Localization strings not showing up in some components: buttons, form headings, menu bars, etc

Hi,
I've set up an application that works fine and I just localized it: english and chinese.
I've set up the compiling preferences, created the properties files and loaded them into my components with fx:Metatag. Then I assigned the following to all labels and texts in MXML : {resourceManager.getString("MyBundle", "myResource")}.
When I do a trace of the localized values, they all display in the console. So there is no problem with the loading or compiling.
My problem is that the strings are not displayed on some components: buttons, form headings, and some others. However, it shows up correctly on form items, and some others.
It seems that's a general problem with buttons. Their labels are all empty... (in english and in chinese)
Is that a bug ?

i am facing a strange problem, i want to activate business Function 'HCM, Core Processes in Talent Management' (BF name 'HCM_TMC_CI_1') in ECC6 EH4 IDES system. I also have SAP enterprise SearchTREX installed and this component shows me dependency in green light in SFW5 tcode (that means all the pre-requisites are fullfilled).
But in SFW5 tcode does not show me Check / Activate Changes button on the top bar, and if i see in menus its greyed out i am not able to activate the same.
I tried to unlock client using tcode SE06 and SCC4 but nothign worked out.
I even checked the authorization of user it has sap_all, SAP_new, IDES_IDA_SUP, IDES_SWITCH, R3_TRUSTED.
I will appreciate any help on the same.
We developed system from Homogenious Export Image provided by SAP to us.

Hello Mani,
You have to check for the compitability and dependency of already activated Enterprise Extension. If an incompatible Extension set is activated than it wont allow other application to work. Please check and let me know if you require anymore information.

Unless you are using Spry menus as a learning experience, you should move forward to a menus system that will display properly on the millions of portable devices that won't work with Spry which was deprecated 2 years ago.
Many are using JQuery menus or pure HTML/CSS menus.
If you wish to continue your Spry for learning experience, we'll be glad to assist; please let us know.
By the way, your submenus are not showing because you need to add the red value to this rule in your vertical CSS

To help you see what is happening, temporarily add DESNAME to your parameter screen. Make sure that DESNAME on the parameter screen has a value before you click the Submit Query button.
If you are running the report with a local report service (running on your workstation), the value of desname should be the name of your default printer.
If you are running the report on a network application server based report service you need to specify the name of a printer that is accessible to the server on which the report service is running. Make sure that it is specified in a way that the server can recognize it, e.g. \\printserver_01\HPLaserJ4210.

Some minor troubles with Spry Menu Bar

Hello all,
I'm currently in the process of building a simple navigation
menu for a website and have run into a bit of a snag. The image I
wish to have as my rollover background image seems to work in
non-sub menu list items, but they don't for those list items that
have sub menus. Interestingly enough, if I change it to a color, it
works fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

The problem with the transparent background is an IE6 problem
which doesn't support transparent backgrounds. This problem is
fixed on IE7 and I check it and it works there.

Report Painter not showing totals for some cells

Hi,
We're developing a report painter that will give us a total of all the columns. This total uses a set of variables and a set which essentially is a grouping of the profit centers. The problem is it is not showing any value on the cell. Despite the individual accounts having some values.
Any ideas where could this gone wrong ? the set exist with the correct accounts.
I.e.
A1 A2 TOTAL (A1 + A2 - defined in set)
Depreciation 100 100 200 [ but this shows blank]

how did you solve this problem,my financial statement is not reflecting total posted depreciation even though it is reflecting the depreciation in the indididual G/L accounts.

Blog images not showing up on some browsers

Hi, I have been told by a few of my friends and family that the blog postings that include an image at the beginning of the post, do not show anything but a grey box. This is occurring on PC's and not on Macs. The small image is visible in the archive listings but as soon as they go into the blog entry itself they only get the solid grey box.
Any ideas on why that might be? Am I doing something wrong on iWeb?

Library- Music does not show all songs, some are in playlists?

I just discovered (the hard way) that my Music 'directory' (the first item under Library on the left pane) is not showing all the songs I have installed. I have several playlists that list and play songs not in the main library.
How do I fix this? Is it possible to preserve all my playlists in the process?

I think I have it resolved although I am not 100% confident of that. All I did was drag them back in to iTunes from the iTunes folder and skip the dupes.
I am missing a bunch of songs, and a quick check of my hard drive does not turn them up either. This is stuff I would not have deleted. Really mysterious. Unnerving too.

Contacts not showing after clicking on dial button

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum, we are currenlty testing the new Blackberry Z10 to be used in our company.
I came across a problem that with a user with his contacts, we are using the Microsft Active Synch option with a traveler server. The contacts are all synching fine etc. Now the problem is that when clicking on the dial button I only see the standard sim card contacts. Somehow it does not show the contacts
When going to contacts they are all there. Also when I dial from those contacts the name does not come up it only shows the number in dial menu. Looks like a bug or a incorrect setting on the device.
Can someone reply to this

Try rebooting the device by long pressing the lock button and selecting restart. That should mostly resolve the problem. The phone app at times takes time to show the contacts corresponding to the phone numbers.

Parameter values are not showing in in the Organization Parameter form

We have done a setup for an Inventory Organization.
Everything was working fine.
Values were showing everywhere.
We have lot of transactions done in the org also.
But suddenly yesterday when I was trying to open the Organization Parameter form for that specific organization, the form came up as blank and in the bottom the error is Query caused no records.
I have checked data is there in the base table mtl_parameters.
Value is coming for other organizations. Only one specific organization is having this issue.
Even in Examine, I have taken the last query run on that form and ran the same in back end database, I can see all values are there in the database.
But in frontend screen the values are not showing. even organization code also not showing.
Navigation is: Inv Super user --> Setup --> Organization --> Parameter

Have you checked Organization Access to ensure that no one restricted that org?
Or shipping grants and roles?
I think there are quite a few places that you can restrict access.

Google search does not show results must press RELOAD button for it to work

Hello,
I am using FF 17.0. This just started recently.
When I go to Google and enter a search word and hit "enter" the results page loads with just the top header and a blank screen otherwise. I need to hit the RELOAD button in the address bar for everything to complete with results..
Then, after scrolling thru the results to the bottom of the page and hitting ENTER to go to the next page, again the same thing happens. I need to hit the RELOAD button again for more results.
This happens for every search I do when using FireFox.
It works perfectly fine in IE. I hate IE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is is best not to use extensions like Fasterfox that change network.http settings.<br />
You should leave them at the default as changing them can cause problems with some servers.
You can check the network.http.* prefs on the about:config page.<br />
Reset network.http prefs to the default value via the right-click context menu -> Reset if they are user set (bold).

Add-ons are not loading, JS popus are not showing up after click, firebug button not showing

I was using Firefox 8, and then today i noticed that non of the JS scripts are working, the Add-on are not showing after a click, The Firebug button at the top right is missing,
Thinking if I upgrade to 9 it will solve my problems, but it did not. How can I correct this? Am I missing something?
