  • Error while Debugging MSA  'Creation of Login Object Failed'

    Dear Friends,
I am working on CRM Mobile Sales 5.0 SP 5.
I have setup my Mobile Client and Mobile Application Studion On the same machine.
I have perform the initial generation of the application from Mobile Repository server to my machine.
it gave me 6 errors and 12 warnings  and took about 4 hrs for generation.
Now when i tried to debug the generated application,
i get my login screen and once I enter username and password.
Error popups up stating "Creation of login object failed".
    and then another error
"Starting MPPFailed" (MPP is my project name).
Please suggest me how should i go about to debug the application solving the above errors.
    Awaiting Reply,
    Best Regards,
    Pratik Patel

Am not sure if you were able to resolve the issue but below are some points:
    a. I think the dlls sfabol and msa are not any more registerable, since they are more of VB.NET components and here assembly is registered and not the dll.
    b. For logging into the application just ensure that you have user id in table SMOUSER and the employee for that user in SMOMITABT table.
    c. If this is fine, then ensure that you have the latest BDOC metadata information on your laptop. I think in 5.0 also you need to use Clientconsole to download this information.
    d. If this is all okay, then try running SQL profiler and check if the query to the ides db is being executed by the framework. If the query is fired then it means application seems to behave properly but the query is not retrieving relevant details.
For further details feel free to contact me..
    thanks,

  • Exchange error at login: Collaboration Data Objects error '00000505'

    Hi,
Until recently, I haven't had any problems with the Exchange portlets. Suddenly, I get the following error and can no longer login. Would
you have any ideas on how to resolve this problem?
    Thanks,
    MC
    Collaboration Data Objects error '00000505'
You do not have permission to log on. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER(8004011D)]]

    You'll find more information here:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q195849
I don't know why the sudden error comes up. Did anything change in your configuration between when it was working and now?
As for a workaround, please see the PDK-March (now available) for a more up to date version of the Exchange portlets. This version should get around this error.

  • Creation of login object failed

    Hi all,
I've got a problem with the mobile client development.
We are using the mobile client for many years and we even develop a lot with it, but now i have a problem never seen.
After extending a bDoc and start testing the application, after the generation and login, system states "Creation of login object failed".
So i did a full generation. Result the same.
I debugged the ValidateLogin class and found out, that in the following statement is failing
           BOLOGIN = BusinessRootObject.BusinessFactory.LoadBusinessObject("LOGIN", determineUser)
BOLOGIN is Nothing at the end. I tried out to create the Object via        BOLOGIN = BusinessRootObject.BusinessFactory.CreateBusinessObject("LOGIN")
same result. Next i tried to create the BOACTIVITY and it failed as well. One day before everything was fine, even with changing business documents.
The error in the VB.ERR object says:
    -     err     {Microsoft.VisualBasic.ErrObject}     Microsoft.VisualBasic.ErrObject
Description     "In der Methode BusinessFactoryCore.LoadBusinessObject ist eine System-Exception aufgetreten"     String
         Erl     0     Integer
         HelpContext     0     Integer
         HelpFile     ""     String
         LastDllError     3     Integer
         Number     5     Integer
         Source     "MTBLLFW"     String
Can anybody please give a hint.
We are using CRM 5.0 SP7 and MSA SP7 on MS 2003 Server with local repository. DB is SQL2000.
Yesterday i was releasing a changelist and now its no longer working at all, what a mess.
    Thanks to all,
    Andreas Rose

    Hi Andreas,
The problem may be incorrect or corrupt ARSREP.DAT file.
The reason may be that the BDOCs are not synched from MAS. Once you sync this through MAS you will find the *.bdoc files at the location
mentioned under the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\SAP\MSA\MW\TL\BDocPath
Usually this would be default as C:\Program Files\SAP\Mobile\tpsfiles.
After this when you generate the BusinessLibrary the Arsrep.dat file
will have the *.bdocs incorporated in the Arsrep.dat file.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards, Gervase
ps. For synching the BDocs refer to SAP Note 942942

  • "Creation of login object failed" after MAS generation

    Hi everybody,
I am working on CRM Mobile Sales 5.0 SP6. I have performed the initial generation with the .NET Application Studio. It gave me 6 errors and some warnings. Now when I tried to logon my mobile client I 've got following error:
    "Creation of login object failed".
Visual Studio is installed on partition "C:\Program Files\" and Mobile Sales on "D:\SAP\"
Has someone any ideas? Thanks in advance,
    Mirko

    Hi Mirko!
In your app you're calling unknown data structures. While generating the "compiler" read the names and want to create the relevant structures but the necessary data to do this are missing. You have to start fist the client console doing a complete meta data generation. If this runs without error your generation inside the studio will succeed, too.
BTW: In your first posting you've written "D:SAP..." and in your last the error-message was "D:ProgrammeSAP..."...
    Perhaps different settings?
Do you have made already a successful generation with the actual installation?
    Good luck,
    Ingo

We have been facing this issue since the time the server was restarted after changing the admin password.
Please help us in resolving this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    Meera

So you changed the pwd for installation user of SAP BPC.
After you performed this change did you open Server Manager and go to Reset Credential link?
There you have to input the new pwd for installation user.
After that try to login again using BPC client.

  • RemoteObject and [Object Object] error

I received several user reports that they received [object object] error message on my site amecam.com. The error occured sometimes when username verification, registration or login. And I tested over and over and my site is working well.
    Any help?

This will be a javascript error rather than java.
View source on the generated page.
Look at line 31, char2, and see if you can figure out what is wrong.
You might try saving the view source as a static html page, and fiddling with that manually until you can solve the javascript error, then making the changes to the jsp file.
    Good luck,

  • OSoftResSvrAdm.Handle Creat ActiveX Object Error at Admin Server

    Hi,
We are working on BPC 7.0NW. Recently we encountered the below error while we login to BPC for Admin. Earlier it was working fine. We didnt do any major configuration or changes to the system. Not sure why we are getting this error suddenly. Please suggest how we can resolve this error.
Error popup- 'OSoftResSvrAdm.Handle Creat ActiveX Object Error at Admin Server'
    thanks/regards,
    Lokesh Nandula

    Hi Lokesh,
Please try out the following option. Not sure whether it will work or not.
Go to Server manager on the app box.
delete the encryption key. (backup first if you like)
    re-create the encryption key
    register msolap90.dll on both servers
    I don't have the text for this handy. I think it's: regsvr32 "C:\xxx\xxx\xxxx\xxx\msolap90.dll"
Note: you must use the quotes!
    reboot the DB box
    reboot the App box
    or
To register the DLL Follow the below steps:
    1) From the Application server go to the run option in the start menu and enter the below command
    2) regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\system\ole db\msolap90.dll"
    3) Hit Enter
    4) You should get a confirmation that the Dll was registered
    Hope this helps.

  • "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error while running ssrs report locally

    Hi Folks,
I am a bit new to SSRS.
I am using ssrs 2012 and trying to use a method from a dll file. I am loaded the assembly file in reference of the report.
Now I am trying to use a static method from the Dll. e.g. applicationName.classname.MethodName()
But while running the report I am getting "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.
For a note I am trying execute the report locally.
Any help would be highly appreciable.

    Sorry for late reply Sinaloe..
I have added a dll file in my report reference. And in a textbox trying to execute this below.
    =Recall.Common.LocalizationEx.Localization.GetString(Parameters!Culture.Value, "RFID", "BICustomerPortal")
where Getstring() is a static method in the dll.
I guess some configuration setting I am missing here.
    1. I have copied these dlls in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies" and "C:\Windows\Assembly".

    Dear Friends
I m facing one error in MIRO can u guide me in that context.
well in MIRO i m postin Unplanned deliver cost.......and it is asking me assignment to this G/L for Cost center object..
ERROR: Account 40201070 requires an assignment to a CO object
..I have already assigned the Cost center for the G/l in OKB9 is there anything else has to be done
Actually we have 4 plants and 4 Business area i.e whenever i am doing any posting for BW01 -and Business Area BA01 My cost center BW01402 will get hit similarly for other plant and Business are Cost center has been assigned in OKB9 in Details per business Area,is it the right method or anything else has to be done.
Actually in OKB9 i have maintained that GL and in Detail per business area i have maintained cost center per business area
we have assigned the right Cost senter only i.e for different Plant and differenct business area we have asigned different cost center.
    Then y i m getting error i m not understanding..
Please guide me in this context.
Also i am trying other method of posting Freight (unplanned delviery cost ) as well as labour charge through ACTIVATING -"Activate Direct Posting to G/L Accounts and Material Accounts"
So that for particular G/L I can Debt or credit that account,in which will doing MIRO G/L Tab gets activated ,i m entering G/L and entering amount for freight and Labor is this the correct procedure.
    Regards
    shailesh

I have already assigned this G/L as primary cost element in FS00 and in OKB9 also Cost center is assigned as per Business Area as mentioned in the thread
i.e we have 4 plants and 4 business area so we assigned 4 cost centers to 4 business area, so whenver i m postin unplanned delivery cost for a particular plant then my GL should hit with proper cost center but still it is asking for CO OBJECT
    ERROR IS:
"Account 40201070 requires an assignment to a CO object"
If i maintained the default Cost center in FS00 in cost element then it doesnt give error but my requirement is that for a particular plant ,and business are only cost area assigned to it should hit
    Any other solutions.
    Thankz and regards

  • "Invalid Annotation Object" error

I'm using Windows XP Pro (SP3) on a 2.66 GHz, 2 GB RAM computer, and while working in an Adobe Acrobat 9 document, I had just saved the file (CTRL+S) and the document froze and I got a Windows error box that asked if I wanted to send an error report, which I did. When I opened Adobe again, it asked if I wanted to open the last file which didn't save correctly, which I did.
Then when I proceeded to work in the document and tried to highlight a sentence I was going to delete, I got an Adobe Acrobat popup box that said "Invalid Annotation Object. OK" but no matter how many times I clicked on "OK," the box kept popping up and wouldn't go away. I tried saving a copy of the document, but the same box was in it and wouldn't go away. I couldn't even work in the document to extract pages or anything else. Huge problem!
Does anyone know what can I do to resolve this problem? (This happened on a Saturday when Adobe phone support is not accessible.)

On 3/24/2015 same problems, after Adobe Acrobat 9 pro. crashed while I added text boxes.. When I opened Adobe again, Yes to open the last file which didn't save correctly, then "Invalid Annotation Object" errors on my .pdf file of 96 pages
    - first, I had to acknowledge/click the OK button until all " invalid annotation objects" error pop-up windows are gone
(for my file with 96 pages, i had to hit the OK button more than hundreds times - need patience)
    - then found out (later) that what I did turn out to be the same steps as following post by davidsdomingo in adobe.forums
davidsdomingo May 28, 2009 1:39 PM (in response to (Holger_Wulf))
Here is a technique for identifying all the pages that have invalid annotation objects on them:
    1. Document > Extract Pages ...
•Select the checkbox for "Extract Pages As Separate Files"
•Set the destination to a 'dedicated' folder that won't contain any other files -- that way, you can simply delete the folder when this process is done.
    •Click OK.
    2. During the extraction, click OK in all the message boxes that appear.
    3. After the extraction, look in the destination folder to see which pages are missing. Those are the pages that have invalid annotation objects.
From this point you can try to delete the objects, or simply delete and replace the pages, or implement a different solution. Hope this helps someone.
    - after extract the 96-pages file into individual files into a dedicated folder, only 95 got extracted and page 1 was not/can not be extracted.
    - I then combined the 95 good extracted pages into a new file name .pdf
    - then inserted a good page 1 without error (from the file that was saved previous day, prior to all the changes I made on the corrupted file), re work on page 1
    - delete the bad file.
    Hope this helps someone.

  • Adobe "Invalid annotation object" error

We recieve a specific error message on a few PDFs. Some from documents converted from 2007 Word and others out of Outlook 2007 through the PDF print function.  While moving the mouse over certain comments the users has placed on the document in the PDF format, Acrobat 9.9.3 throws this error. We've tried to delete the bad refs and other times have just started a new document, print to PDF while starting over.  Any ideas on why this is happining, what might be causing this and what we can do to reslove this problem.  I cannot seem to duplicate the problem a few see.  Any thoughts or solutions would be greatly appreciated. • How do I get connected to a server on my network via an IP address?  When I try to open in a URL and login as a registered user with proper login it errors out saying there was a problem with connecting to the server?

I am new to Mac...How do I get connected to a server on my network via a hyper link IP address path?  When I try to open in a URL and login as a registered user with proper login it errors out saying there was a problem with connecting to the server?

Some of the following is going to use some technical terms — this area is inherently somewhat technical.
If you don't understand some part of the following reply, please ask.
Is this your own OS X Server system on your own network, or is this some other server within some larger organization?
You're posting this in the OS X Server forum, which is a software package that allows OS X systems to provide web-based and many other services; to become servers.
If it's your OS X Server on your network, then the network and DNS configurations are suspect, or the server is somehow malfunctioning or misconfigured.   This is unfortunately fairly common, as some folks do try to avoid setting up DNS services.
If it's a larger organization and somebody else is managing the server and the network, then you'll probably need to contact the IT folks for assistance; to learn the network setup and DNS requirements, and if there's a problem with the server itself.
The basic web URL "hyper link IP address path" — without using DNS — usually looks something the following, where you'll need to replace 10.20.30.40 with the IP address of your server:
    http://10.20.30.40
UptimeJeff has posted a URL that specifies the AFP file system; an OS X file share.  That's used if you're connecting to an Apple storage service somewhere on your network.  You might alternatively need to specify smb://10.20.30.40 or such, if it's a Windows file server.  (There can be additional requirements for connecting to Windows Server systems, too.)
If there's local IT staff available here, please contact them for assistance.  If these are your own local systems and your own local OS X Server system, then some information on the server will be needed.  (If you're on a NAT'd network, you'll also need to get DNS services configured and working on your local OS X Server system and your network — you'll not be able to skip this step and reference ISP DNS servers here — or things can and usually will get weird.)

    CA.F
CA.GThe FFP packages are fastformula packages that were invalidated after running the HRGLOBAL driver and will compile normally with adadmin
as for the remaining formulas they will not compile with adadmin for some reason, and you have to open each package and re-compile the packages it refferences even if they are valid.
reffer to Oracle document [ID 1065445.1] ENGFDECN ECO Form When Try to Tab out of Field ECO Number, get FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE_ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
despite that the solution in the doc id above talks only about ENGFDECN but it applies to all other packages. I've faced the same issue and now I have ZERO invalid packages, it will take sometime but it's worth a while.

  • After creating a contained database, getting a login failure error while trying to connect to it.

After creating a contained database and a user with passowrd under the same database, I tried connecting to the contained database. I entered the server name, login credentials and went to the connection properties tab to select the contained database using
<browse server> option under "connect to database". Here I get the login failure error.
    TITLE: Browse Server for Database
Failed to connect to server <servername>\<login>. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)
But when I manually enter the Database name instead of selecting from the <browse server> option the connection gets through.
Is this a Bug ? Has anyone else faced this error?

    Hello,
Is this a Bug ? Has anyone else faced this error?
It's not a bug, it's working as intended. Contained users don't have instance level permissions and cannot "login" to the instance (which is what the "browse" button is attempting). In order for it to work, the database name must be in the connection string
(which with the browse button, it will not be).
Welcome to contained users, they aren't for everyone.
