Lock Condition for posting

Hello
We have a requirement to lock certain conditions in a contract for posting.
The workaround is to take note of such conditions in a contract and exclude the same while running the RERAPP but this is not feasible in our current scenario as billing team is different from accounting team.
Number of contracts are also huge (about 40000+). Billing team liaise with tenant and if there are any issues, would like to block the condition for posting. Accounting team will run RERAPP without this knowledge and if the lock option is activated, then this condition will not get posted.
Similarly we have an additional requirement that retroactive adjustments (follow on cash flow) should be posted separately in RERAPP. Now in this case, flow type is the only differentiating factor because due date of retro adjustment may be same as of regular cash flow item.

If you just only want to prevent/restrict certain conditions of contract posting activity
(RERAPP),you simply consider about this method as below ;
1) You can define the RE Authorization Object for the restrict activity of certain
      condition in the Accounting team role.
      -   Authorization Object : F_RECD_CN
      -   Activity : 02 (Change)
      -   Condition Type : Except for the certain conditions.
      but this method can not be suitable, when account team try to run RERAPP
      with check the "Do Not Update Conditions" option.
    So, you can consider the easiest way by applying the "Enhancements"
   2) Apply the Enhancements for Periodic Posting.
        - Enhancement Spot : BADI_RE_RA_CA
        - BADI : BADI_RERA_POSTING_PARAM
          (Periodic Posting: Restrict Selection of Cash Flow Records)
        - Method : SUPPRESS_CF_ITEM
        - Example : you can defined your own customer-specific parameters such as
                   "Check the Certain Condition & User role/department for suppressing"
but how about this..,when you design the lease account management process,
it seem better to rebuild the contract creation and contract posting process bwtween
contract management team and account team ahead of the technical processing.

New vprs condition for posting COPA according to item category

My client has a requirement of posting in COPA according to item category, for example ,i have two items in the billing one is with normal item ctegory (TAN) and other is (TANN),They want the postings should be different for both the item categories in COPA so that they can show the free items VPRS cost should be booked in other expenses(TANN).
I tried by adding another condition type like ZPRS and made a routine but system is working in the order and at the time of billing system is not working

Hi!! Sriram Kiran,
I would rather suggest a different method.
Please make the following changes.
1) In the detail screen of your item category TANN, in the section of 'Business Data' for the field Pricing the value entered should be 'B'.
2) Next insert condition type R100 in your pricing procedure and insert the requirement for the condition type R100 as 55.
this way pricing is applied to the product with category TANN but is with 100% discount and the cost VPRS is transferred for COPA.
According to me no need to create a new condition type for cost of the free item.

Iphone 6 plus Notification in landscpe mode when phone is locked condition

I have iphone 6 plus iphone. When I keep phone in landscpe mode in locked condition; I want to see notification in landscpae mode for application like email,phone, messege etc. which I have enabled in notofication centre.
I observed all notification in lock mode comes in portrait orintation.Is this possible.

For me, it was as simple as that lock button, which I'd not noticed before, but yes, a hard restart usually fixes most issues. I did a restart first, so it spooked me when even that didn't work; which is why I posted.
I've also downloaded 8.2 and feel that it has fixed a few bugs I'd noticed. love the phone too. My case finally came, it's the Griffin Reveal; picked it up from that big online retailer.
The Plus has had some tough press for some reason, but I love it!

How to set the conditions for item deletion approval workflow?

I have created approval workflow for item modifications ie, when user try to modify an item, it will send a mail to Project Manager. For that I set the conditions in Change the behavior of the overall task: 1. When the task process starts 2 . When the task
process completes .
Change the behavior of the single task: 1.when a task is Pending.

My Requirement is that I want to set this same workflow for the scenario: when the user deletes an item it will send a mail (intimation mail for item deletion) to Project Manager. here i dont want to send modification mails when user deletes an item.
When user modifies an item: 1. intimation mail, 2. Approve/Reject mail 3. intimation for approval / rejection mail.
When user deletes an item: 1. intimation mail.
How can we set it in one approval workflow?? where i have to set the condition for sending either item modification mails or deletion mail.

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to start approval workflow when item deleted.
You should first make some changes to trigger the workflow when you delete the item.
You can use the Event Receiver to achieve it.
In order to trigger workflow on item delete you need to create event receivers and from event receiver call the workflow already attached with list.

Trouble with iCal. It locks up for minutes at a time.

The next time you have the problem, note the exact times when it starts and ends: hour, minute, second.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Scroll back in the log to the time you noted above. Post any messages timestamped during that interval – the text, please, not a screenshot.
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into a message.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Edit it out by search-and-replace in a text editor before posting.

Your friend may have placed the ipod next to an object that repeatedly pressed the screen. Under certain circumstances this can lead to what appears to the iTouch to be failed attempts to access the system. After repeated failed attempts, the Touch increases the waiting time required for the password and may ultimately lock in the way you describe.

MM Pricing procedure - Condition type post to different GL account in MAP

We have a requirement for posting intercompany Stock transfer between Company A and B, and the transfer price will be Moving Average Price (say $ 100) + Mark up (say 25% i.e., 25) of supplying plant.
Created a new PO pricing procedure, and created a new Accrual condition type ZMRK for markup and made it statistical posting. Also in the pricing procedure the Condition type we assigned an Account key ZM1 and Accrual Key ZMA. we tried posting the Goods receipts in the receiving Company B, and it is posting the following entry :
Invetory A/C DR 125 (note: Account key ZM1 was not considered for debit account for markup)
GR/IR A/C CR 100
Markup Accrual A/C CR 25
REQUIREMENT: Our requirement is that the Mark-UP condition should not hit Inventory Account and should be debited to I/C Mark Up account (assigned to Account key ZM1) and entry should be as below:
Inventory A/C DR 100
Markup A/C DR 25
GR/IR A/C CR 125 (accrual is not required, if we can include the markup into GR/IR account)
OR
Inventory A/C DR 100
Markup A/C DR 25
GR/IR A/C CR 100
Markup Accrual A/C CR 25
NOTE: The Material is maintained as Moving Average Price and we dont want to add the Mark Up cost into the MAP of the receiving plant.
Please check and let me know if there is a way to do a condition type in PO pricing procedure to solve the issue of not hitting the inventory posting for condition record or any other way to handle this requirement.

Pricing condition for Taxes in R/3 not being calculated.

We have SRM4.0 in classic mode with R/3 4.6C. In SRM we configured Tax calculation is in R/3. When creating the shopping cart, EBP calls R/3 via RFC for the Tax % and displays the tax information in the cart successfully. The cart is saved and the completed PO is created in R/3. However, our pricing condition for tax, at Pur.Org/Material group in R/3 does not get calculated - so in the item condition screen, no tax is calculated. If i go into the change PO and in Item conditions/Update, (G-Copy Pricing and Redetermine taxes) then it is OK (but this is not ideal). When i do an RFC trace, using RSRFCTRC, i can see my Pur Org, Material Group and Tax code all being passed to R/3. Also, when i do a manual SE37 test on funct.mod. BAPI_PO_CREATE, it does calculate tax correctly - i am stuck - any help appreciated. rgs Adam

My iPhone has crashed during a sync and now I can't restore from backup as it is asking for password to load the backup yet neither the lock code for the phone or my iTunes Password are working... I have no other password to call upon and need the restore to retrieve info onto my phone, I am a real novice to this...... please help, !!!!

If anyone else is looking for a solution to this same problem, I was able to get it working looking through several older discussions.
The solution was to use the password that I had on my iTunes account the very first time I set up the iPhone about a year ago. I changed my iTunes password about 10 months ago; but apparently, the backups continue to use the password that existed when the phone was first set up.
A couple of troubling things with this are that 1) I didn't apply a password when I did the backup this afternoon so I don't understand why it was required when I did the restore a few hours later. and 2) it makes zero sense why iTunes would not be smart enough to use the current accout password when requiring the password to restore from a backup made with no password.
I thought iTunes and Apple were smarter than that. With so many posts stating exactly the same problem, it is clear that this is bug in the software.

Go to FS00 and top right side of the screen you will find lock to lock/unlock. If you click you will find the following
1. Blocked for Creation
2. Blocked for Posting
3. Blocked for Planning
You untick the Blocked for Postind and try.

CORUAWFP "An application for posting goods movements is already active"

Hi Experts,
We have a strange message- we don't get it why this happnes so often.
In our system, production order confirmatins are done vai BAPI (BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT) and we are executing CO1P (CORUAWFP) every 10 minutes in order to avoid "Intended Goods Movements (GRs are suspendded, because of Lock sutuation)" .
The problem is when CO1P(CORUAWFP)) is kicked, sometimes a strange message is displayed ,"An application for posting goods movements is already active" , and the job ends abnormaly. We are sure we don't run CO1P (CORUAWFP) in parallel.
Why this situation happnens?

The message simply means there are 2 or more programs being executed simultaneously accessing the same set of data & hence a locking occurs or the table lock is not getting released within time so that the next program can get a lock.
Get in touch with your system admin & ask them to monitor & let you know which programs are locking. Once you have that info, you can then change the schedule of the programs to prevent locking.

Priniting conditions for labels Help

I have maintained printing conditions for output type WEE1 in mn22 with no output device selected in communication methods.
I have maintained printer determination in OMJ3 for WEE1 per plant and storage determination.
When I post a goods receipt output type WEE1 is generated, I am prompted to select a printer but nothing gets printed.
The same occurs in MB90, I am prompted to select my printer but no printout occurs.

Locks list for a user session

Hello,
Is there a function module or class/method which will give me the list of all locks of a user in the current session and not across all sessions (like transaction SM12). Function modules like ENQUE_READ and ENQUE_READ2 provides the lock list for a user across all sessions but not in the seesion in which the FM is being executed.
Please let me know if you have any information in this regard.
