Location of aspnet_client/System_Web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4

I am using CR2008 Basic (10.5 I believe) .  The report viewer works fine on our secure web server under a virtual directory i.e. wwwroot\abc\....  When our engineers run "CRRedist2008_x86.msi " it installs the "aspnet_client/System_Web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4/..."  files also under "wwwroot" at the root.
Because of security, we want to install "aspnet_client/System_Web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4/..."  files under "wwwroot\abc\" which we can do.   But when I view a report, and click on the "Export" icon, Fiddler tells me that Crystal looks in "wwwroot\", for these files, how do I tell Crystal to look in "wwwroot\abc\" for these files?
Thanks
Bob

I confirmed that this can not be done with the bundled version. You will have to upgrade to CR 2008 (v 12.x). If you want, you can download an eval from here;
http://www.sap.com/solutions/sapbusinessobjects/sme/freetrials/index.epx
and see how that works for you. The best place to get the help file for CR 2008 is here;
https://boc.sdn.sap.com/developer/library
You will have to download the file(s) locally. Search for web.config in the "crsdk_net_dg_12_en.chm"; for the info you'll need.
Sales number is 866-681-3435
Oh, one more thing. Links to the runtime for CR 2008 are noted in [this|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567] wiki.

  • Crystal Reports Viewer Toolbar Images missing

    I have Crystal Reports XI R2 installed on a windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise server and when a when I browse to my asp.net page withe the crystal reports viewer I get the red x's for the toolbar images.  The viewer and web.config entries all reference the 11.5.3700.0.  When I view the source of the page the source is "../aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115".  At first the crystalreportviewers115 was not in subfolder at my sites root aspnet_client folder and so I copied it there.  But it still doesn't work.
    What seems odd is that we I was using the embedded version from VS 2008 (10.5.3700.0) the view source of the page showed the image path as "/aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4" and this worked fine but when I use XI R2 (11.5.3700.0) the path is "../aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115" so where and why is there ".." for the XI R2 version.

    CR 11.5 is not supported on WIn 2008 server. See [this|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567] wiki.
    You may also want to take a look at the article [Viewer toolbar images appear as red u2018X on Crystal Reports VS .NET web viewer|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50aa68c0-82dd-2b10-42bf-e5502b45cd3a]. It may help, but if not, you'll have to move on to a supported version of CR.

  • CR Viewer tool bar images are missing; Export and Print are not working

    Hi There
    I used Crystal report 10.5(VS 2008 base crytal report -- CRRedist2008_x86.msi), i developed ASP.net application using VB.net  program(i used .net 3.5). One of the pages in the application is having crystal report viewer, which is calling a crystal report to populate the result. The report is working as expected on development machine (Win Vista). Hence, I moved the application onto Server (Windows Server Web; 32Bit OS and IIS). I installed the CRRedist2008_x86.msi, which added the "aspnet_client" under default website. As my site is a made as an application under default webiste. I tried...
    a) By copying the aspnet_client folder into the website folder
    b) By adding a virtual directory called "aspnet_client" under my website pointing it into the folder under "default website"
    None of the trials are working for me.
    When I click on Print or Export buttons (although their images are missing), I get the error sigh on bottom left (status bar) of the browser and the popping up the same giving me below error details

    Hello All.
    I am excited to let you know that the issue is being resolved.
    Here is steps that lead me to resolution and solution..
    I installed Fiddler2 and looked into every the debugging details of the transaction while running the report.
    Learned that the crystal report is using the aspnet_client foler under "Default website" NOT under the crrent website.
    Hence I tried to access the image via http path from local machine
    http://myserver/aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4/images/toolbar/export.gif.
    (Notice, "mysite" folder is been removed)
    I was expecting to see the gif on my browsers' body. It gave me an error.
    Investigated further more on the error and found that the "Managed Pipe Line" of the respective application pool is to be changed to "Classic" instead of "Integrated"
    changed it .. Boom...
    Tool bar is showing up with proper images and as well the "Export" and "Print" functions are working as expected..
    Hope this helps to those in the same situation.
    Again.. this is one of many many solutions on this issues.
    Thank You

  • Crystal report viewer aspnet_client files

    Hello,
    I hope this is an easy question. Sadly I can't answer it for myself: what installer do I have to use to get the aspnet_client files installed in a web server?
    I mean the files that go under \inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers115\ and that give support to the crystal report viewer object used in the .net web applications.
    I do have these files installed in my dev environment, but I can't pinpoint which installer was used to get them there, now I need to put this on a web server.
    The installers I have are for BOE XI R2 (SP1, SP2 and SP3) and also for CrystalReports XI
    I think I should use BOE XI R2 in client mode in the web server, and then install the SPs
    Can someone let me know if this is correct?
    Thanks!
    Marcelo

    Hi Adam, thank you for the quick answer.
    I'm not sure if I can give you all the required information about that. This is what I know (the dev environment was setup before I got to work with it, so I don't have the specific details):
    For the DEV environment:
    1. Business Objects XI R2 was installed along with SP1, SP2, SP3 and the Fix Pack 3.6
    2. Crystal Reports XI was installed (no SP, no FP)
    As a result of the above installations, in Visual Studio 2005 became available the CrystalReportViewer object, which references the library CrystalDecisions.Web.dll. I believe the same installer that made this available to Visual Studio, also installed the aspnet_client files in the DEV machine. As far as I can tell, there was no specific installation for either SDK, just what was mentioned above.
    Sadly I don't have access to a different machine where I can install from scratch to identify which installer actually does the trick, but after peeking inside the installer files, I believe these client files was the result of the BOE XI R2 install.

    Current Setup
    1. I have WebSite in ASP.NET Visual Basic which works fine and is connected to MySQL Database, using MySQl Connector 6.6.4 64 bit
    and is using a connection string,defined in web.confg.
    2. I am using a Crystal report( It is very complex report, so cannot dare to redo it). Data Source for the report is set using a connection string
    DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 5.2a Driver};SERVER=Licensedb;DATABASE=License;pwd=root;PORT=3306;OPTION=3 and this report is called from website using the below code
    Dim crystalReport As ReportDocument = New ReportDocument()
    Dim repPath As String = Server.MapPath("~/Reports/") + "LicenseReport.rpt"
    crystalReport.Load(repPath)
    CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = crystalReport
    crystalReport.SetParameterValue("InstanceID", CInt(Session("sessionInstanceID")))
    crystalReport.Refresh()
    crystalReport.SetParameterValue("InstanceID", CInt(Session("sessionInstanceID")))
    CrystalReportViewer1.Visible = True
    3. The above setup works fine, when I run the website from Visual studio 2010. But when i use IIS 7, the aspx page having crystal report viewer control load and its blank.
    However it work very well from studio it self.
    4. So I changed the setup in point 2, by having a ODBC Data source defined. And changed the report accordingly. It work fine in Visual studio , but from IIS
    it gives error "Failed to Open Connection, Failed to Open Connection <Crystal Report File name.rpt>"
    5. I tried creating a System DSN and same connection string in IIS Application Connection string. But nothing changed.
    Please can anyone point in correct direction. I must admit this is my first website development work, so I might have overlooked some minor details.
    Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Dilpreet ([email protected])

    hello again. I fear that what is said in that article does not apply to my particular case.
    First of all i am using the Crystal Report Basic 2008, which I think is not the same product as Crystal Reports 2008.
    In addition, printing fails always, on my PC and on the web server.
    On the other hand I can not find anywhere printcontrol.cab file or printcontrol.dll, just do not exist either in my PC or on the web server.
    The folder where the report viewer is located is not CrystalReportViewers12, is CrystalReportWebFormViewer4, and is located at wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\
    Investigating I found something, but has not helped me:
    [http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/vscrystalreports/thread/0af08d25-dd71-41ce-92fa-ca374f933eaa/]
    This problem is what always happens to me when on my local PC I access my web server by its public IP.
    I think I must resign myself to use only the PDF print
    thanks anyway

  • Why Images are not shown?

    Post Author: azharrahi
    CA Forum: .NET
    Hi How are all here ?I am using Crystal Reports in Visual Studio.net 2005. Now the problem is that Images are not loading in the web broweser. At runtime in visual studio.net 2005, the Images of Crystal Report Viewer are shown but the Image we insert in the picture box of Crystal Report, it does not show. But in the web browser after uploading web site using URL, it does not show images of Both i.e. CrystalReportViewer and Picture Box. What the problem is that? This has made me annoyed a lot. Anybody can help me please.

    Post Author: robarahz
    CA Forum: .NET
    I had this problem (if I understand you correctly) and the problem was that the new Crystal Report Viewer toolbar was expecting the images to be in teh same folder as the website, but they are actually located one level up in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\CrystalReportWebFormViewer3 (or CrystalReportWebFormViewer4 if you're on VS2008).
    To fix this, I copied  the aspnet_client folder into the folder of my website, and everything is fine.
    Hope that helps.

  • Crystal Reports 2010 SP1 on IIS 7.0 - Report is not being displayed

    Hi,
    Finally, the keycode assembly, BusinessObjects.Licensing.KeycodeDecoder.dll error is gone, after I installed Crystal Runtime 2010 SP1. Also, I tested Crystal Report 2010 SP1 on my Windows 32 application and I can tell that I do not have this error anymore and report is being displayed properly.
    But Crystal Report is not being displayed on ASP.NET page on MS Server 2008 standard edition SP2 with IIS 7.0. Database resides on iSeries remote machine.
    The MS Server 2008 is virtual machine.
    OS system has:
    Crystal Report Basic Runtime for Visual Studio 2008
    SAP Crystal Reports Runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit)
    Simply the report is not being displayed at all. No errors are being recorded in the Event Viewer.
    Nothing happens; excerpt the page is Loadingu2026 and Waiting for u2018website nameu2019 in the left lower corner of Firefox web browser.
    Here is the code behind aspx page with a command button - very simple:
    using CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine;
    using CrystalDecisions.Shared;
    protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    ReportDocument crReportDocument;
    Database crDatabase;
    Tables crTables;
    // CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.Table crTable;
    TableLogOnInfo crTableLogOnInfo;
    ConnectionInfo crConnectionInfo;
    crConnectionInfo = new ConnectionInfo();
    //Set server name
    crConnectionInfo.ServerName = this._strServerName;
    //set database name
    crConnectionInfo.DatabaseName = this._strDatabaseName;
    crConnectionInfo.UserID = this._strUserID;
    crConnectionInfo.Password = this._strUserPassword;
    //Set integrated security
    crConnectionInfo.IntegratedSecurity = false;
    crReportDocument = new ReportDocument();
    crReportDocument.Load(Server.MapPath("~/crystal-reports/TransformerLoad/TransLoadMonthlyMax.rpt"));
    crDatabase = crReportDocument.Database;
    //Set all tables from current report file
    crTables = crReportDocument.Database.Tables;
    //crTableLogOnInfo.ConnectionInfo = crConnectionInfo;
    //Apply schema name to the table's location
    foreach (CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.Table _crTable in crTables)
    crTableLogOnInfo = _crTable.LogOnInfo;
    crTableLogOnInfo.ConnectionInfo = crConnectionInfo;
    _crTable.ApplyLogOnInfo(crTableLogOnInfo);
    //Check if database table name starts
    if (_crTable.Location.StartsWith("XFMRSMAX", StringComparison.CurrentCulture) ||
    _crTable.Location.StartsWith("XFMRSMIN", StringComparison.CurrentCulture))
    //_crTable.Location = this._strSchemaName + "." + _crTable.Location.Remove(8) + Convert.ToInt32(Request.QueryString\"ReportYear\");
    _crTable.Location = "XFMRSMAX09";
    else
    _crTable.Location = _crTable.Location;
    this.CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = crReportDocument;
    This code runs on my development machine Win XP SP3
    OS system has:
    Crystal Report Basic Runtime for Visual Studio 2008
    SAP Crystal Reports Runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit)
    This code also runs on another development server - Windows XP SP3 (IIS 5.1)
    OS system has:
    Crystal Report Basic Runtime for Visual Studio 2008
    SAP Crystal Reports Runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit)
    ispnet_client folder has IUSR user and this user has read permissions to this folder. I even tried to change the permissions to Read & Execute.
    I am developing my reports using Crystal Reports 2008 SP2.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Serghei

    Hi Ludek,
    Thank you for your response.
    I checked the web.config file, all http handlers are there. I think the handlers are required to render the images on crystal report viewer but in my case the report viewer is not being rendered.
    I have to questions:
    1. What exact folders should be under aspnet_client\system_web?
    In my case I have structure like this
    aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13
    aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13
    Should I have folders something like this
    aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13_1
    aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13_1
    after I installed Crystal Reports 2010 SP1
    Also, in C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET 4.0\Common\Crystal Reports 2011\ there is no folder named as crystalreportviewers13 but instead crystalreportviewers
    a.     Should I copy all files from this folder to aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13, or
    b.     Should I copy all files from this folder to aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13 and rename this folder to
    crystalreportviewers
    2. Can you explain how to get a data report?
    This is the quote from your previous answer
    I'd be interested to see this simplified to a saved data report - no DB logon code - as a test...
    Thank you Serghei

  • Crystal Reports Viewer XI R2 Missing icons on toolbar when displayed

    I am using Crystal Reports Viewer XI R2 on Windows 2003 Server and trying to deploy to a different server.
    I have deployed a new web site from a development server to production.  The crystal reports render correctly, but the only problem is that the icons for the viewer show "X".  I have tried the following:
    Copy the aspnet_client folder (c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client) and all of itu2019s subfolders to the physical root directory of the custom web site.
    If the above does not help, ensure that this is in the web.config of the application:
    <httpHandlers>
    <add verb="GET" path="CrystalImageHandler.aspx" type="CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalImageHandler, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=11.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    </httpHandlers>
    Still see "X" in the view tool bar.

    > Can anyone help my find my icons?
    Your IIS logs show that the web server can't find the toolbar gif files. The first thing I'd do here is browse to this location using your IIS Manager. Find the next.gif file and right click it and select Browse. This will take your application out of the picture and will tell you if you can see this gif file on its own as processed by IIS.
    If that doesn't work you likely have a permissions issue. Look at the security on the toolbar directory and see if the ASPNET or Network Service account have rights to read that directory. Also make sure the group IIS_WPG has access here too. You might even want to run the IIS Managers permissions wizard to clean up file permissions here.
    Another thing you could try is creating a Virtual Directory that points to the original aspnet_client directory under C:\inetpub\wwwroot.
    Hopefully that helps. Good luck!

  • CRVS2010 Beta - Crystal Report Viewer 2010

    Hi,
    I'm using Crystal report 2010 with VS 2010, and i have 2 web projects, the first is the one that my organization works with and the second is a dummy one - this is for test only -, my problem is when dealing with charts or pictures, every thing OK in the second project, but in the first one charts and pictures are displayed very will in crystal report designer, and preview, but nothing is displayed at run time. the environment of the 2 projects are identical (the same referenced DLLs, and from the same location "Local Folder", the same binding method "Objects", the same registered  and add "Keys, and Assemblies" in the web.config).
    please, does any body has an idea where is the mistaken part, or where I'm i suppose to search about the malfunctioning configuration, or ...... etc.
    Thanks a lot.

    hi guys
    i was comparing the source code of 2 web pages one from each project - the working and malfunction one -, this led me to check Temp folders, and what i found was so strange
    first of all, "full control" permission is granted for all possible users, Guest, Anonymous, IIS, and ASPnet user on Temp Folders.
    the strange part is as following,
    of course there 2 temporary folders for the 2 apps, the one of the working app did not contain any kind of files, on the other hand the one belongs to the malfunction app contain 2 .png files one for the chart, and another one for the picture, in addition, chart image is the same as the one displayed in the preview mode in design time, i mean that the created chart image did not respect report source data - the created one is of a vertical line, but according to supplied date the line should be horizontal, and i insure that data was supplied (from debugging, there are 246 object in the supplied object list, on the other hand if no data was supplied, this should not affect picture display)  -, in despite of that nothing is displayed at run time but the red "X" mark.
    so I'm wondering, why nothing is displayed in despite of the creation of temp pictures?, and also how the working app displays the correct chart & picture in despite of creation of no templates?
    another question, in many forums, and also in the page source there are a mention of "aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers14" folder and its existence in the app root, while this folders exists only in the wwwroot folder , and no physical existence for that folder in any of the 2 apps root, specially that I'm running my apps from the Visual Studio Development Server, not from the IIS, so, where can i find this folder, to grant appropriate permissions on it .
    i wanted also to inform Don that both apps and their class library projects target complete 3.5 .Net Framework, and also not the client one.
    now, I'm in doubt about the creation of a project before and after crystal report 4 visual studio 2010 installation, so I'm about to establish a new web app, and copy all of the malfunction one to avoid this problem, but i hope to know the cause of this problem.
    Thanks a lot

  • Crystal Report Server 2008 SP1 redistributable printing problems

    I'm trying to print from a asp .net form after recently installing the Crystal Report Server 2008 SP1 redistributable.
    When I click on the print button it brings up a empty messagebox with 'csprintdlg' in the title in IE7.
    My installation on the Windows2003 is slighty different since my Inetpub\wwwroot folder is located on the D: drive.
    The previous installer, included the aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers12
    on the C: drive but this one did not. I copied the folder from another server with just the initial version of the redistributable, everything works except printing.

    Using [Fiddler|http://www.fiddlertool.com/fiddler/] on the client web browser machine will give you a clearer idea of what's amiss on the server.
    It's a starting point for tracing back to what's missing or being denied on the server.
    Following that, [Process Monitor|http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx] on the server is useful for hunting for missing components or permissions issues.

    P.s. The Web server is  a Window Server 2003 R2 standard edition

    Perhaps using [modules|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip] will at least tell us what dlls are loading. Look at the CR dlls. There should not be any v11 files loaded by your app.
    You may also start considering obtaining phone support for this one. I have a feeling this will take more than just forums to solve...

  • Please Help! ERROR: Application Server failed. when Refreshing

    Please help on this below issue. Thanks.
    We have a requirement that using ASP.NET (C#), we need to open saved .rpt file (saved with data and the rpt file is assigned to the web page as query string) and let the users refresh themselves with latest data by clicking at refresh icon of the CrystalReportViewer. But it throws 'The Report Application Server failed' error message. What could cause this message. below is the piece of code we are using to configure the report.
    private void ConfigureCrystalReports()
    string reportPath = Server.MapPath("Reports
    SEMS0001_UBS.rpt");
    this.CrystalReportSource2.ReportDocument.Load(reportPath);
    CrystalReportViewer1.Visible = false;
    SetDBLogonForReport(this.CrystalReportSource2.ReportDocument);
    int i = 0;
    foreach (ParameterField field in this.CrystalReportSource2.ReportDocument.ParameterFields)
    field.HasCurrentValue = true;
    //this.CrystalReportSource2.ReportDocument.Refresh();
    CrystalReportViewer1.ParameterFieldInfo = this.CrystalReportSource2.ReportDocument.ParameterFields;
    CrystalReportViewer1.Visible = true;
    public void SetDBLogonForReport(ReportDocument reportDocument)
    Tables tables = reportDocument.Database.Tables;
    connectionInfo.ServerName = "server"; //ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBServer"];
    connectionInfo.UserID = "user"; //ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBUser"];
    connectionInfo.Password = "passwd"; //XsiteWinRpt.ConnUtil.GetOnlyPasswordOfConnString(); //ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBPassword"];
    //foreach (CrystalDecisions.Shared.IConnectionInfo connection in reportDocument.DataSourceConnections)
    // connection.SetConnection(ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBServer"], "", ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBUser"], ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBPassword"]);
    // connection.SetLogon(ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBUser"], ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["DBPassword"]);
    foreach (CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.Table table in tables)
    TableLogOnInfo tableLogonInfo = table.LogOnInfo;
    tableLogonInfo.ConnectionInfo = connectionInfo;
    table.ApplyLogOnInfo(tableLogonInfo);
    //reportDocument.Database.Tables[0].ApplyLogOnInfo(tableLogonInfo);

    Attaching full code ... Our case is the RPT files are stored wih default parameters and saved data. We need to let users just refresh the rpt files with latest db data and overwrite with the same rpt files. But this code keep showing The application server failed mesg. when the refresh icon of viewer is clicked.
    Attaching the code as it is not properly attached in my previous reply ...

  • Issues after upgrading to SP2 mm: Blank page first page.

    Hello, ever since upgrading to mm sp2 on .net 2008 I been having an issue.  I created a new project and everything done by the books.  When I run the report through the browser everything initially seems normal, it asks for input parameters then login info.  When the report is ready to be displayed, the page is blank but has all the Crystal toolbars and such.  If i were to perform an action like hit the zoom button, the report will magically be displayed!  It seems the viewer has an issue initially rendering the report until I hit something on the toolbar like the zoom button.  I just zoom in 100% and the report displays!  Anyone have this issue and know how to resolve it?
    If I were to export this blank page to PDF, the report will be displayed on the PDF correctly.  just strange.
    Thanks in advanace.

    Copy the CrytalReportViewers12 folder from your development computer to the \aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727 in the IIS default website.
    If you are using ReportRefresh, comment that out.
    Try a different Browser like Firefox.
    Are you browsing from the work station or from the Server? Can you try it from the Server?
    Try a new test app. Run a saved data report (Crviewer1.reportsource). Do not use sessions or postbacks. Does this test app work?

    I have included the path in both:
    GroupTreeImagesFolderUrl="/aspnet_client/System_Web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115/images/tree/"  ToolbarImagesFolderUrl="/aspnet_client/System_Web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115/images/toolbar/" DisplayBottomToolbar="False" HasCrystalLogo="False"  />

    Yes, that is good info. I am still not sure if you are using custom or default websites(?).
    On your development computer, open IIS (Start | Run -> Inetmgr). Is your application installed under default websites or under a custom web site?
    I suspect you are using custom web site and the aspnet_client folder and it's subfolders are not included under the custom website. E.g.; default web site will use files from c:inetpubwwrootaspnet_client. Ensure that the aspnet_client folder and it's subfolders are copied under the custom website. Also, have a look at [this|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50aa68c0-82dd-2b10-42bf-e5502b45cd3a] article. It explains the aspnet_client folder and it's subfolders in some detail.
