List UIBB table settings access

Is there a way to access the saved variants programatically and apply them depending on the field catalog?
We use the same view to display different tables and the user should be able to use different table layouts for different tables.
Right now if the user customizes the layout for one table and then displays another the displayed fields do not match the table anymore since the variant was based on a different field catalog...

I am stuck with strange issue. In SAP HCM Process & Forms with FPM Form, when we use UIBB List layout configuration, how can we set the width of the table?
During run time,table is displayed from left to right (column A-H) and all other form fields are from column A - G only, so the table looks very annoying.
Any suggestion how can I set the width of the list layout table in FPM Form ?

I have an iPad mini, 16GB, running on the 7.1.2 iOS system, my App Store icon is no longer on my home screen and neither is my iTunes Store icon. They are listed in my settings but I can't access any unless through other games, or songs on iPad.

I Have an iPad mini operating on 7.1.2 iOS. My App Store icon as well as my iTunes Store icon are missing from my home scree. They are still listed under my settings, but I can't access them unless it's through an app that already exists. Where can I go to reinstall these? I use the same Apple ID on my iPhone 5c as well and they are on the iPhone, but I don't know how or why they just disappeared from my iPad and want to know how to get them back without having to reset my iPad and lose what I have on it. Getting list of tables the user has access to across different schemas.

I have to get the list of tables that an User has access to. I tried the below code. It takes a very long time. Is there any way in which I can specify the user name and get all the tables that he has access to? I know that we can use dbMetadata.getTables api. But this returns the list of tables under the said schema. But I want the list of tables that the user has access including tables in other schema.
In the below code, I am trying to get the tables for which USER_MICHAEL has access to.

That would be database dependent.
Some engines have some system tables that together may be used to extract such information, others may not make it available at all outside closed APIs.

Linked table in Access not displaying all SharePoint List columns

In Access 2007 I created a link to a list in SharePoint 2010.
Originally the modified by and created by columns were not visible in SharePoint. They did not appear in the Access table.
I made the two lists visible in Sharepoint and refreshed the link. However, the two columns did not appear in the Access table. I created a new .accdb file and re-created a link to the list yet the two columns still do
not appear in the table.
How do I get these two columns to appear in the Access table?

I figured it out by accident. The fields are in the linked table ... they are just hidden!
I face the same Problem with Access 2013 and SharePoint-Online from Office 365. I added additional columns to the list in SharePoint, but they won't appear in the linked table in Access. Even when I make all columns visible, they are not listed.
Updating data for the other columns works like a charm.
Any idea from anyone?

The SQL trace is giving only object list..
when i used combined table accesses option its giving the standard SAP tables.. not tables related to master data or TD....
And my requirement is to get directly the program output or program intermediate output as
tables (like MD TD tables etc)

If a User has select only on a table, it isn't listed in TABLES

I have a group of Users I want to be able to access a view of the table (select only).
I created a role and table/select privs. for those users. In SQL Developer they
do not see a list under TABLES for those tables they have SELECT Access to.
They can, however, enter a query (if they know the name) and select from the table,
but they have to know the table name and they are not listed.

Yes, I would think so. But for all the tables listed, when you click on the DATA tab you do not see any data. The only way to view is to go the SQL Worksheet and query *
from the table.
The user has SELECT on the tables.

Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings Access requests and invitations"

I am getting Access Denied Error while accessing "Site Settings > Access requests and invitations" in SharePoint 2013 online. Currently I am the owner of the site and have "FULL CONTROL" access. I am able to access using
site collection account. So, what permission I have to give my regular account to access this page?

Have you recently changed the Owners group of the site collection or removed the user from the original owners group?
The reason I am asking is when the Access requests and invitations list are created, the permissions are given only to the default owners group at the time that the Access Request list was created. If this "regular account" is not part of that owners
group, the user will receive access denied. Site Collection Admins always have permissions for the Access Request List.
A workaround for the Access Denied issue is listed in the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2911390/en-us. By giving the correct group or user the permissions to this list, the users will not receive
the Access Denied issue anymore.
Preferably, in order to grant the user the full permissions ( you will see features like resending invitations may still fail after implementing the above workaround) there is one other workaround that may be required depending on what the original issue
was. Below are additional steps to restore full functionality.
1)Access the /_layouts/15/permsetup.aspx of the site collection, make sure the default Owners Group
is set correctly. (There is a group selected)
2) Add user to that Owners Group. (Issue may be resolved at this step if the site collection Owners
Group was never changed, if not continue to next step.)
3) Implement workaround on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2911390/en-us, by adding that owners
group as Full control on Access Request list Permissions.
Let me know how this works out for you.

Parsing query and getting list of tables used

   I require to parse sql query (simple & complex as well) and to get the list of tables used in the query.
   And need to validate that, the list of tables against a whitelist to maintained in the file.
I tried to write my own parser, since there are lots possible ways to write complex queries, i am unable to cover all the scenarios.
I require a help, Is there any other ways to get the list of tables used in a query?

You'll never cover all scenarios by trying to parse a query.
For example, what about a query that queries views and those views query pipelined functions, and those pipelined functions query other views or tables or pipelined functions etc.
And what about a query that dynamically obtains the table names, such as...

.. in this case the tables being accessed (to count their rows) are not even known within the code, they are dynamically generated queries at run-time, so the only way to know what tables are accessed is to actually run the query.
Of course, a well designed system, with proper documentation and version control would allow you to take any database object and know where and what is using it, and whether it's even being used.

Computers not listed in Remote Web Access site

I have recently completed a migration from SBS 2008 to Server 2012 R2 with Essentials role
It's gone pretty smoothly but I'm having a problem with the PCs I have re-connected to the essentials server not appearing on the Remote Web Access website (they are shown on the WSE dashboard). Is re-using a computer name that was used in SBS 2008
a problem? Some PCs appear for some users on RWA but when I go into the users settings in the WSE dashboard the PCs don't show up under Computer Access, I only see the server members and 1 PC.
I've tried everything I can think of in terms of removing PCs from the domain and reconnecting with a different name.
It's really frustrating I've reconnected 15 of 40 pcs so far, can anyone shed some light on:
a)When PCs should appear on the RWA site for a particular user?
b)Why PCs aren't listed in the Computer Access tab of a used on the WSE dashboard?

I had restarted the server twice before my initial post and that didn't fix the issue.
It has mysteriously rectified itself in the last few days. I could connect to the client via RD Gateway even before the problem rectified itself.
I'm not sure if it's related but all PCs and servers usually show as offline / sleeping in RWA even when they are powered on. On the day the PCs appeared in Computer Access they also appeared as powered on in RWA. They have since reverted
to showing as off\sleeping in RWA.
I will be connecting another batch of PCs in the next week or two so will see how that goes.

Create List of Tables/Columns/Data Types

I am new to Oracle (from SQL Server) and I am looking for a query that will create a list of tables, columns, data types, etc. (data dictionary) in an Oracle database -- one that I can import into, say, MS Access or use Crystal reports and create a report that shows the same.
I had a query to do this in SQL Server -- but it was specific to SQL Server. Does anyone have one to do the same in Oracle? I'm hoping not to have to re-invent the wheel.

The Data Dictionary has many queries to view informations. Some of these view are
dba_tables
dba_tab_columns
dba_views
etc.
Look for the "Oracle Database Referenc" in the Oracle Onlinedocumentation at
http://tahiti.oracle.com
to get a full list of all data dictionary views.

I often have to analyze huge queries without having access to database. Is there any tool where I can submit the a sql query and it gives me list of tables used in the query. I also need similar thing for documentation.

Knowledge is the only thing that I can give you, and still retain, and we are both better off for it.

How to know the List of Tables that are updated through a ABAP Program

Is there a program or something that will help me to identify the List of Tables that are used in a ABAP program(ABAP Report, Transaction .... program) without debugging it or looking at the dictionary structure.

Hi,
I created a Z-transaction for my SE49 and debugged a little bit - it's not so fantastic any longer - just like the proposal of SE80 - DDIC list.
SE49 (and I guess similiar functions, too) just scan the source code for a list of key words: tables, select, update, insert, modify, export, import.
But very (very!) often updates are encapsulated into function modules - and here this technical cross reference (just like SE80 DDIC list) is of no help.
So a SQL trace (or runtime analysis) is still the best option to get a complete list. Still these tools just analysis one process - if in other circumstances more tables are involved, can't be judged.
E.g.:
- creating one new entry: 1 table
- changing existing entry: 2 accesses to 1 table + log table
