Hi Gurus,
I am trying to find out the exit for warning messages where the SAP has maintained.
whenever the salesorder creating if the order quantity is less than the minimum order quantity it will give two warning messages. 1.Take minimum order quantity 400 DEV into account in item 000010
2.Consider delivery unit 40 DEV in item 000010
so i want to add the third warning message for condition type is missing.
I am trying to find the exit in the program SAPMV45A and include names MV45AFZZ and MV45AFZB.
Please let me know if anyone knows the exit name. where the warning messages maintaining.
Thanks

  • How to block the sales order for not creating requirement

    Dear All,
My client want that whenever a sales order is raise, that should not go create requirement for production unless until account department check whether the prices etc are correctly put or not
    how can i do this
    thanks

I suggest you can try to use the functionality of Status Profile.
Create one Status Profile  with 2 line items-
1: First line : Pricing Approval or PR and check what all you want to block if this status is assigned to the order type.
2: Second line : Released and check what all you want to be released once the Approval is done.
So by default the status profile - Pricing Approval will be assigned to the Sales Order during order creation. Then after your accounts department check the pricing and approves , they can change the status to Released and the order can be processed further.

  • Changing the status of the sales order item based on reason for rejection

    Hi All,
When a Sales order item is rejected then the status at the item level is changed as 'TECO'.When the reason for rejection is removed the status 'Teco' is reset. This status change can be achieved using the user exit 'MV45AFZZ'.But the exit does not allow re-atp calculation whenver a blocked item is release.I have use the exit 'MV45AFZB' ,through this the status change as well as re-atp calculation takes place. But the status changed(Based on reason of rejection) does not appear in the same screen. The change gets reflected only when the sakes order is saved and i open it again.
I want the status change to appear in the same screen.I am doing my code in the form 'userexit_check_vbap' of the exit 'MV45AFZB'. Please let me know if there are any user exits or BADI's available for the same(Changing the status of the sales order item based on reason for rejection ).
    Regards,
    S.Subasree

    Hi subburamaiah
If you want the report you can create a separate SIS report . In that take the input field  as a Reason for rejection.. and ask for the output the list of sales orders .Now when you check this user defined report you will give the reason for rejection and check what all orders got rejected on that reason for rejection.

  • Availability Check at Multiple Plants for the Sales Order line Item.

    Hi Friends,
We are having two plants, Plant A and Plant B. Plant A is used to issue the orders to the vendors and stock them, while Plant B is used to manufacture the Product and Stock.
When we create the sales order, we want to check the Current Stock Plus Incomming Purchase order stock for plant A and also check current stock plus Production orders in plant B.
for ex if the current stock is 100 in Plant A and No physical stock in Plant B but there are some production orders for 400 Qty which will be ready in 1 week.
If i create a sales order for 500 qty which is scheduled for delivery 10 days later.  then we want to commit to the customer ( Looking at both the plants stock situation )  the system should check the stock availability for both the plants and automatically create two different line items , Line item 1 for plant A and line item 2 for plant b.
I know there is a user exit for Multiple plant selection USEREXIT_PLANT_SELECTION  in program RV03VFZZ. The Description of the USer exit says ( This user exit may be used to provide a list of plants for which availability is to be checked)  But we have never used this one. Will this user exit do exactly what i want ??
Did any of you, have used the above User exit in your implementations ? If so please let me know whats the purpose of this user exit
    Your reply is much appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards
    Srinivas

    Hi
I dont know about the userexit which you are referring about
But this is not available in R3 The system makes a Availability Check only in the plant which has got determined in the item details shipping tab and stops there
The same is available in APO
If there are 2 plants say 1000 and 2000
In sales order the plant determined is 1000 and there is no stock
    In R3 system stops there
But in APO  system checks the plant 2000 and if stocks are available it creates an STO in the background automatically from 2000 to 1000 if configured accordingly
Even if the material is maintained in 10 plants the system will make a  Availability Check at all 10 plants and act accordingly

  • Promotion number in the sales order for free goods promotion.

    Hi,
I have a business scenario in which "Sales Orders are created" for the customers in SAP IS Retail System.(This is for helpdesk ordering). In most of the occasions, free goods promotion would be running. The free goods promotions(exclusive) are maintained using promotion module in IS Retail system(condition type NA00). In this situation, the promotion number is not getting populated in the sales order automatically. Is there any specific configuration required or any BADI needs to be activated?
Note: Free goods item is getting generated automatically in the sales order with item category TANN.
    Can any one advice pls.

    Hi,
There is no exit name for field exit.Go to se38 run program RSMODPRF.
Here you will have to create the field exit for the required field.
Consult your ABAPer,he will do the rest
    Few more info for you:)
    Short text
    Field Exits for Data Elements
    Description
Maintenance transaction for creating and activating field exits
As part of the extension concept, SAP allows you to install a field exit for each screen field. Similar to the conversion exit, the system branches at the field exit at DCI (DATA COMMUNICATIONS INPUT) to a function module, if the field is an input field and a function code was triggered. The function module must adhere to the following naming convention:
    Prefix: FIELD_EXIT_
    Infix:  <Data element name>
    Suffix: _0 to _9 (optional), _A to _Z
The interface is automatically generated during the creation of the function module, and has 2 parameters:
    Import parameter:  INPUT
    Export parameter:  OUTPUT
After a function code has been triggered the contents of the field are made available to the FB via the "INPUT" import parameter. You can edit this and, when changed, make it available to the ABAP/4 processor in "OUTPUT". The input field contents are usually passed on: you can simply write OUTPUT = INPUT.
If, e.g., you have activated the field exit for the data element 'PROGRAM', then the fields of all the screens, which refer to the data element 'PROGRAM', branch to the function module FIELD_EXIT_PROGRAM. This includes the field 'Program' of the initial screen SAPMS38M0100 in transaction SE38, for example.
If you do not want the function module to be accessed from all screens, assign particular screens to the data element PROGRAM. By allocating an exit number, it is also possible to branch to other function modules with the corresponding suffix _0 ... _Z.
Example: You have assigned screen SAPMS38M0100 and exit number 5 to data element 'PROGRAM'. The corresponding field on SAPMS38M0100 branches to FIELD_EXIT_PROGRAMM_5.
As soon as you activate an exit, the corresponding screens are invalidated.
Note: Field exits are only taken into account during screen generation if the parameter  abap/fieldexit = 'YES' is set in the system profile.
    Requirements
Set the profile parameter  abap/fieldexit = 'YES' before system start.
    Limitations
The following ABAP statements are not allowed in the function modules of field exits:
         BREAK-POINT,
CALL SCREEN, CALL DIALOG, CALL TRANSACTION, SUBMIT,
         COMMIT WORK, ROLLBACK WORK,
         COMMUNICATION RECEIVE,
         EXIT FROM STEP-LOOP,
         MESSAGE I, MESSAGE W.
    Note:
Field exits cannot be edited with the debugger.
You should not use any external Performs in field exits. The ABAP processor shares the table work areas of externally called programs with those of the first caller. This could lead to errors at field exits that can hardly be analyzed, as field exits are sometimes slipped into the flow of the program at unforeseen events.
Questions and answers on field exits
    1. A field exit was created with the CMOD and activated, but it does not get executed when the screen is called.
Since the field exit is not executed until DCI, some action must occur in the screen (e.g. press Return, saving....).
Set the abap/fieldexit profile parameter to YES and start the system again.
After the FIELD_EXIT... function module has been activated and the field exit has been activated, the transaction in whose screen the field exit is to be executed must be terminated. The screen is not generated until it is called.
Do not work on different application servers, otherwise there may be a delay before the field exit becomes active.
The profile parameter must be set either on all application servers or on none.
If the field exit is to be active in certain screens only, then you should check whether you have selected the correct program and the correct screen number (Careful with SUBSCREENS Do not rely on the F1 information for the field!
    2. How does setting abap/fieldexit affect the performance?
If a screen is generated and the profile parameter is set, then the system checks in 2 tables (TDDIR, TDDIRS) to see whether a field exit has to be generated for the field. In practice the screen load after a Put is not generated until the screen is called. The user will not experience a noticeable delay, since screen generation is extremely fast.
    3. Can the contents of other screen fields be read in a field exit?
In principle all fields can be copied to global variables in the TOP or the function group. However, since the order in which the field exits are called is not guaranteed, this possibility should not be used.
    4. How does the field exit work in step-loop fields?
After data input to DCI the field exit will be called as many times as fields are visible on the step-loop. The SY-STEPL system variable is incremented each time. If a new value is assigned to be field, then it will be visible in the module between LOOP. ENDLOOP. This module will also be called as many times as there are visible step-loop lines.
    5. Can field exits be debugged?
No. Field exits have to be tested in isolation in the development environment. To analyze problems that occur only in the screen environment, the relevant variables can be written to the file system using TRANSFER... and can be analyzed there.
    6. What should one do if the field contents are not getting transported to ABAP/4?
Check whether you have assigned a value to the OUTPUT field.
    7. When does the field exit get called in the case that there is a conversion exit attached to the data element?
The field exit will be called after the conversion exit. This means that the INPUT field contains the data in the same form as that in which the ABAP/4 program also gets them.

  • Equipement details history for the sales order.

    Hi,
I want to find out the details of the equipment for a particular sales order.
I have creatde a sales order, delivery and the billing. I used the serial number for my material.
Now i have cancelled the billing and then reversed the PGI and then changed the serial number and then proceded with billing.
Now in which table(s) can i find the details of the changed serial / equipment number for my sales order.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Raya.

    Hi Raya
Your subject line and your question seem to differ so I am not sure I am understanading correctly...but if you are wanting to be able to see the change for the serial number and what the serial number used to be then...when you are in IQ09 go to enter your new serial number and execute from the detail screen go to extra and look at changes.
Now if you are wanting to view the table of the sales order for the changes made...you can check the change log tables  cdpos and cdhdr
You can also use transaction AUT10; put in transaction code VA02 and enter a date range to limit your search results

  • Production Order and Internal Order for each item of the sales order

    Hi
I am developing Make To Order Report where I have to display the MTO Line Items and non MTO Line Items. For non MTO Line Items I have to display Internal order with Planned and Actual Costs and also Production Order with Planned and Actual Costs. Could anybody tell how to get the Internal order no and production order with Planned and Actual costs for each line item for a sales order.
    Thanks
    Naga

    Hi,
You can get the Production orders, Planned orders, Internal orders generated for Sales order item from AFPO table (use fields KDAUF-Sales order number & KDPOS-Sales order item). Then to identify the order type use order category (AUTYP) from table AUFK.
Once you have the Production/internal order, you can ge the cost from COSS and COSP table. Use the object number from AUFK to get the cost entries from COSS & COSP.
You can use the following sample code as reference.

  • How to update the condition price in the sales order for all the items

    Hi,
How to update the condition price for all the itmes in the sales order to carry out the new price automatically through a stand alone program, for all the orders in the billing due list table?
    Thanks,
    Balaram

    Hi,
There is a change in the requirement.
    Scenario:
I have created a sales order with some 4 condition types, in that 2 condition types are of class A & B and the other two is of class C. Here I need to update the condition price of class A & B only and the remaining condition types should not get update even though there is an updated price is available.
For the above scenario, I need to write a standalone program. Do we have any function modules to update the price of the single condition in the sales order? Please tell me how we can update the sales order at item condition level.
    Thanks.
    Balaram
