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Please upload directly to Behance by logging in at Behance.net
Note that the other Creative Cloud integrations (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) will continue to work as normal.

Linked Calls through the API

Hi all,
We are currently working on a web form that we want to have create a number of calls. Ideally we`d like a parent call and a couple of linked calls which would be created from the form through the API.
Looking at the doco, it seems you should be able to use the 'aCustomParameters’ field to achieve this. However, I`ve just seen KB 2010464 which seems to indicate that it may not be quite as simle as this (in 9.0 anyway).
Just wondering if anyone has actually done this.
We're currently on 9.1.5.

I am really not sure what this KB article is refering to but you souldn't blindly rely on every sentence has been written. Even in the knowledge base. Especially when VMware had never paid much attention to this product, unfortunately.
In my opinion (you should take it with caution as well) you have different options to link calls through API:
* Using CallUpdate transaction
* Using ExecuteQueryAction transaction with a standard query "UPDATE CALL LINK"
* Using ExecuteQueryAction transaction with your custom query (I guess that KB article is suggesting to use this particular method when referencing professional services help.)
Take in account that it's very important to supply required parameters (yes, as aCustomParameters) when using the first or the second option:
1. When updating a Child Call:
PARENT_CHILD = "C"
LINKED_CALL_NO = [PARENT_CALL_NUMBER]
UPDATE_LINKED_CALL_NO = [PARENT_CALL_NUMBER]
2. When updating a Parent Call:
PARENT_CHILD = "P"
That's it. Looks quite simple but... you have to be very careful when doing this - many related things should be checked or considered along with linking: are both calls not locked, how impact value should be recalculated and changed accordingly, how to update calls history to reflect the linking event, security check through partitions and system roles settings and maybe many others. I believe this is one of key reasons why KB is suggesting to request professional services to create a solution for Calls linking through API.
Still if you will decide to try and you will come across with any question, please don't hesitate to ask.

Can I create an action link(drill through) to a Union report

hello experts,
Through my summary report I have created an action link to the detail report. My summary report is coming from one subject area; but my detail report is a union of 4 different subject areas. When I click on my action link to do to the detail report it gives me the whole repor, I am supposed to see just one line and not the whole detail report. Basically if click on order number 123, I should go to that particular order # specifically and not the whole report. Is this b'se of the union or something else?
I have set all my columns in both reports to "is prompted" I am still facing the same problem..

Linking documents through the SDLC phases for audit & dependancy purposes

I've got a unique requirement. I'm auditing documents through the SDLC phase and want to see documents stored under a particular phase linked to documents stored under another phase. Eg. Func req. 2 under the analyse phase is linked to form 10 under design
phase which is linked to tech spec 5 in build phase which is linked to test scenario 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Func req 2 --> form 10 --> tech spec 5 --> test scenario 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Is there any way to record these links so that I can see from an auditors point of view so that I can see all the dependancies between documents in a visual structure? Ie. a org chart type format but for documents?

Linking Behance with adobe CC has removed all my work/followings

I logged on to Behance today and was prompted to link it with my Adobe CC account, upon doing so I now see that all my work, and followers/followings are gone, and I'm basically back to a blank account. How can I get all this back?

Is it possible to send the Pdf format of WebI linking report through email?

I have created linking between 2 WebI reports through OpenDocument. I can schedule the parent report and send it to User Email as PDF format, But when the user click the link in parent report its not opening the PDF format of child report after passing the parameter from Parent report. It throws following error.
Is it possible to send the linked reports(without breaking the functionality of passing the parameter to Child report) to user who don't have access to BO environment? Please help me out.
User needs to get the Parent PDF report in email, once they click the link it should pass the parameter to child report and the corresponding child report should open in PDF format. (In Infoview "View Mode" i can able to achieve this, how about in Email?).

So to achieve my requirement, according to my understanding I have to do the following steps.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
1. Without BO credentials the user can’t able to access the Link and child report created using OpenDoc.
2. To overcome this I have to create one reserved userid through Admin and assign to all set of Users who will use the Reports.
3. Have to use Single Sign on function through SDK to avoid the popping window for entering credentials right ?

Hi, firstly I would like to ask whether, are you trying to send report URL in an alert mail? If it is so, then you have to configure your SMTP settings in your 'Message Center'. The steps to configure are as below-
To configure the Message Center settings:
1. Select Message Center Management from the drop down list.
Some table cells are blank the first time you install the Oracle Business Activity
Monitoring applications.
2. Click Edit.
3. Enter the mail server machine name or IP address in the SMTP Server Name field.
The mail server must have the capabilities to send email to other SMTP servers
that Active Viewer users specify in their personal settings.
4. Enter an email account including the domain used by the Oracle BAM service in
the Email Account for Alerting field. This is the account that will appear in the
From header of e-mailed alerts.
5. Click Save to save your changes.
6. Restart the Oracle BAM Event Service to make the changes effective.

Links when through proxy?

I'm trying to configure an Apache2 server as a reverse proxy for 10gAS. I have almost everything working, but it seems that all of the links on webapages for portal, OID, etc., including links for CSS files and images, are pointing to the directly to the Oracle server.
Is there any way to configure Oracle so that links in pages it serves will either be relative or have the hostname of the Apache proxy server?

- Re-register mod_osso at SSO Middle-tier
- Re-register mod_osso at Portal Middle-tier
- Stop Portal Middle-tier
- Clear plsql and session cache at Portal Middle-Tier Home.

ABCS with multiple partner link invocation through artifact generator

I have requirement to generate ABCS through Artifact generator and this ABCS would be invoking multiple web services with different ABMs.
How can we specify this in the input.xml of artifact generator to auto generate a code with multiple external web service invocations?

You should be able to populate the Target multiple times. Could you please give it a try and post the metadata input file if the issue still persists.

Unable to link photos through Spotlight or Find

There have been several postings on this subject but I believe none of them answer my problem.
What used to be an easy exercise in previous Iphots has now as far as I can see become impossible unless I am missing something.
I use a programme called Heredis for my Genealogy, previously I have been able to link to photos, certificates etc kept in iPhoto, but since updating to '08 all the links are broken. In Heredis there is a Media Manager which lists all the media by name in the past if a link should have broken I could use the find Media button and re attach the link, now nothing is found either in the Find or Spotlight, I have approx. 200 photos and certificates etc to re link.
It is not possible to drag and drop in to the window in Heredis as it won't accept it.
It would be possible to drag and drop on the original person who the photo or certificate applies but that would mean finding each person out of over 7000 people and reapplying the photo.
I have tried the method of putting an alias of the Modified and Original folders on the desktop, but I can't search in those.
Another possibility may be to find all the photos on iphoto and drag those in to a separate folder.
But all this appears to be a very difficult way round what used to be a simple find and one click process.
Has anybody any ideas, and does Apple read these postings and take note of the multitude of complaints about this 'improvement'

As a workaround open the library package and make an alias of the Originals and Modified folders and put them in the same folder as your genealogy application. Then you can use those aliased folder to find and link to the appropriate photo.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. KM links not functioning through Webdav repository view

I have a somewhat complicated setup here which is causing some strange issues.
We have an EP instance and a BI portal instance setup. Currently we broadcast reports to our BI portal KM instance, and use ICE to replicate the data from BI portal KM to EP KM. This is not the desired end result.
According to SAP, the end result should consist of using a Webdav repository solution. When users hit the EP KM, specifically the content that is being replicated over currently, they would hit a Webdav repository which points to the BI portal KM, which has an identical KM folder structure. So far this works fine. The problem happens when we create links within the BI portal KM.
Near the root of the KM structure, we have the main content. We link back to this main content with different permissions on each link. This is done for business reasons.
When I try to access this linked content from the BI portal KM it works fine. From the EP KM it throws a HTTP 403 not authorized error. I have tried opening up the permissions to everyone on both KM's with no success. When I access the content directly (ie not linked) it works fine (same permissions). Any ideas why the linked content through a webdav repository would throw HTTP 403 errors?

Where do I set linker flags?

How do I set the "linker flags" through the Sun Studio 12 IDE?
Am moving a small existing set of GTK/Gnome source C code from Eclipse 3.2.x for Sun Studio 12/Express. (Wish the "Eclipse Importer would work with C code"!)
Checked out the source from CVS, created a C/C++ project with it, and proceeded to configure things. Setting the include directories was straightforward, but I'm not finding ANY reference where to set the linker flags in the quick start, IDE help, via Google, or anything.
Pretty sure it's the linker flags that are the problem, as the errors given when building the project are:

After trying everything I could think of for about 1/2 hour (including adjusting the configuration.xml file directly), I found the answer...
CLEAN the build before trying again. Heh. Silly me. Looks like the makefile isn't regenerated without cleaning the build first.

FrameMaker 11 file link broken when published out to RoboHelp 10

Hello
I have the Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 and am trying to test publish a FrameMaker 11 file out through
the FrameMaker publish button to WebHelp (by way of RoboHelp 10).
In the FrameMaker 11, file, I have a link to a PDF that sits down in a subfolder. I have used the following approach:
1. Highlighted text in a FrameMaker table.
2. Chose Special>Hyptertext
3. From the Hypertext panel, I selected Message Client from the Command drop down menu
and in the syntax field I entered: message openfile Foldouts/Foldout1.pdf
4. I then tested the link in FrameMaker by using ALT and CTRL and it works.
5. Next, I saved the FrameMaker file as a PDF (File>Save As PDF) and tested the PDF. The PDF links work.
So with all that said, how come I can't select File>Publish>WebHelp and have the link information carry through to the WebHelp HTM output?
I tried this Publish option straight out of the box and it did not work. I also tried creating a custom RoboHelp template (.XPJ file) and it did not work.
I believe there is a PgfId marker that is generated when the Hyptertext is created in FrameMaker (using the process stated above), but that marker is not getting
translated into an HREF, once it gets published out through RoboHelp 10.
I also tried saving the FrameMaker 11 file directly as an HTML file using the FrameMaker 11 - File>Save As HTML process, but no links carried through
using that process either.
I do not know if this is a FrameMaker issue or a RoboHelp issue, so I am now posting this in both forums.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
Are there certain steps one must do to preserve FrameMaker Hypertext links that get published out through RoboHelp 10 to WebHelp?
