Try increasing the SNMP timeout to begin with. Go to RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices. Select your device on the Device Selector and click on 'Edit Device Attributes'. Next, click on 'Inline Edit' and set an SNMP timeout value of 90 seconds to test. Save the changes by clicking on 'Modify'.
If still no go, please provide the sysObjectID of this device and show tech along with the latest IC_Server.log with debugging.

Internal error in R-tree processing: [Recursive fetch error]
Hello,
I seem to be getting an error when using any type of SDO function (SDO_RELATE, SDO_FILTER, SDO_ NN, ... ) on my spatially indexed data. The error I'm getting is this:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29903: error in executing ODCIIndexFetch() routine
ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: []
ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: [Recursive fetch error]
The interesting part of this is that I only get this error if I insert more than 31 entries into the table. All the relevant code is posted below, what I do is create the table, then create the metadata from the sqlplus interface. After that I run a java program that does Clear() then Insert() then Create_Indices(). All these run just fine (at least run without telling me about any errors). But as soon as that is all done and I do an SDO query on the data, for example:
SELECT location stop_range_poly_area
FROM stops
WHERE SDO_FILTER
location,
SDO_GEOMETRY
2003, null, null,
SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1,1003,1),
SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(300,300, 600,300, 600,600, 300,600, 300,300)
) = 'TRUE';
I get the above mentioned error. But if I change my data so that it doesn't have more than 31 entries (doesn't matter which 31 entries, just so long as it doesn't exceed that number) that query (and all of my other SDO test queries on the stops table) seems to work just fine.
Thanks for looking at this,
Brad

Thanks for trying but changing those items for the specific failing queries didn't seem to help. Though you do seem to be right about the internal/external polygon problem, so I changed it all my other queries to see if they would fail (that way things would at least be consistent), but it doesn't seem to make a difference. All my old failing quries still fail and my working ones still work. I also changed the co-ordinates as you specified and still have no changes (unless of course the results changed, but right now I'm just looking for queries that compile and run, the results don't matter yet).
Maybe this will help, I'll give you guys both sets of data, one that works and one that doesn't and maybe you can see a problem in the data that I'm just missing or too ignorant to see. The data is simply comma seperated values that I parse into the required fields in the order (id, description, x, y).
So far, the only reason I've been able to find that the non-working data doesn't work is because there are more than 31 rows. I started taking records out of the stops table in a binary search sort of pattern. If I take out stops 100-115 (resulting 29 records) all the queries work, if I take out stops 100-107 (resulting in 36 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 109-115 (resulting in 35 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 1-11 (resulting in 32 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 1-12 (resulting in 31 records) it does work. Here's a table
Take out Stops ---- records left -- Works?
s1-s11 ------------ 32 ------------ No
s1-s12 ------------ 31 ------------ Yes
s100-s115 --------- 29 ------------ Yes
s100-s107 --------- 36 ------------ No
s109-s115 --------- 35 ------------ No
Thanks again for checking this out,
Brad

Table Value Set Definition - Fetch Error
I am trying to use a TABLE Validated Value Set based on the value set used in the Accounting Key Flexfield using the following query. When you run the test button in the DFF Table definition, it says that it is succesfully tested.
SELECT FLEX_VALUE, DESCRIPTION
FROM FND_FLEX_VALUES_VL
WHERE FLEX_VALUE_SET_ID=1010305
order by flex_value
But when I go to the Oracle form to the respective DFF, it throws the below long error.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT FLEX_VALUE, FLEX_VALUE VALUE, DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION, NVL('N','N'), NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL),-1), NULL, NVL('Y','Y')
Can anybody help me, how to get this resolved.
Regards,R12 problem - check the definition of your value set being used. If it is defined as List type "List of Values", then try changing to "Long List of Values". Save and try again. If you don't get the error again, then you probably have a column in the value set that is shorter than the defined table size. For example, description is 50 characters long in the value set, but the table column is 240 characters. If you have data that is longer than 50 characters, you will get this error. But if you change the List type to "Long List of Values", it won't throw the error. I've been trying to get Oracle to figure out the problem, but they just want us to increase the size of the value sets.
Good luck and let me know if this works for you. -
LMS 3.1 Inventory Collection fails
I have the same problem as the following post:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/176673?tstart=0&viewcondensed
Also, LMS fails inventory collection every time. I click on the "failed" link from LMS Portal, but the page never comes up detailing why it has failed. This is after I fixed an issue with group policy overwriting the "Logon as batch" setting for casuser. Everything appeared to be up and running normally again, when I noticed the next day that inventory polling/collection is failing. pdshow attatched.
The following error message continues to show up in the rme_ctm.log file:

SQL Query fails with Fetch error
We are running JDE ERP 9.0 and have a report that gets this error
“JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request.”
I’ve been troubleshooting this problem for months, and I am no closer to the root cause and need some help. I’ve engaged Microsoft support, we collected a trace but could not find anything that pointed to the cause.
Execution details:
Report runs successfully after database server is rebooted. Otherwise we have to keep rerunning as many as 15 times to get a successful run. When we discovered that report would run after the server reboot, we decided
to only restart SQL, to see if it was Query plan related but it still failed. How can we determine why the reboot is making a difference?
Any ideas/help is welcome.Using Profiler to capture what JD Edwards sends to SQL Server seems like a good idea. And include the events Error:Exception and Error:UserMessage to see if that captures anything.
I googled on the message, and I found
http://www.jdelist.com/ubb/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=111077&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=
where the cause was that different indexes were used for SELECT and FETCH. (Whatever that means; I was not able to grasp it.)

Now I am trying to migrate that table to a different Oracle schema but I am having this problem after I created the table on the new schema and created a SYNONYM to point to the new location of the table.
ORA-06550: line 1, column 17: PL/SQL: ORA-00936: missing expression ORA-06550: line 1, column 9: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
I can select on this table via SQL Plus using the synonym. The form uses a "Automated Row Fetch" process action and fails in this step when trying to fetch data for the form. I don't get the error if I set the condition property to "never" but the fetch does not run; as soon as disable the condition I get this error.
Apex query report regions work fine using the synonyms but the problem seems to occur only on the automated row fetch accion.
I appreciate if someone can help out with this problem. Thanks.Hi,
Follow the steps:
1. Go to application
2. Click on "Edit Application Properties" Button.
3. Select the Parsing Schema to new schema in Name Region.
4. Click "Apply Changes" Button.

Automatic Row Processing fetch error (ORA-00936: missing expression)
Hi there,
I have a bit of a problem setting up automatic row processing. The Apex processing is causing an error, but I'm not sure what PL/SQL code is being run (obviously, I don't have access to the Apex code) and all I get is the error following:
0.13: Processing point: AFTER_HEADER
0.13: ...Process "Notes load": DML_FETCH_ROW (AFTER_HEADER) F|#OWNER#:PUPIL_NOTE:P29_PUPIL_ID:PUPIL_ID:P29_ACHIEVEMENT_SET_ID:ACHIEVEMENT_SET_ID
0.16: Show ERROR page...
and then the following exception report on the page:
ORA-06550: line 1, column 17: PL/SQL: ORA-00936: missing expression ORA-06550: line 1, column 9: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
Can anyone tell me how I can diagnose the problem?
Many thanks,
Robert
Message was edited to change subjectI am having a very similiar problem

0.03: Processing point: BEFORE_HEADER

ORA-06550: line 1, column 17: PL/SQL: ORA-00936: missing expression ORA-06550: line 1, column 9: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
JOH was a synonym (allowing other shemas to access the table) but @I delted those
P66_JOH_ID is a DB column (which it wasnt)
but I still get the error
ORA-06550: line 1, column 17: PL/SQL: ORA-00936: missing expression ORA-06550: line 1, column 9: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
Any ideas how I can track this down? -

LMS 3.2.1 netconfig error
Hi,
I am using LMS 3.2.1, and while deploying the configuration to the device via Netconfig job, I receive below error message. All commands deploy successfully but Netconfig job status always failed because of below error message;
Command(s) failed on the device TFTP: Failed on the device.
However I can sync archive the same devices successfully.
Transport Settings->Archive management = SSH TELNET TFTTP RCP
Transport Settings->Config Deployment = SSH TELNET TFTTP
Please advise how to rectify the issue.
ThanksHi Rizwan,
You are using system defiend templates to push the Netconfig job or you are using the ADHOC option ?
If you are using system defiend templates use the ADHOC job and see if it makes any difference.
I remember there were few bug on this issue ,I found one :
CSCeh40578 netconfig reports success on failure
Thanks-
