Linking pages

Question

Hello, I know this is a silly question but I guess there is some easy way to do this.
I have a table displaying some data from a table, I want a column in that table to link to a details page.
For example:
ID | Name
1 | Yoda
2 | Luke
When the user click on 1 I want to display a page with all the details about Yoda. I know how to this with some parameters, but I don't know if there is an easy way to link this with Creator. I know it sound really silly but any help will be appreciated.
