Appreciate if you could help me. i need to get all the list of GL Accounts without postings but how?

Account balances could be ZERO, but that does not mean that there are no transactions for that accounts,
there could be a debit and credit, but still the could be zero.
The question requires the assets without posting throughout the life.
Whereas F.01 only looks for two particular years.
The best way I can assume is BSEG (if you have millions of records) - then check the cost benefit analysis of finding accounts without posting. If you get one or two accounts at the end of analysis, what you are going to achieve, it is simply just blocking them. But consider the amount of stress system would take.
If you have few throusand of BSEG records then import to excel. - Put Pivotal Table on Column GL Account.
Then take a file from F.10
Then have VLOOKUP to find which accounts are not used.

Hi,
I finally found a report which can be used to find the GL Accounts not posted. You can use the report S_ALR_87012311 - G/L Account Balances and Line Items to find out the GL Accounts not posted. Run the report by ticking the checkbox "Print Accounts not posted to".
This will give the list of the accounts not posted based on your data selection.

No, there is no way of maintaining two separate contact lists with one account. Ideally you should each have your own iCloud account, you can still share your info by allowing each other to log into the other's account as a secondary account at settings >mail, contact, calendars. You can choose which services you choose to share and which you don't. This way you could maintain separate contact lists but still share them.

Display Intercompany Account Payable Posting document

Hi Friends,
We have a query related to Intercompany account payable posting document. In Intercompany process, we are posting the intercompany account posting in receiving company by using standard SAP EDI functionality. It mean once the AR is realized, we post the AP using Outbound & Inbound IDOC. Now when we like to display the account payable document, there are two ways -
1. Go to Account Receivable document, Environment->Document Environment->Relationship Browser-> IDOC->AP Document
2. Change view of billing document, Services for Objests->Display Relationshis->IDOC Number->AP document
Here we have a requirement to display the AP document directly without going to all the above ways, could you please whether any transaction/approach to display the AP document from AR document.

Please take the Invoice Number put "0" in Prefix go to FB03>Document List> remove all the values given in the screen if there is any, enter the Invoice Number with ZERO Prefix in reference Number Field.
This will give you two documents one will by IC-AR and Other will be IC-AP.

Can you delete an E-mail account without deleting the associated E-mails

I was going to delete my Mindspring account from the mac mail, but it says that all the mail will also be deleted, or at least, that is how I interpet what is stated. Soooo, is there a way delete my mindspring account without deleting the mail. I am trying to take mindspring off as an option when sending E-mail

In Mail 4.6 (10.6) I'm not seeing only seeing Import Mailbox, no export. But Mail can be archived
Note: I'm not getting the Archive option with Cmd, but I do get it with a right-click.
Archiving mailboxes
You can archive (create a backup copy) of a mailbox so you can retrieve messages if needed.
To archive a mailbox:
Select one or more mailboxes to archive.
To select mailboxes that are next to each other (contiguous) in the list, hold down Shift as you click the first and last mailbox; to select mailboxes that are not next to each other in the list, hold down Command as you click each mailbox.
Choose Mailbox > Archive Mailbox, or choose Archive Mailbox from the Action pop-up menu (looks like a gear) at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose a folder or create a new folder where you want to store the archives, and then click Choose.
Mail archives the mailboxes as .mbox packages. If you’ve already archived a mailbox, Mail does not overwrite the existing file but appends a number to the filename to create a new version of it.
If you need to recover messages, you can import an archived .mbox file as “Mail for Mac OS X.”
Importing mailboxes
If you set up Time Machine to back up files, you can use it to restore previous versions of a mailbox or a message. Time Machine deletes older backups to make room for new ones as the backup disk fills up, so older backups of Mail might be deleted.

Many people are having probalems with this right now. The only solution I've seen that seems to consistently work is the one posted by Brackers28 here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23020591#23020591. This only works if you still have access to your old email account. If you don't, you'll have to have Apple help you reset the password for your old account so you can turn off Find My iPhone and sign into your account with your correct ID.

Have a European account and want to change to a usa account without losing songs. How can this be changed.

Well, I think I know why the rules are not working. The alias mailbox is being listed as another mail folder and not as an actual inbox so the rules are not being applied. While I wish the rules would work, I will continue to manually mark some of the emails as spam.
As for the second issue with emails vanishing, I am waiting to see if it happens again. I think it must happen when it is syncing the data but I am not sure that it happens all the time. Today the previous emails seem to be their and it grabbed the new email so I don't know what happened with the vanishing email. Anyway this can be closed since I believe the main issue has been solved as being a setup issue with Yahoo alias email account.

Revalulation without posting in GL

we have to post an asset revaluation at the 01.01.2009 without posting the accounting documents in GL at the run of the depreciation, because the document manually posted in GL.
Please, is there a way to post this operation / transaction / specific transaction type?

Hi Gaetano,
To acheive the required results, you have to create an new depreciation area for revaluation / Indexation and manage the index series using T code OAV5 and specify that are dos not post to GL in Transaction OADB as 0 (Are does not post).

Can I run F.19 without posting or do you know of any other transaction.
I run F.19 gives me information on GR/IR by PO number but it appears to want to post a batch when I run it.
Is their another transaction that would let me reconcile GR/IR by PO number and just gives me the report without posting? Can transaction f.13 in test run achieve this.

Hi,
You can execute F.19 without posting. To do it, go to Posting tab and remove "Create posting" field. it will give you report without posting it.
instead of Using F.13, use FBL3N and in GL account give your GR/IR account.
It will work....

You can get it from Rest,
There are 2 options,
1) create a 'Result Source' which has a search query for that List which has attachments
- Use rest query to get the 'Filename' , it will have the attachment file name
For example, if the result source id is : 73e6b573-abf8-4407-9e5f-8a85a4a95159 , then the query will be
http://[site URL]/_api/search/query?querytext='*'&selectproperties='Title,Path,FileExtension,SecondaryFileExtension,Filename'&sourceid='73e6b573-abf8-4407-9e5f-8a85a4a95159'&startrow=0&rowLimit=100
You can refine the query, be giving proper 'querytext'
2) Use the List rest api
For example if your list guid is :38d524a1-e95c-439f-befd-9ede6ecd242e
You can get he attachments for 1st item using this
http://[Site URL]/_api/lists(guid'38d524a1-e95c-439f-befd-9ede6ecd242e')/items(1)/AttachmentFiles

Hi ,
There is no assignment like material to GL account in standard SAP. Every materials have it is own valuation class based valuation type ( Valuation classes vary for each valuation type). In Customization ,you can assign GL accounts against valuation classes.
First go to MBEW table and enter all material codes and execute where you can get the valuation classes against material codes.
Take that valuation classes and go to T030* Table where you can get the list of GL accounts.Like all BSX means :- Balances sheet inventory posting GL's ,WRX means :- GRIR Accounts.

Recover susp. Account without associated email

Hey all, I'd like to know how to recover a suspended account without my email associated with the account. Here's what I'm dealing with:
-on January 14th I was charged my monthly fee about 9 times.
-my account was then suspended and I was told to go to skype support.
- I can't sign into skype support because it says my account is suspended.
- I tried an account recovery request but I don't remember my email associated with e account. I got this email back: "Unfortunately, the information you provided was insufficient to meet the security criteria required and we are unable to release your account at this point in time.
- I created a secondary skype account in order to make this post Into skype community.
I'm lost because there isn't any help request I make without having a functioning account.
My suspended accounts username is [Redacted for privacy]. Little help???
