Loading Dependent formula into Recipes

I wrote a LSMW to create Recipe Headers in RMWB.
SAP along with the header automatically creates a Dependent formula.
I would like to know if there is a function module/ BAPI i can use to load Items (input/outputs ) into this dependent formulae.
I have tried BAPI_FORMULA_CHANGEMULTIPLE (but it only works with independent formule)
FRML301 Function pool. None of them seem to work. Or am I doing something wrong here?
I can't use SHDB to laod formula data (which is how I loaded the headers).
Please help.

I have encountered this issue as well and here is how I receommend you deal with it. Unfortunately, DRM does not understand multiple lines in a formula and so it truncates the other lines.
1. The best way around it is to ensure that your formula does not have multiple lines. Strip all the enters and only use spaces. Essbase does not care about aesthetics as long as the formula is all in one line. This should take care of it.
2. Sometimes, the formulas for member properties are very long and they are in multiple lines. You can try using excel formulas to bring them all in one line. After removing enters and tabs myself multiple times, I informed my Essbase developers of this DRM issue and told them to provide me with the formulas without using Enters and tabs.

I just wonder how to load Essbase member formula into a member property in DRM?
I encounter a problem when loading a member formula which as new line in the formula.
Here is the example of the record for Automator using | (pipe) delimiter where the formula has carriage return / new line:

Error While loading the data into PSA

Hi Experts,
       I have already loaded the data into my cube. But it doesn't have values for some fields. So again i modified the data in the flat file and tried to load them into PSA. But while starting the Info Package, I got an error saying that,

After editing the file did you save the file and close it.
This error may come if your file was open at the time of request.
Also did you check the file path settings.
If everything is correct try saving the infopackage once and loading again.

I am trying to create a Java Stored procedure that is dependent on some other classes. The java source doesn't compile since it cannot find the imported libs.
How can I load jar files into the database so I can get my java source to compile?
I have heard of dbms_java.loadjava procedure, but not very clear on how to use it.
Please let me know how I can load the jar files in to the db.

How i can load excel sheet into a table in oracle through pl/sql procedure or a pl/sql block. Excel sheet is saved on my c or d drive on my machine. In xls format.

Depending on how big your spreadsheet is and how frequently you want to do this you might want to contruct insert statements in excel, then run these. I have done this to load a few hundred rows for a one off test on dev.
e.g. if you have values 1 and 'a' in you spread sheet and want to insert them in to table xxx col1 & 2:
| /|   A   |   B   |    C
|1 |col1   |col2   |
|2 |      1|a      |="insert into xxx ("&$A$1&","&B1&") values ("&A2&",'"&B2&"');"then paste the contents of colum C

How to load salary data into Oracle HRMS

I have a spreadsheet with the following values: employee_number, from (effective_date), annual_salary,bi_weekly_salary, reason_for_change, status. I do not know where (which table in the APPS) to load the data for these employee salaries. If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful. I am trying to load this data into Oracle HRMS.

Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions. You will need someone with APPS HRMS experience to guide you thru this process. One option could be to use the WebADI interface. Another option could be the Mass Update feature. The solution will depend on your exact needs

U can load the master data to ur ODS..
The Process is same as loading Transaction Data into ODS but..
1. U need to do flexible Update instead of Direct Update...
2. Maintain all the Attributes in ur DATA part...
3. The record on which Updation depends should reside in the KEY FIELD section.
But there is difference in loading master data to info object and ODS..
If loaded in Info Objects..REusability is there.
But in ODS no reusability...

An error occurs when trying to load a .psd into PSE 9

Hi I am getting the message- An error occurred during Apple event processing -43 when I try to load .psd files into PSE 9. These are templates that I have bought that have previously worked. This just happened. I am not very computer savvy- but I need help. One thread said what to do, which I followed, but the message is still happening. Then it said that if it didn't work to unistall PSE. I am worried about doing that as I have bought MANY actions that are loaded in PSE that I am afraid of losing. Please advise. Thanks!

Now I can open it in PSE if I click on the .psd and go to File- Open with- PSE. However I have to do that every time, because the default is set at- Droplet Template. How do I change the default to open the .psds? Anyone??? Thanks!

I loaded more songs into Itunes. How can I move them to my IPhone?

I loaded some CDs into Itunes and they show up in the Music folder okay. When I connect my Iphone to Itunes, I see a music folder under the IPhone icon in the left column but clicking on that shows the list of songs already on my IPhone. How do I move the new songs loaded onto the IPhone without erasing the songs already on the IPhone. I need to do a "merge" somehow. Advice please...

You need to select the iPhone 'device' (not the Music section underneath it which just shows what is already on the device) and then select the Music tab that will appear on the right-hand side of iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1351
You can also just highlight the new songs in your iTunes music library, and drag-and-drop them over to the iPhone device.

Are you working on a background layer? If so, Ctrl + T will not work. Press Alt and double-click your background layer to convert to a normal layer (or right-click BG layer and select Layer from Background) and try again.
If you're working in Photoshop CC 2014 you can go to Preferences > Experimental Features and tick "Scale UI 200% for high-density displays" to make your buttons and icons larger.

Loading .gif animations into Photoshop Elements 8 for Mac

For years I used Photoshop Elements 2 for Windows to make .gif animations with great success.
Then I switched to a Mac and bought Elements 8 for Mac. Now, I am finding out that I can not load any
of the animations I made using Elements 2 into 8. (And yet I can load animations I made using 8 into 2.)
In fact, I can not load any .gif animations into 8, other than if I make one and save it
as .psd. 8 allows me to make them, but not load them as .gifs.
My question: Is there an easy way to load .gif animations into PS Elements 8 so a
person can work on the individual frames? Am I going to have to convert any .gif animation I
want to import into 8 first into .psd? All I seem to get when I try to load a .gif is the message
"This is an animated gif. You can only view one frame." I have searched manuals and the
Net looking for a specific method of using PSE8 to load gif animations intact (not just one frame).
Is it possible? Thanks. (I also have noticed that Elements 8 will not allow me to change the frame
speed -- it is unchangeable at .2)

I followed the directions detailed in your blog entitled "Moving a Catalog from Windows to Mac" as well as your description of the process on page 58 of your book "Photoshop Elements 9 - the missing manual."
I installed PE9 for Windows and converted my catalog. I then backed up that catalog to an external hard drive. I then connected the hard drive to my MAC on which I also installed Photoshop Elements 9 for MAC. I opened the Organizer and tried to restore that converted catalog. However, for each file in the converted catalog, a dialog box opened that said "Could not restore file: /Volumes/Name of External Hard Drive/Filename.JPG."
I then made a second backup of the converted catalog using Photoshop Elements 9 for Windows and then tried to restore that catalog again on the MAC using Photoshop Elements 9 for MAC, again to no avail.
Do you have any idea what the problem may be?

Unable to load TIF images into Photoshop.

CS4 (11.0.2) and Windows 7 Home Edition.
Have developed a problem trying to load some TIF images into Photoshop. I have a large number of images archived over a decade or more. At this point it may some of the older files that exhibit the problem. Now all these files were edited and stored using the Photoshop versions during the complete time period. The files are always saved with no compression. Have tried to load from Photoshop and clicking on the file in a file list. Photoshop just hangs and I get the message Program not responding. I can take these same files and load them into the ROXIO photo editor with no problem. Stranger yet is if I simply load the file into the ROXIO editor then "save as" back into the same folder (overwrite) the file can then be brought into Photoshop with no problem! Any ideas?

Will try to keep short.
I reinstalled Photoshop CS4 from the cd CS set. Did not uninstall first. Restarted PC and Photoshop. Still failed the same way with a 3001 image.
Did the following, changing one item in the Edit->Preference->GPU Setting. After each change, closed Photoshop, reopened, brought in 3001 image, restored original setting. 3001 failed each time.
* Unchecked Enable OpenGL Drawing
* Advanced setup: Unchecked Advanced Drawing.
* Advanced setup: Unchecked Color Matching
Next went to the Edit->Color Profile.
Scanned thru options and saw in the Convert Options: Engine. It was set to Adobe (ACE). ACE was the module name in the error detail!
Only other option for this is Microsoft ICM. Changed to that, close/open Photoshop and 3001 came in no problem. So did the Nikon 3000, srgb IEC 61922 2.1 and Untagged. However, when briging in an Adobe RGB(1998) image Photoshop notes Profile Mismatch. It allows me to decide what to do (use embedded profile instead of workspace; convert color to work space color; discard embedded profile. and I choose use the convert color and it loads ok. At least it loads the image! Will use this approach for now. I need to get educated on color profiles!!

Loading an image into an Applet from a JAR file

Hello everyone, hopefully a simple question for someone to help me with!
Im trying to load some images into an applet, currently it uses the JApplet.getImage(url) method just before registering with a media tracker, which works but for the sake of efficiency I would prefer the images all to be contained in the jar file as oppossed to being loaded individually from the server.
Say I have a class in a package eg, 'com.mydomain.myapplet.class.bin' and an images contained in the file structure 'com.mydomain.myapplet.images.img.gif' how do I load it (and waiting for it to be loaded before preceeding?
I've seen lots of info of the web for this but much of it is very old (pre 2000) and im sure things have changed a little since then.

Load from ODS into InfoCube gives TIME-OUT runtime error after 10 minutes ?

   We have a full load from ODS into InfoCube and it was working fine till the last week upto with 50,000 records. Now, we have around 70,000+ records and started failing with TIME_OUT runtime error.
   The following is from the Short Dump (ST22):
   The system profile "rdisp/max_wprun_time" contains the maximum runtime of a
program. The current setting is 600 seconds. Once this time limit has been exceeded, the system tries to terminate any SQL statements that are currently being executed and tells the ABAP processor to terminate the current program.
The following are from ROIDOCPRMS table:
   MAXSIZE (in KB) : 20,000
   Frequency       : 10
   Max Processes : 3
When I check the Data Packages under 'Details' tab in Monitor, there are four Data Packages and the first three are with 24,450 records. I will right click on each Data Package and select 'Manual Update' to load from PSA. When this Manual Update takes more than 10 minutes it is failing with TIME_OUT again.
How could I fix this problem, PLEASE ??

How can I make this possible? Loading another html, into a table?

Hello everyone!
Im using Dreamweaver CS3. I have a website thats all image based - which is not good because google or any search engine cant really pick up any keywords. So I have a table filled with images, Id like to take an image in the center out, and put in some type of code that says "load blah.html into the current row and collumn of this table. I attached an image of what I mean.
Id like to do this because it will be easier for me to update 1 html file and have it load that into the master html file. Is this even possible?

Easy enough to see how it's done, I've provided the code :-)
You can set up the scrolling div in the table cell and then use an include file to populate the text into that div... that way,, you can make changes to the include file and it will be updated automatically on the page.
