Location of Project deployed in Enterprise server

Hi,
Where can I find the details of project deployed in OBPM EnterpriseJ2EE server?? (For Standalone, I was able to locate the details of project under weblogic domains folder)
Kindly let me know the details.
Thanks and Regards,
Charan

In this situation what you can do is have a control table that manages this.
in this table there is a row that has a status of ready, or processing. When the status is processing then don't process, when ready start processing.
The first job of the BPEL process is to set the status to processing, when complete set to ready. It aslo means that you have to set some timeout periods so if the process is taking too long it will fail and reset the status, this can be done with pick activities. Also have error handlers in the process fails it will reset.
cheers

  • Issue with Deploying and calling a BPEL process on ALBPM enterprise server

    Hi,
    I am trying to put in place a POC using Aqualogic BEA products (using ALBPM 5.7, Enterprise Server 5.7, ALSB 2.6, Weblogic App server 9.2). My goal is to put in place a simple BPEL process (using ALBPM) which would call a webservice exposed through ALSB. This BPEL process is initiated by a wrapper BPMN process calling the BPEL process through fuego code.
    Though we are able to do the above on a standalone ALBPM studio, When we try to deploy the exported BPM project on the enterprise server and access it through the hiper workspace portal we are getting the following error in the BPM Process Administrator Log of the Engine.

    Two things here that might help to understand the problem better :
    1) As I understand the error is due to some issue while calling the BPEL process from the Fuego code.
    The Fuego code which call's the BPEL from the BPMN process is as follows :
    helloResponse as String = "someoutput"
    helloRequest as String = "someinput"
    sessionid as String
    // Starting a Session.
    // In case you are testing this in the Studio,
    // the password must be the same as the user
    startSession BPELWSDL.ProcessServiceListenerWSDL.ProcessService
    using user = "test",
    password = "test"
    returning sessionid = result
    // createTest is the name of the operation
    // in the exposed process.
    // In this case the process "ExposedProcess"
    // has a web service operation
    // called "createTest" that is a "Process Creation" type
    // and uses the Begin activity's argument set
    callHello BPELWSDL.ProcessServiceListenerWSDL.ProcessService
    using sessionId = sessionid,
    arg1 = helloRequest
    returning helloResponse = result
    // Closing the session
    discardSession BPELWSDL.ProcessServiceListenerWSDL.ProcessService
    using sessionId = sessionid
    display "The BPEL's response : " + helloResponse
    2) Further, I had catalogued the BPEL's wsdl to the location http://localhost:9000/fuegoServices/ws/ProcessServiceListener?WSDL while running the same in Studio, but while deploying on the enterprise server , I made this point to http://localhost:7001/fuegoServices/ws/ProcessServiceListener?WSDL Is this correct ?
    Any thought on this issue would be appreciated.
    Regards
    Deepak

    Hi Deepak,
    We are also facing a similar problem, while accessing an external webservice from a BPM process.
    Were you able to resolve this issue.
    If so, Could you please let us know the procedure that you followed to resolve the issue.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Krishnaveni.

  • Migrate a project from BPM Studio to enterprise server

    Hi
    can anyone can help me and explain me how to migrate or deploy a project from BPM studio to the BPM enterprise server????????
    thanks

    From studio, right click on the project, and go to export. This will give you a .exp file which contains all the information relating to the project.
    Assuming you have correctly installed Enterprise, just open up the process administrator, go to projects, select deploy, and browse to the location of your .exp file.
    Its that easy!

    In JDev 9.0.2, to deploy to the full 9iAS server (instead of just Oracle9iAS Containers for J2EE [OC4J]), you have to use Enterprise Manager or DCM to deploy your application.
    In JDev 9.0.3 Preview, there is a way to have JDev perform a deployment via DCM for you, if you install a DCM Servlet into 9iAS that comes with JDeveloper.
    By JDev 9.0.3 Production, if you also use Oracle9iAS 9.0.3 Production, it should be possible to deploy to iAS 9.0.3 out-of-the-box.

  • How to deploy different projects to one application server?

    I just move to Weblogic from SOA Suite. This might be a stupid question.
    I install Weblogic Service Bus, Jdeveloper 11g, and Weblogic portal.
    If I do projects in Service Bus, Jdeveloper 11g, and Protal at the same time, should I start 3 servers?
    Can I just start one server and deploy all projects to it?
    For example, I create several ADF projects in Jdeveloper 11g and deploy them to the Weblogic server.
    However, I want to integrate these ADF project using weblogic Service Bus.
    How can I do this?
    Sincerely

    When I refer to applications deployed to the same server having "conflicts", I refer to the fact that you're deploying multiple allegedly independent applications to the same Java virtual machine. The JEE specification and WebLogic's implementation come pretty close to isolating those separate applications, but it's impossible to completely isolate them. One obvious potential conflict is the "context root" of web applcations. If two web applications are deployed to a server that have the same context root, then that is a clear conflict. Only one of the applications will be initiated with a reference to the context root URL.
    By context root, in a URL like "http://somewhere.com/myurl", the string "myurl" is the context root. Only one deployed web application can use that context root, as it would be impossible to tell which application is intended, otherwise.

  • Error while deploying to remote server

    Hi,
    I'm trying to deploy an application from Java Studio Creator2 (running in my home office) to a Java System Applicatio Server PE 8.2 (running in our company). The server is behind a NAT router an has a private IP address on the company LAN (10.0.0.0 network). The ports 4848, 8080 and 8181 are open and directed to the server and I can connect using a web browser.
    I can also register the server in JSC2 as a remote deployment server and that little green arrow shows up imediately (I can see/change settings, ...). If I start to deploy an application to this server it fails. JSC2 and the server start talking to each other but after a few minutes I get a timeout error. This is the output in the JSC console:
    Building jar: /export/home/tim/Documents/source/Creator/Projects/Test/dist/Test.war
    Deleting directory /export/home/tim/Documents/source/Creator/Projects/Test/dist/tmp
    dist:
    run-deploy:
    Distributing /export/home/tim/Documents/source/Creator/Projects/Test/dist/Test.war to [ni000g02:4848_server]
    Start registering the project's server resources
    Finished registering server resources
    Deployment error: Deployment timed out after 240 seconds.. See the server log file for details.
    Exception=Deployment error: Deployment timed out after 240 seconds.. See the server log file for details.
    Deployment error: Deployment timed out after 240 seconds.. See the server log file for details.
    The Application is on the server but it's disabled and theres no automatic test (starting the browser, calling the page). This only works once. After I removed the crippled app from the server, I can't redeploy it.
    Maybe the problem is the server being behind a NAT router?
    Any help is appreciated!

  • Adding an External Resource - ALBPM Enterprise Server V 6.0

    Hi ,
    In our BPM application, we are consuming an external webservice. In BPM studio, when we tested the application, It was working fine.
    But when we deployed our application in Enterprise server, We are facing issues while invoking the external web service.
    We are getting the following exception in the logs of Enterprise Server.
    A component failed while executing activity '/LocateTerminal#Default-1.0/ComponentExecution[fetchlocation]' (BP-method fetchlocation) over instance '/LocateTerminal#Default-1.0/82/0'.
    Details:
    The method 'CIL_fetchlocation' from class 'bea.LocateTerminal.Default_1_0.Instance' could not be successfully executed.
    Caused by: The configuration name [null] and type [Web Service] is not defined.
    Detail:The connector must be configured in the appropiate context.
    fuego.lang.ComponentExecutionException: The method 'CIL_fetchlocation' from class 'bea.LocateTerminal.Default_1_0.Instance' could not be successfully executed.

    Can you please tell me , to how to configure an external webservice in Enterprise Server.
    please help me in resolving this issue.
    Thanks,
    Krishnaveni.

    Hi,
    There is nothing to do with the versioning. There is a problem with the tool (Configuration Wizard).
    This is how the problem was solved,
    After creating the Directory Service start and login to the Process Admininstrator,
    ALBPM web console-> Organizational settings->Export->Views, export the views.xml and check for any invalid characters.
    After removing the invalid characters save the xml and import the modified views.xml to the same location.
    This should solve the problem.
    Thanks,
    Krina

  • Location of the Deployment Directory for embedded OC4J

    Hi,
    Apologies first off if this is a tres thick question. I am developing an application in J2EE using JDeveloper 9.0.3 and the embedded 0C4J server as my app server. I am wanting to use JProbe to profile my code. It asks for the location of the deployment directory. I've had a look on the internet and can't for the life of me see where the compiled/packege files are deployed to.
    Does this directory exist and if so, whereabout's is it?
    Thanks for your help (sorry if I'm being stupid).

    The deployment directory in which the OC4J embedded server applications are deployed is

    I am deploying WebLogicFusionDemo. I using Jdev 11.1.1.4 and SOA Suite 11.1.1.4 to deploy Supplemental Instructions for Running Fusion Order Demo for Oracle SOA Suite
    11g Release 1 (11.1.1.4.0)
    However, in the step of running "build.xml -> server-setup-seed-deploy-test" (compile-deploy-all), I get error as follow:
    Buildfile: E:\Jdev_SOA_Workspace\FusionOrderDemo_R1PS3\CompositeServices\bin\build.xml
    [echo] Ant: Apache Ant version 1.7.1 compiled on June 27 2008 Java: 1.6

    It seems you have not set property "soa.server.oracle.home" in bin/build.properties correctly. Clemens has mentioned the resolution here (see the first one) -
    http://blogs.oracle.com/soabpm/2009/11/fusion_order_demo_-tipstrick.html
    This happens because the ExternalSupplierEjb has a dependency on a shared library that get's deployed earlier - and in this case case could not be deployed. The key is to get "soa.server.oracle.home" in bin/build.properties right.
    In my case this property points to "/scratch/cutschig/fmwhome/AS11gR1SOA". In a sibling directory of AS11gR1SOA you should find the wlserver_10.3 directory (in my case /scratch/cutschig/fmwhome/wlserver_10.3)Regards,

  • Adobe Connect Enterprise Server 6 doesn't work on Firefox and Chrome

    Hi everyone,  we are using adobe connect enterprise server 6 recently the layout on Chrome and Firefox looks horrible but it works fine on IE, i have attach a photo of how it look on Firefox, any suggestion what the problem might be, thanks in advance.
    When we get this when we login:
    function showContentWithNav(url, pres, session, cw, ch, noScale, scrollbar, toolbar, status, location, target) {
            if (target == undefined)
                target = "";
    no need for adding session in URL. could be misused or mistakenly sent by user to others.
    and then used to access to webapp by someone.
    -- REMOVING IT   --
    var w, h, l, t;
    if (pres) {
    w = 0.96 * screen.width;
    h = 0.76 * screen.height;
    l = (screen.width - w) / 2;
    t = (screen.height - h) / 2;
    } else if (noScale) {
    w = cw;
    h = ch;
    l = (screen.width - w) / 2;
    t = (screen.height - h) / 2;
    } else {
    if (cw > 0 && ch > 0) {
    if (cw <= screen.width) {
    w = cw;
    h = w * ch /cw;
    if (h > screen.height) {
    h = screen.height;
    w = h * cw / ch;
    } else {
    w = 0.4 * screen.width;
    h = 0.3 * screen.height;
    l = (screen.width - w) / 2;
    t = (screen.height - h) / 2;
    var options = "toolbar=" + toolbar + ",status=" + status + ",location=" + location + ",resizable=1,left=" + l + ",top=" + t + ",width=" + w + ",height=" + h;
    if (scrollbar==false)
    options += ",scrollbars=no";
    else
    options += ",scrollbars=yes";
    var win = open(url, target, options);
         * Default showContent window, which displays popup w/ no navigation.
        function showContent(url, pres, session, cw, ch, noScale, scrollbar, target) {
          var toolbar = 0;
    var status = 0;
    var location = 0;
    showContentWithNav(url, pres, session, cw, ch, noScale, scrollbar, toolbar, status, location, target);

    I opened a new Flex project and then tried again. I finally found that it's not a problem of flash but div rendering.
    It seems Firefox and Chorme don't pass mouse wheel event automatically if div layout is set to "absolute".
    Although this is not a Flex issue, any idea of passing that event to flash will be appriciated. I haven't find a way to do it so far :-(
    What I'm doing is editing the "index.tamplate.html" to test. I added a div to contain the div of "flashContent" and set it's style to:
        position: absolute;
        top: 150px; left: 150px;
        height: 250px; width: 250px;
        z-index: 10;
    Another div's z-index is set to 1 to test the overlay effect.
    The reason why I added a div to contain the original div of flash, is I cannot figure out a way to effectively edit the CSS of the "flashContent" div.
    Any help will be thankful!!

  • Get MDB to subscribe to JMS topic deployed on different server instance

    Can you do this?
    I have 2 servers.
    I want to Have the MDB deployed to one server subscribe to the JMS topic deployed on the second server.
    This seems like it should be possible. Is it?

    Hi, I have the similar situation.
    On the OC4J1 I have topic (jms/MojTopic) and factory (jms/MojTopicFactory), and my client (on the same OC4J) send some messages on that topic.
    I used this solution because the client can always send messages, regardless of network failure...
    On the OC4J2 I have MDB that is setup like this (orion-ejb-jar.xml):
    <?xml version = '1.0' encoding = 'UTF-8'?>
    <orion-ejb-jar>
    <enterprise-beans>
    <message-driven-deployment name="LogBean"
    destination-location="jms/MojTopic"
    connection-factory-location="jms/MojTopicFactory">
    </message-driven-deployment>
    </enterprise-beans>
    </orion-ejb-jar>
    I configured jms/MojTopicFactory to the host of OC4J1, but still don't understand why I have to set up jms/MojTopic?
    Ok, this way I can send messages to OC4J1 and OC4J2 pick up that messages, BUT, when I disconnect OC4J2 from the network I get the following error (application.log from OC4J2):
    06/12/27 11:48:35.171 10.1.3.1.0 Started

    When I connect OC4J2 again, the MDB doesn't pick up those messages, so my mission of 100% sure sending of messages fails :(
    Any help?

  • Interesting! JDeveloper deploy to remote server uses HTTP POST

    The documentation clearly mentions that the bpelc ant task only deploys to local server using a file copy. I was wondering how JDeveloper is able to deploy to remote servers. Turns out is just does a HTTP POST of multipart/form-data to upload the BPEL suitcase jar file. Given below is the trace of the POST. Of course, it is all proprietary for now and is not documented. Maybe Oracle can wrap this as a custom ant task?

    If anyone is interested, I've created a custom ant taks to leverage this HTTP post for deploying the BPEL suitcase jar to remote servers. We didn't want to use FTP, as we'd have to change permissions on the files.
    To do this, I've leveraged the oracle.tip.pc.infra.deploy.DeployRemote class. You just have to pass it the path the the jar, server url (http://host:port/deploy/deployProcess.jsp), domain, and password.
    This seems to work fine for us.
