I am wondering what would be the best approach in Java to create a program that will lock users out after a certain amount of time. Thanks for your time.

What do you mean by lock users out?
If you want the program to exit after a certain length of time, just create a timer that executes after a certain time.

What do you exactly mean by locking the T-COde.
Do you want that the other person should not be able to see the changes you have made. Then you can use your code in the Condition for "SY-UNAME = your user id".
Or do you want that the other person should not made the change. Then you need not worry because the User Exit does not have multiple instances.

Then you never know what did get changed or not until you wade thru every possible one.
And you cant just redo change the folder name, cuz the folder name did change.

I am unable to open my Photoshop program after installing the entire Creative Suite: Premium Production 6. All other programs work, but with Photoshop it says that the program is "locked or in use by another user". I need this fixed immediately.

TS1702 Is there a way to lock out or restore original settings on an iPad used in a school lab setting. We need something like the program cornerstone, which will allow the iPad to revert back to its original setup.

We setup iPads for a mobile lab and students change the settings or set up a pass code on the iPad. Is there a way to lock the settings folder or an app to revert any changes back to the original set up like the program cornerstone (for a pc)?

Did You ever use - iPhoto ?
Did You may be direct iPhoto to a different Photo Library
As iMovie tries to find the appropriate photo library - it can get lost if iPhoto direct it into a Library on a not connected external hard disk or to a strange location - And iMovie HANGS.
Do - When no other program is running that might interfere
• Start iPhoto - BUT NOW KEEP alt-key (option key) DOWN during the full Start-Up process
• Now iPhoto let's You select Photo Library
• Select the one in Your Account / Home folder / Pictures ! !
• Then iPhoto should start up OK
• Now Quit iPhoto
• START iMovie
Does it still hangs - then I would suspect - iMovie Pref. file
If it Run's OK - Then HURRAY !

I have attached a primitive example, it should give you some idea, maybe it helps. Of course i put it together quick, so the style is not nice
The password is a string, visible on the block diagram, so password protect the block diagram via the "VI properties". Also, change the "Window appearance" to custom, where the closing "cross" is disabled ("Allow user to close window"), and you also hide the abort/pause buttons...
Of course if you build an exe, the story is different...
These steps should give a minimal protection against children and evil colleagues

Sometimes a restart can fix this issue, but sometimes you have to fix the iTunes Library.itl file.
Try quitting iTunes, renaming the itunes file "iTunes Library.itl" to "iTunes Library Old.itl"
then open itunes again
This should generate a new library file.
From this point you can try two different avenues.
1. Re-add everything to your library by going to the iTunes file menu, and selecting "add to library"
2. You can try deleting the iTunes Library.itl you created, changing the name of the old file back to iTunes Library.itl
I hope this helps. I did something like this a while back and it worked for me.

Update the expiry date of dunning lock in program

I have requirement where I want to update dunning lock expiry date to today's date in the program. Does anybody have idea about FM or BAPI for that.
I have actually used FKK_S_LOCK_DELETE but here i dont want to delete it directly. I have checked other FMs in function group FKLOCK but couldn't find any suitable.

Hi Murtuza,
You can use function module BAPI_ISUACCOUNT_CHANGE.
Pass dunning lock details in parameter TCTRACLOCKDETAIL. This function module only create and delete locks.
So, you need to pass existing lock details (from table DFKKLOCKS) with PROCESSING_MODE = 04 (delete) and append another value with changed expiry date with PROCESSING_MODE = 01 (Create).
This will also help in maintain lock history too.

I am encountering an issue, the standard program RCCLTRAN which read production order and create idocs are locking the changes made in APO. The message specifies: "Changes to Order 1XXXX are not transferred".
May I know if there is a User Exit that could be implemented that will not affect the planning activities of the planners when the program is running simultaneously?

I am not familiar with the program that you mentioned.
However I think it should still be possible to give some guidance if you can share the following information:
1) Using RCCLTRAN, where do you send the Idocs to?
2) The error that you mentioned - Is it appearing in APO or is it appearing in R/3 when this program RCCLTRAN is running in R/3, and some planners are sending planned orders from APO?
PS: In standard SAP, it's not possible that 2 users make changes simultaneously to the same document, and this is not advisable also. So I hope you are not requesting for this.

Since I upgraded iphoto, the program shuts down. It loads for 2 minutes then just closes. Ihave sent reports in and updated the program but it has been so frustrating. I can't use iPhoto at all and can't even get at photos without it locking up. Help?

Since I upgraded to iphoto 11, I have not be able to access my photos without the program locking up, not respondiong, and shutting down. iphoto has went into repair on its own, but still shuts down. I have sent in reports each time, but have not figured out the problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

You can't delete it. You bought a used iPhone, and there is absolutely nothing you can do to aside from asking the previous owner to remove the phone from Find my iPhone. If you cannot contact them, you won't be able to use the phone at all.
