Links in emails are not opening.. Have tried rebooting, enabling/disabling restrictions in settings but all in vain! Any help or suggestions would be gladly welcomed.
Anyone know anything about getting links to open in emails? It's as though links are just not responding.. Have tried settings/general/restrictions and enabling / disabling but to no avail.
A few more things you could try:
Settings->General->Reset->Reset All Settings...you will then have to log back into your wifi network
If you have access to your router's settings you could try changing the channel your network is on.
Try changing the password/key of your router...a bit of a pain since all other devices will have to login again but sometimes it can help with connectiviity issues.

Thanks for your response DJ. I have Windows Vista and I'am getting NO error messages, crazy right? I just click on the organizer and it acts like its going to do something and then you wait and wait for maybe 30 minutes and it just doesn't move forward. I have been using the PSE programs for many years and have never encountered this problem! I have thousands of pictures on this program and its starting to freak me out that I cant access any of them! If you have any additional ideas please let me know. Thanks Julie

Try to backup and restore you device in itunes...restoring the device is like removing the iOS software off the device and re-add in a newer software, after you have restore you device, MAKE SURE YOU SET UP YOUR DEVICE LIKE A NEW DEVICE, DONT NOT RESTORE FROM BACKUP!!... give the device a chance to use the newer software and see if the issue still persisting, if the issue still on going then its would be a hardware issue.
Call Apple Care and see if your device is still under warranty to get it replace -

Try a system reset. It's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to do a time-consuming "Restore." -
i completed a software update yesterday and whenever I try and launch iTunes now it crashes almost immediately. I have tried downloading an installing the latest version but to no avail - any ideas?
Have you tried temporarily turning off your firewall and antivirus software until the download has completed ?

A lot of songs on my Iphone are cutting off several minutes short, and some are just skipping to the next song in the middle of the current song. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and then click contact iTunes Store Support. Then find your issue in the categories and then it will most likely take you to a page with suggested things to do but also on this page should be an option to e-mail them. Just explain your problem and also have the names of the songs that you are having problems with listed in the e-mail so they can help you more quickly. They usually get back to you within 24 hours.

Following upgrading to iOS7 I lost all sound for my 4s except for the ring when someone calls. I can't listen to music, I don't get text or email notifications. I have tried a wipe and reinstall, I've tried hard rebooting, I tried erasing all of my music and reinstalling it, I checked my Do Not Disturb, and I tried the AssistiveTouch mute button. Nothing. I can't even play music through bluetooth or headphones. Can anyone help please as its driving me mad!
I experience this problem too. I am using iPhone4 and just upgrade it to iOS7. And now I can not make outgoing call. I checked all the setting, and nothing wrong. I even replaced my sim card with the new one, still can not help.

Ever since I have updated my software to iOS 7, I cannot download anything from the AppStore app and I have tried resetting my password and updating ITunes, but nothing works! Also when I try to sink my mini with my iTunes account it says you cannot sync because the sync session failed to start.
It sounds like to me you're trying to sync using the computer.
Try these things and see if it helps before you try your next syncing session. If none of the things below work then you might consider trying to sync using iCloud only.
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Links from emails do not open in Firefox
Recently when I click on a link (usually from an email), it will not open in Firefox. Although I am taken to Firefox, the new link doesn't open, instead I just see the windows that were already open. This was working before. I reinstalled Firefox which seemed to fix the problem for a week or so, but now it's not working again.
I checked and Firefox is set as the default browser, and there are no security problems in the error report. I am running version 3.6.12 on a MacBook Pro using Snow Leopardsome say its to do with uninstalling chrome which i have just done.. there is no simple fix to it... well depends how computer literate you are i suppose... some suggest reinstalling chrome in order to resolve it.. i am not sure that i wouldnt make matters worse if i tried to fix it. see:

Iphoto not opening, have tried everything, please help!
My iPhoto is not functioning at all, it tells me to restart my computer and when I do that it says to reopen while pushing Option and Command key, and even still after trying the four options that it presents, my iPhoto is still not opening, thoughts??

Most Simple Back Up:
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex: Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store

IPhone apps not opening - have tried all the usual fixes
A few days ago I got my iPhone unlocked from my provider (Telstra) as I am about to travel and wanted to put a country specific sim in it. Since then no non-Apple apps have worked.
I have tried (many times) to :-
1. restore from a previous backup (plus multiple syncs) and using different backups
2. delete an app and reinstall it
3. download a new free app (and when that didn't work I deleted it and retried installing it)
4. sign in and out of the app store on the iphone
5. sign in and out of the app store on my iMac
6. de-authorise and re-authorise my iMac
7. wipe the iPhone clean and start with a fresh install
8. And reset the device too many times.
Nothing I have found on any site has worked. I thought the wipe the phone clean would have done it but it hasn't.I have wasted about 20 hours trying to get this thing working again.
If I wasn't going on vacation tomorrow I would be at my provider getting them to fix their mess but I can't.
Can anyone help? Please?

(Apps are active - just won't stay open)Further - the AppleId I am using is the one I first started with years ago - where all my music and app purchases have been made. Signing out of this AppleId and then signing in using my "me.com" address and downloading an app under this address allows the new app (and only the new app) to work. And it continues to work when I sign out and sign back in with the original AppleId.
This is really annoying as I have heaps of paid apps that aren't working. -

My i-tunes 6 will not open on my computer. A few times at one point it flashed the user agreement and then died. It does appear in my windows task manager but only for a few seconds. I know some peopple have suggested a malware problem. I have been working with my brother, who makes a lving fixing other people's computers, and we cannot seem to isolate the malicious program causing the problem. There is an application in the msconfig utility that is called "qxjj" that will not delete. We believe this is the problem. I was wondering if anyone had encountered this particular program before and if they knew how to get rid of it. Ewido, spybot and microsoft anti-spyware have not appeared to get rid of it. there's a Qoologic variant that has been causing "error-less" itunes launch failure since late October. it's associated with the "license screen flash" symptom. it also drops randomly-generated-4-and-6-letter-name startup items in people's PCs.
Ewido and AdAware have typically been getting rid of it for people, so it's a bit disturbing that they aren't touching it in your case. however, we also have a "manual" removal technique that has been working for people. let's see if Dave's technique works for you:

Wherever I find Firefox on my computer, it will not open. i cannot get beyond the icon or the file. Clicking on them gets no result.

in some cases this error at startup might also be a symptom of malware active on the pc. please do a full scan of your system with your security software already in place and/or an alternative like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ free version of malwarebytes].
