I need to create login user detail report. user login and log out details.
if any one know the answer please let me know.

If auditing is enabled (check Sign-On:Audit Level profile option), then you should be to get all login information from FND_LOGINS and FND_USER tables.

Login User Detail

Dear All,
I have 3 application server. I want the list all user login in all 3 application server.
SM04 is not helpful because its give user list of respective server only. But I want user list for all server.

Dear Nitesh,
You got to activate user trace for this:
Proceed as follows:
goto transaction code sm19.
give any name starting with z/y
sellect all the check box.
save and activate.
Now logout and again login.
Now goto transaction sm20.
give the user name,date,time and then execute(press F8)
you will be able to see what are tghe transactions a praticular user has accessed and also the terminal name from where it is accessed.
If you put * in the user list you will know all user user ID and tcodes accessed during a particular period.

User details on Portal login

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement when user logins immediately his details like name and his ip address have to be stored in log file of server.I have created a par file for fetching user details and updating the log file and added it in default framework page.
When i right click on iview and click preview the log file is getting updated but on logging into portal and on load of framework page log file is not getting updated..Please suggest.
Below is the code how am updating the log file..

Where does apex get user details from for login in

sorry for this stupid question. I have been looking up in google "where does apex get user details from for login in" and nothing answers my question. Basically I wanted to know when you log in your application how does apex know you have access to this application. How does it know you are a valid user because I am creating an application which basically checks if a user exist in one database and also checks if he/she exist in the second database.

In the page 101 which is the login in page in the login in process. I have this in the source its not working in term of it is not letting me login in anymore even though I exist in the user table.

How can I get all Login/Logout details of all SAP Users from SAP Server/Database of any one year? I am asking about SAP License User. Is their any Table or Report by which I can get these details? For example USR02(Logon Data) Table store the last login/logout details of SAP Users. So in same way is any table which store Users Login/Logout details through out a year or month.

You can find the transactions by a particular user from the transaction SM04.
SM04 gives you the details of the users logged in,terminals,transactions the user is working on, the time he has logged in,no of sessions user has opened, and the memory used by the user's programs... all of that w.r.t to the client we login. but we can't get info like date and number of times the user has logged in.
U can see tables:
USR01 User master record (runtime data)
USR02 Logon data
USR03 User address data
USR05 User Master Parameter ID
USR12 User master authorization values

Urgent : Get OS login user in the report

FACTS

AS 10g
Report 10g
PROBLEM
I implement a report where it generate a PDF output contain private employee Details and send it to his email
But I want to run this report in our internal web site,
Where user login by his ID to the network and then open the internal web site, where he can ask for his details by click a link that will open/call the report Directly
(without using a form to call that report ).
When report is called the connection to DB is done by a guest user which have a required roles to get the employee details.
NOW:
my report should get the login user to network ( Windows OS user ).
And base on it Query for his details and send it to his email.
Note that : Login user to network = his ID in D.B = email ID
And since the report is run in the AS (mid tire) then I can't get OS user login.
Is there a way that in the report it self I can get the OS login ID of the client. ???
Note:
I don't want to user Developer forms.
Where I can use the webutil to get user login ID of the Client and pass it to the report and run the Report.
My requirement is to run the report direct ( URL ).
Therefore :
Is there a way that in the report it self I can get the OS login ID of the client. ???
Or any idea can help in my issue/ case

i use it but since my report run in the AS (mid tire) then
it will return the user of AS not the Client OS user.

Update Request User Details with updateRegistrationUserDetails

I have the following scenario: The Self-Registration form is defined with the fields First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Manager Login. When the request is created, based on the Manager Login, the other user's attributes are set according to the Manager's Attributes. So when the manager goes to approve the request, most of the user information are already set. To update the User Details in the request, I can call the updateRegistrationUserDetails of Request API.
Problem: I can not update the fields other than those defined in the FormMetadata.Xml. So I have to add the fields and set them as optional but I don't want to show non required fields to the end-user. I wish to have those attributes as not visible in the self-request form. Then I can update the information using the API.
Question: How to add fields to the User Details of the request and not show them in the self-request form?

As I've said, I could not update the request fields that were not declared in the FormMetadata.xml. You can try set them as not visible but I am not sure the visibile attribute works for the SelfRegistration form. If it is not a problem, you can show the fields and set them as optional true. In my exaple, the SelfReg form has a manager employee code field.
Create an entity adapter and assign it to the Request object, pre-insert.
1) create two variables: requestKey, requestObjecAction, managerEmpCode (in my example)
2) test if the request object action is Create Entity.
3) call the method to update the request. below is my example:

I have SharePoint 2010 FBA site, and when user close there browser without logout button and if they enter same url in browser then it allow user to login on application which is security risk.

Hello electrazy,
This is not possible from within the IDK. The best you can get are the Extended Data properties that are associated with the user object in the Global Property Map. If you want to get user information like the authentication name and the login name, you'll have to use the Portal Server API or directly query the database.

Login user can be accessed by sy-uname directly. i think you are interested in finding bp's assigned to org unit of login user.
I am giving few details, check whichever is relevant for you.
To get the org unit of the login user ..
   s_logon_orgunit = CL_CRM_AUI_SERVICE=>get_logon_orgunit_of_agent( ).
To get all the bp's under that org unit
move-corresponding ls_logon_orgunit to ls_orgunit.
CALL METHOD CL_CRM_AUI_SERVICE=>GET_BP_DATA_FROM_ORG_UNIT
