Logitech z640 Live 5.1 Subwoofer stopped work

The title thread says it all pretty much. All of a sudden my subwoofer just stopped working. I have tried countless things (everything basic, driver un-installation, app un-installation etc...) and haven't fixed it. Any suggestions, im dieing here without my base!

The same thing happened to me. It happened about 4 months ago. I tried to troubleshoot it tonight, but with no luck. The four speakers work OK. There is some light static, but the sub woofer is definitely not functioning. It will work for about two minutes and then thats it. Any ideas?

Can anyone explain why all of my Spry Assets on a live website have stopped responding? I have checked that the Spry CSS and JS files are in place. Then checked the files on Dreamweavers live view and they are not working there either. It was fine a few weeks ago, it is almost as if the web browsers have stopped rending Spry, for example, the links for the collapsible panels are not even being recognised as links.
I am using 'old' spry assets on Dreamweaver CS4 (if that makes a difference). The Spry Assets used are Tabbed Panels and Collapsible Panels.

Something has been going on, when I look at the bottom of your document (as pasted below), this is normally all at the top after the links to external style sheets.

I-trigue 3600 subwoofer stopped working

One day when i turned on my computer I realised that sub doesnt work. I checked everything, volume (bass) control, but only speakers work. Do you have any idea whats going on and maybe I can do sth by myself with it ?

I have the same problem. One day I turned my computer on and the subwoofer failed to work, but my satellites are OK. A real pitty, because just a couple weeks out of warranty. Good speakers when they work, otherwise an awkward load for the trashman. I opened the thing up, thinking the warranty sucked anyway... and saw nothing apparent, everthing seemed connection alright and no burn marks or bad smells. It may be something more involved, so I am going to let this 40 Euro speak set go. *boohoo* and buy myself a boston acoustics set, which are better. I had a set that last 8 years and would have lasted more if I had taken them myself on a plane when I emigrated.
I suppose these days in electronics, it not worth sending it in for repair, chances you can buy a better system with the shipping, repair and tax you would pay to repair it, but if it lies in your heart, then thats your business. Otherwise these depreciative things, are not worth the time and sweat.
Here's to a speaker system that lasted only a year. *cheers*

Whilst happily using my Logitech Travel Bluetooth mouse, suddenly it stopped working, thinking it was a mouse problem, I first put a new battery in, but still not working. Had a look in the Bluetooth settings and it was still showing in there, at this point the computer was still in warranty. Later I tried to connect my mobile and that worked ok, so I was now convinced that it was the mouse. Rang the shop where I bought it, tough luck mate, we are not interested in helping you...thanks!
Some time later I got a chance to try the mouse on another computer, hey presto it worked fine....yippee maybe it will now work on mine...no such luck. So now I am thinking that there must be a problem with my laptop...and of course the warranty is now run out!
I have now deleted the Laser mouse in the Bluetooth settings, thinking being that maybe a new search and install could solve the issue, but now whilst it sees my phone it cannot connect to it and it does not even see the Laser mouse at all.
The driver version it is using is 5.0.2518 which is probably what came with the computer. As far as I know I have never updated it.
This all seems strange to me that one moment it is working and the next it is not...anyway is it worth trying to update the driver software> or am I barking up the wrong tree.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have now installed the latest bluetooth drivers, the only thing that has happened is that it can now connect to my mobile phone. the mouse is still a no goer.
All the drivers seem to be there and I took a note of the versions prior to the update, they have all been updated ok, there are no crosses against any item in the Device Manager.
Hmm hardware issue could be a bit difficult. But as it is now out of warranty maybe I will need to take it apart myself and see if I can find out the problem.
Must say that I am slightly disapointed to have this happen....I bought Toshiba cos from all accounts it is supposed to be the best out there, but next time I think it may be a different brand.

Subwoofer not working with THX cons

Ok here's my problems,
When I updated for the last drivers, my subwoofer stopped working when I calibrate my speaker. When I don't use this options, I can have a good sound. but when I turned in on I loose all my base. So when I play games, I don't have any loud sound on. It's becomming anoying. I've tried to uninstall and install it for 6 times, and have error from plvcore.plx or something like that, and got throught it. But now event if I uninstall physically the card. there's no way out I don't have any loudness when Calibrate the speaker.
I ran a speaker test from the speaker options and it worked (I didn't use my computer that test)
when I use my computer as soon as I have my calibrate settings I don't have my subwoofer working.
It's not the EAX redirection 'cause I used it and didn't notice a change when I jplay Games (CS) only when I listen to music.

Logitech dinovo edge stopped working

Hello, my Logitech dinovo edge wireless keyboard stopped working at one point in the last few days, when I use it, I can't get any response from the computer when I hit any keys or use the touchpad.
It used to work out of the box I just had to run the bluetooth, and it worked.

I was able to get mine listed in hcitool by using hid2hci. Use lsusb to get the device's hex ID (just running the command hid2hci worked as well since I only had one device). I was able to enable this behavior on start by setting HID2HCI_ENABLE and HIDD_ENABLE to true in /etc/rc.d/bluetooth and /etc/conf.d/bluetooth.

Well, in his defense, his parents bought him the player so I guess we can't blame him. Though the 6 GB versions were available in November so I guess they really did get 'nervous' about Christmas and like to get their shopping done early! Kudo's to you for trying to remain with the Creative line but for what you're looking for it's obviously not the player for you. Creative seems to be fine-tuning their line for the audio crowd. I'm into mp3 players for the audio. Sure, the ability to watch video's and look at pictures on a decent screen is a plus but for me at least, it's all about the music. And with music, 6 GB is more than enough. Heck, 8 GB would have been more than enough for me. I'm a subscriber to Napster-to-go, so I don't feel the need to carry 00 plus GB of stuff on my portable player. I honestly don't understand the desire to watch movies or TV shows on tiny little screens. But you're also talking to a guy who doesn't watch television. What a complete waste of time and brain cells. Probably the **competitor products we can't discuss here** or one of those players would better suit your needs. Companies are definately picking their niche markets carefully and Creative's decision to not offer hard dri've players any more seems to definately be saying bye-bye to that market. I can't say I blame them. Hard dri'ves eventually give up the ghost and are quite delicate for people on the go. Good ridance, I say. Let Apple, Zune and all the others cater to the Z generation's need to be spoonfed their video/TV addictions anywhere and everywhere. I'll pass. It's one thing to be able to enjoy some music on the go and enhance an otherwise dull work day or dri've. But movies/TV shows at work, school, or wherever? Please. Cut the cord! Just my $.02 - YMMV! Thank you for your query.
I understand that your Windows live photo acquisition manager has stopped working.
I am not sure if this will work but if you right click on it do you see an option to enable. If so click on it.
If not I suggest uninstalling it and then reinstalling the app.
The other option would be to contact MIcrosoft for assistance. ( 1-500-642-7676 )

Logitech Touchmouse app stopped working

My Logitech Touchmouse iPhone app has stopped working. When run from the iPhone, says Searching for Servers and never comes back. Entering IP address by hand says Cannot Connect. Turning off Firewall does not help. Server is running on my Mac. iOS 4 and 10.6.4 on an iMac. Was working before iOS 4 upgrade for sure.

Multi gesture and tap-to-click stopped working on Logitech touchpad

I have a Logitech TK820 that has been working great until I did a upgrade for about one week ago. Now multi gesture stopped working completely and also tap-to-click doesnt work.
Does anyone have any clue on what I can do to get it working again.

thanks for your reply. i haven't had time to deal with this issue since i wrote about it in october.
i found the 'properties' window for the touchpad mouse but there is no reset button. i continue to have this issue and it is becoming more frequent although i have not been able to identify what triggers the sudden shut down of the tap-to-click function.
but something new has cropped up: when the tap-to-click stops working, the next time i tap the touchpad, the pointer goes to the Start button! this happens every time. i don't know that anything is different?
any further pointers (forgive the pun) would be most welcome!

Logitech DiNovo Edge (non-mac version) suddenly stopped working on 17MBP5,2

I have a Mid 2009, 17" MacBook Pro 5,2 with Mac OS X 10.6.7.
Connected to the laptop I have a Dell 2709WFP via HDMI, a Logitech MX Revolution mouse and a Logitech DiNovo Edge.
Recently the keyboard would stop working after a reboot. I would have to disconnect the KB dongle and log into Mac OS X before reconnecting for it to work. Then it stopped working altogether no matter what I did. Unplug, plug it back in. Different USB ports, etc... I did not have the Logitech Control Center installed.
So I installed the latest Logitech Control Center. It recognizes the mouse, but not the keyboard. However the mousepad on the keyboard works. Just the keyboard itself does not.
So I put the KB dongle into my 13" Mid 2009 MBP5,5 (10.6.7) and it works perfectly. So I plug it into a Windows 7 PC, and it works perfectly. The battery is fully charged. The issue existed in both 10.6.6 & 10.6.7.
I've tried reconnecting and everything else. I'm at a loss. Totally confused.
I haven't installed any applications lately when the issue started.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

any idea what might went wrong.
trying to use sdbverify -repair_permissions , but not sure about the exact syntax to use.
and it is not related to timeout parameter, we tested with different timeout values, but still the same error.

you could check the sizing of the liveCache data.
* Report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG_SNP has checks of the SNP planning areas for superfluous objects.
* Delete old/temporary APO data.
* /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG report checked TS superfluous objects.
If you didn't create the planning versions, copy of planning versions & data load to liveCache, then create the SAP message to check your system on the question of the dataarea usage.
If you have the long running APO transactions => performance of the SCM system has to be checked.
If you have the bottleneck in liveCache & could not solve the case by yourself => create the SAP message to BC-DB-LVC and get SAP support.
